Stories have purpose, but each one of them has different aims to readers. There are endings to them,but not all of them has a good nor bad ending. It's just an ending. However, an ending doesn't mean there isn't a beginning. Perhaps, the ending is the beginning. But within them there will always be and will be a meaning to them.
