ryuuji randomly walked up to him so they could be friends since mizuki didnt have any. They became friends ehen they were both 11 in middle school

personality: mean, competitive and silent
likes: athletics, hair and face products, making people feel over powered sometimes
background story: hes been friends with ryuuji since he was 12, they became nieghbours
