I sat in the gay bar, named Fininnebb, quite a weird name ehh! But that's what my best friend, Satori Tendōu, had kept for his bar; Fininnebb.  He wasn't gay by the way, he just came to me one day saying that 'hey, Yenn I'm gonna open a gay bar' and all my reaction was 'what the dumbfuck shit you ate today?'

Yeah this is my best mate's bar; I must tell you that this bar is famous for its fabulous owner, for Tendōu of course, because people assume him as gay and I feel it hilarious about that fact that he isn’t.

I come here once in two weeks because I work you see; well there goes a motto you see if you wanna have a good life you gotta work hard, and yes drinking everyday isn’t good as per my doctor.

Well, anyways now talking about my dear best mate; Tendōu and I were friends since we were in 11th grade. We met on the Face book as you see it was hype around that time. I ended up texting him after like browse checking his profile and after that it has been 8 years of your friendship. To be honest Tendou and Bokūto, these are the only two people who knows me well enough (about Bokūto may be later) and there are more two people I know here except Tendōu and they are super friendly with me

Firstly, the bartender who is serving to a person to my further right is Rouzuro Kaminari. He is a guy with a quite weird personality, and I have even heard that he was the boss of his high school gang well quite a gossip. But to be honest, he is really soft when it comes to women and because he was bullied in the middle school he turned out aggressive later in his school days when he grew out those muscles. But nevertheless he is kindhearted and yes that teaches us that we should not judge the book by its cover. Well now that beings said, to my further left who is serving the guests by the window is Haumea, she is quite a cool person though I haven’t been that close with her but she is friendly and fun to be around kind of person.

As you see these two are the only ones, who are friendly with me while others who work here are quite shady so I don't talk to them.

"Noona!!" Kaminari says walking towards me. "Hey hey big boy how are yah" I say smiling, the bar didn’t seemed busy today so slacking off wasn’t much of a problem.

(A.N: Noona, Korean word for sister)

"How's work going on??" He asks leaning with his both hands on the table. "Ah you see I joined the collage and I’ll be teaching there as a chemistry professor, gotta use that degree somewhere eh!"I laugh. "As always ehh.." he agrees “but its good to see you back its been 2 years since we last met in Korea eh!”

“ahh yeah… brings back memories!! By the way, so how's it going with Yuko? Are you going out with her?" I smirk as I raise one eyebrow. “No Noona we aren’t” he replies with a gloom “Anyways Noona I’ll talk with you later I have to serve the customers, if boss sees I’m slacking off he will kill me but its nice seeing you Noona again” he walks out with a smile but with a face of hesitation in his face which seemed kind of a trigger for me for not knowing what was the cause.

“Okay work hard" I knew something had happened but asking him would be a foolish mistake.

The night seemed a little retarded, there wasn’t much that seemed to take my attention either way. Looking around it seemed like some were flirting for one night and others were crying over rejection while some where just drinking. As a matter of fact I was bored sitting in the counter alone, and just I was wondering how bored I was Tendōu emerges out from the kitchen.

"Ay ay" He says looking at me and raises his one eyebrow and bring it down "shrimp is here again" he says with a smirk.

"So what red haired" I say smirking back at him, “so you are back I see?” he says looking at me “Kuro didn’t say anything that you were coming back” he says being obvious

"Ah… may be he forgot about it” I say looking the other way; “So did you enjoy back there in Korea moreover I actually thought you wouldn’t come back here by looking at the posts” he chuckles.

“Ah it was fun back there you see.. studying… drawing.. working… was all I did” I say with a sigh “but now it’s so good to be back” I look at him with a smile, Tendou was narrowing his eyes which was making it obvious that he was not convinced what I was saying.

“Anyways can I have a beer?” I ask. “huh?” he says “What can’t I order?” “no no its okay but asking beer is kinda weird” “I’m weird now give me beer” I say as I was looking around and was technically bored; what caught my attention was a person with his hood on sitting near the window talking to a person who looked like his superior. I could clearly tell him that he wasn't interested what that hyung was saying but for people like them to come inside a gay bar just to talk plus they didn't seemed like gay felt weird. What if they didn't knew it was a gay bar. ‘Pffft ... It would be funny later’

Tendōu came with the drink and noticed my gaze. I sipped the beer and looked at him. That crooked smirk again!

"Where yah looking at ehh" he moved his eyebrow up and down twice and tapped the finger on the table.

I pointed at those two "They don't look gay" that's all I said.

He laughed so loudly that the whole people in the bar were looking at us.

"Ssshhhh... Keep it low" I said trying to control my laughter

He finally controlled and spoke "Well it's open for anyone until and unless you don't dislike the *****" he said shrugging not really going into the matter.

We talked about random stuffs like about my YouTube channel and my works in Patron... My monetization, my teaching life or sometimes about his life which was simply about the bar or sometimes about the other things. It’s always fun when I'm with him and feels like he is really a good person, although he still searches for a girlfriend.

"One more" I say holding the beer jar, he narrows his eyes as he takes the jar and I watch him refill it. Well I was able to handle alcohol perfectly so it was fine like till four but I needed to control it down to two.

He looks at me worried and says "Ayy you can’t drink more than that okay this is the last one" he says as I look at him with a weary smile. He suddenly takes out it phone and checks up on something and lets a deep sigh out. “Are you alright?” he asks “what?’ I say trying to avoid the question.

“You see… we are not in some kind of drama or a dream where you play some kind of a protagonist.. this is real life and you need to get you life together… don’t think about the past to much … all it will do is bring all the regrets gushing over again” he says with concern, it looked as if there was something else that was bothering him and either way this was the day when I lost someone and got to know about something.

Every year 18th August is the day when I and the others try to forget all the memories of the past but all it does is makes me wonder even that day was I in the right place to ignore the fated?

Well, I'm Tetsūro Yenn sister of Tetsūro Kuro (well you must ship my brother ehh.. hehe) and this is my story, wherein i loved someone so much that it ended up tearing me into pieces that I'm still trying to find out. Don't wanna mention his name but you see Yenzi is forcing me to say it... ughhh ....there you go his name was, Terushima Yuji.

I sat there quiet I didn't know what to say, I knew something was off. It had been 6 years since I went to Korea, and it seemed like even though we were in touch via the messaging it seemed like there has been a distant gap between us.

I was already two jar down and my cheeks were a little flushed but I wasn't crying, I just stared at the ash tray in front of me. Some memories were a little faded you know I remembered how he came and jumped in my back trying to get hold of me... I laugh when I remember that but my conscience was broken when, "Hey" a man says sitting beside me

"Huh??" I look at him with a confused face and eventually not being interested I look at my beer and took a sip again. "Ahemmm.." he says a little louder this time.

I look at him and stare with a half drunk gaze and point out at him "your hooded guys seems wasted eh" I say taking another sip. Yes, he was that suited-wearing person who was sitting opposite to that hooded guy.Tendōu emerges again from the kitchen, this time with champagne in his hand "ah" he says and puts down the drink "wanna have a drink sir?" He says pointing towards that suit-wearing guy. He nodded.

He pulled out a glass and poured the champagne. The bar was half empty by now only few people were there. I saw that hooded guy wasted on the earlier table before "you know him?" the suit-wearing guy asked. I shook saying ‘no’.

Tendōu placed his glass on the counter and again went inside as the part timers were leaving he had to check them off (kind of a security check in the bar so that someone doesn't break in). The bar closes at 1 am and it was 10:58pm so some staff was still there. "Don't you think it's weird for a woman to be in the gay bar" he said picking up his drink and swirling the glass.

"Well don't you think it is weird for two straight men to be in the gay bar, I think that is weirder" I said looking at him. He laughed and I must say he had a beautiful laugh. I smiled at him, "It's just that my friend found this bar unusual so we just came in"

"Ahh a good way to fool people ehh" I said sipping my drink, "you must be regular here I suppose" he says with his dreamy voice, by now I was unclear if he was actually sweet or was it just my own assumption.

"Oh no no.. this place belongs to my friend I just gave a visit for the first time" I said not particularly interested in talking with him

"Ah "he says in a Korean dialect

Now that caught my attention "Are you Korean?? But you don't look like though" I ask curiously

"Nah I just know Korean but your accent sounds much like Korean" he simply said. I nod “I was there for few years now” “ahh” he says

"By the way, sorry to say but I overheard your conversation with your friend... Umm are you okay? I mean I wasn’t trying to eavesdrop I just happened to listen and I couldn’t help it" He says a bit concerned or I don't know was he concerned or not.

"Ahh just old stories.. Heartbroken stories of my past-" "so heartbroken that things are jumbled up till now" Tendōu said leaning down the counter and drinking his champagne.

"Arhhhh” he says, “Well you see there are times when you can’t reverse back even if you tried.. it’s like being stuck there forever and not really knowing what can be done..And not being able to move forward is when you get dizzy and nothingness takes over” I say sighing over “either way its just things that needed to be done and I don’t think it can be undone any how” I say standing up “Its getting late Tendou I have work tomorrow” I walk away not even trying to look at the person sitting beside me.

“Get home safe okay!... wait you have a home right Yenn?” Tendou asks; “Yeah.. Sugawara arranged me a flat last week” I say from a little distance “ahh its okay then.. get home safe okay” he says with a concern look.  I nod and walk outside.

📍Back at the bar

"Umm... Can you te-" the suit wearing guy was cut off by Tendōu.

“Mann Oikawa you never change.. be careful when you speak" Tendōu said a little pissed " she has been suffering a lot for the last 6 years so watch your tongue and don't go off saying anything about it.... Next time don't talk without using your head" Tendōu warned

"Well how do you know that there will be a next time" Oikawa said a bit surprised.

"Because I know she caught your attention and I know you will chase her and most of the thing is she doesn't know I know you and nor I will tell her you name nor I'll tell you hers to you, so yah there will be a next time even if she don't wanna talk to her you will chase her and that's why you are called Oikawa Tōru, the Chaser."

"woah I didn’t knew I had such name" Oikawa chuckles

" Well I think you should leave its late and take your friend too he seems wasted " Tendōu said pointing towards the hooded guy.

Oikawa nodded and paid for the drink "I'll be here again" he said

Less did anyone know that the hooded guy heard everything they were talking?

📍Yenn’s house

 I walking inside my room with coffee in my hand, I place it on the desk and walk to wards the window to to open the curtains. The night is quite cold; there was no moon to describe of just clouds covering the whole sky.

My apartment was in a quiet place and it was peaceful to mention with. Extraordinary ain't it

I sit down completing my digital art whose deadline was the very next day. The effect of beer was a little in my head but it was fine. I had my coffee in my hand, it was still 23:34 pm and I had the entire morning to complete my work. Without further adieu I started my work next thing I remember was sending the file to my assistant, Yong Nam Yu, he is an underwing that worked with me, and the next thing I remember was, it was 6:56am and now I didn't had any sleep. It was a weekend so it was fine. Exhausted is all I would say.

Author pov

I look down from my computer screen looking at Yenn; she looked at herself in the mirror and plated her long black hair, she wore a simple off - white shirt and a high waist pearl black pants and a converse. Well yah it's kind of a weird combination of clothes but she didn't cared. She went to teach not to do a ramp walk. A dash of a lipstick and mascara that's all she did for the makeup though her whole makeup was the dark circles she had. Grabbing her bag and laptop in another, she rushed out of the door as the time showed 8:15 am of a Monday morning; alas but yes, our protagonist for this story has to reach the Mejiro campus as she is the chemistry lecturer for the 2nd year and 3rd years.

Let me throw some light in our Yenn's life.

As I said earlier Yenn is the sister of our beloved Kuro, she is well mannered and very polite. Sometimes; she has a temper unlike her brother who is calm most of the times, well I take that back too. Well; moving forward (rolls eyes) 6 years ago she went to Korea to complete her studies, Chemistry as the major subject for graduation. Apart from being there and studying , she also prioritized digital art as her passion and wanted to work on that field too but you know living in Korea and not having money to feed is quite a bummer so she had opened a YouTube channel creating tutorials on digital art and else more.

Time passed by, yes, she was successful in working on the digital field and even an editor had asked her to work with him for the manhawa he was working on as an assistant for the artist himself. It worked well and was a great success. Six years it has been and she still does her digital art but has become quite famous amongst the manhawa readers and now she is back to Japan and start her work here too.

It wasn't easy for her to be where she is now, many sleepless nights, exams pressure, deadlines were always there, surrounding herself but that's what she preferred. She wanted to stay engrossed in her work so much that she didn't wanted to remember anything that happened 6 years ago.

"Ahh why am I so late always" Yenn looks at the watch which shows 8:56 am "Goshh need to take the attendance too"

She parks her car and rushes towards the front gate and gives her attendance and walks or rather sprints all the way to the 3rd year's class room; "Be careful ehh" says one of her colleagues, she nods.

And her day starts with a little sprint.

On weekdays, that is, Monday to Wednesday she worked as lecturer in the university and the remaining two days, she worked as the chief artist in the Haihung Feng Studios. Well the days were quite balanced as the director was Sugawara Kōshi who was her brother's fiancé and yes it was a family business too. Sugawara needed her artwork and she wanted to stay busy. Works the both ways you know.

It was Thursday and Yenn needn't have too hurried like in that of the Monday morning. She walks out of the kitchen with Egg fry rice in her hand. It was eight in the morning and didn't have a deadline to worry, so the morning was chilled and didn't have to worry about the whole thing.

"That character was really great Yenn" Sugawara said handing her the latte "well I’m always grateful for the fact that your brother told me about you before hand and here you are as the chief artist in the art department."

"Hyung why do you have to always say that ehh... It's like I have a big burden upon myself" Yenn said pouting.

(A.N : Hyung; honorific for older brother in Korean)

"Gomen gomen" Sugawara says as he laughs "By the way, the Li zing production wanted you to draw for their story, all we need is love forever, as they couldn't find the right artist to draw for it and just then your last week's artwork got viral in the Artist Unload .... So they wanted to work with yah"

"And you said yes" Yenn said sipping her latte. Sugawara nodded."Fine then" Yenn said "tell them to mail me the summary of the story and character sketch of the protagonist by toni- nah nah tomorrow... By tomorrow tell them to send it" Yenn says as she walks around all the way to his table, "What you working on??" She peeks at his computer screen.

"Ahh Feng Gaming asked me to improvise this character" he shows her the character "I don't know what to improvise in this….. like just look at it…. the colors are good and the proportions are fine... I don't know what they want me to improve in this ... Ahhh" Suga says resting his head on his chair.

"Why don't you give it some kind of helmet or crown? The hair looks kind of empty ehh... I have played this game it's quite fun, the graphics are also good but I did notice that this was the only character that didn't come with skin ... May be giving it a crown or give it some kind of machete or a mace it would look good ehh" she said looking at the computer.

"Woahhh yah.. that could work!!" Sugawara said energized and garbed his pen to draw the necessary. Yenn looked at the clock and grabbed her bag.

"Leaving already??" Sugawara said looking at her from his computer; "Do you think I got enough sleep??" She said pointing at her face, "Take care then and say hi to Tendōu" Sugawara said waving with his pen in his hand.

"How??.." Yenn asks confused; "because you are mostly at his bar rather than visiting our house Yenn " he said with a genuine smile “By the way do visit us sometimes Kuro might be delighted to see you” he says.

Yenn scratches her head and yawns; "This girl" he thinks and hears the door close after and continues his work.

Fininnebb bar

She goes around the back door and enters into a lobby; "Hi Noona what brings your here... Oh yah boss he is up stairs" Kaminari says with a pretty smile.

"Ahh you have dayshift today?" "Yes yes I have some business to attend later so.."

"Yahhh better be an-" "Aiii you are here ehh.. come help me here I need your help " Tendōu pops up from above.

"Huh okay" Yenn looks at Kaminari "seems like boss needs to defeat a level again" "he does ehh!!" she smiles and moves towards Tendou’s house.

To be honest the whole bar was Tendou’s house but the upper floor was his bedroom and he personal space. "No intruder" read the front door of his flat or would rather say floor. She enters into the house, walks around the corridor and until she reaches the living room or rather one big room, a Japanese style room, the house wasn't that much of messy it used to be and was even clean to begin with.

"Yah yah she is here" Tendōu says looking at Yenn and calls her out "Ayy come here"

Yenn scratches her head and confusion and goes where he was sitting "wha-.... Ohh hello aunty how are you?" it was his mother. "I'm great you seem busy these days ehh.. Tendōu says that you are not talking care of yourself properly and don't drink too much dear" his mother says from the other side of the screen.

"Well it's not that much of fun when we don't drink Eomoni " Yenn says sticking out her tongue.

(A.N: Eomoni/Eomma in Korean means mother in either casual/informal way)

"See Okaa-san told yah.. she never listens to me" Tendōu pouts.

(A.N : Okaa-san in Japanese means mother)

We laugh. After few minutes of complaints and having a good laugh she said she needs to do some work so she ends the call.

"Aii I need a good 6 hours sleep plus something to eat" Yenn says lying down on the couch. "Arrhhh okay” Tendou moves up from the chair and walks towards the kitchen and starts to make something.

The days were always tiring for her and if it wasn't for Sugawara, Tendōu, Kuro and Bokūto, she would have long ago given up on life. She was thankful of them. She looks at Tendōu who cooks up something, as usual his cooking was always the best, the aroma makes her dizzy and the warm sun rays already makes her sleepy. The sounds are less distant to her now and the space between her and sleep was only a few instances far. And when the eloping sleep was finally there and all she needed was to close her eyes fully and rest; "Aiii food is ready" her rest gets corrupted.

"Eat then sleep" he said keeping the egg fry rice on the table "I have some work at the bar... Have the food and sleep and come downstairs later, okay?" he says as he heads out for the bar. All Yenn did was groan.

"Shut up and eat the food" he says smiling
