Why do i even need to live?

"Dr. Celestine, patient no. 53 is waiting for you." a nurse said to me peeking at my office door.

"I understand, i'll go there in a minute." i said smiling, "Okay Doctor." she said smiling back.

They are the reason i need to live, i am a person who helps people. My name is Celestine Del Valle, I am the youngest female doctor in the world.

Being the youngest doctor is hard, they have high expectations of me and i am trying hard to match their expectation.

But can i match it? Can i succeed reaching their high expectation?

"Breath in Mr." i said, "Breath out" i added.

"Seems like your getting better and better Mr. Shin, you can go back home by next week if this continues." i said smiling at him.

"Thank you Dr. Celestine, i hope i will go home as soon as possible." He said smiling back.

"I need to go now Mr. Shin." i said smiling at him, "Okay Dr. Celestine." He said smiling back at me and fixing his position on his bed.

I sighed as i got out of his room, i went straight to my office after some time checking at my designated patients or so called the patients i am in charge of.

"Dr. Celestine!" said my secretary (nurse) in a hurry, "Are you gonna go home now?" she said. "Ahh yes, why?" i said calmly, "I just wanna tell that, i need to go now. I am sorry, there is a sudden emergency at home. I am really sorry, i need to go now." She said and run waving ger hands at me.

"Oh..." that's all that i got to say, seems like it is really urgent. Hope that everything's okay.

I clean my things neatly and went home afterwards. As i reached my house, i opened the lights and as usual, no ones there to greet me.

"Mom, Dad, Brother, are you still with me?" i said closing my eyes trying to feel their presence, "Please remember that i love you guys." I said with tears threatening to fall down.

I just brushed it off and went to the kitchen, i then started cooking my dinner. It's a miracle that i have a appetite to eat today.

As i finished cooking, i then placed it in a clean plate and the i tried finding a nice spoon and fork.

As i found it already in my kitchen's drawer, i started eating my food. As i finished it i cleaned it, and went upstairs after it.

I reached my room located upstairs, and did my night routine. After finishing my night routine, i then sleep in my bed.

Kenneth Pov

"Change this, and this, this too. You might need to as well change everything." I said coldly. "Yes boss, I am sorry for the wrong things I've done." he said then bow down, I nodded and then he left.

"Tsk, my head hurts already." I said touching my head, I groaned loudly.

I coughed loudly, it hurts badly. "What's happening to me." I'll just go home.

"Tsk, it really hurts." i said then my head started hurting, and aching. "Boss are you okay? Do you need something?" my secretary said as he saw me.

He halt his steps, and walk towards me. "I need to go home, take care of the company." i said touching my head, "Okay Boss, i understand." he said bowing at me.

Time Skip — 1:00 p.m (Kenneth's residence)

"Mr. Lee, i can't heal you." my doctor said, "What do you mean you can't heal me?" i said getting stressed.

"I didn't know anything about this, this is not my profession." he said looking down, "But i know someone, who is capable in somewhat taking care of you." he said remembering something.

"Oh, talk to her and tell her to be in charge of me." i said fixing my bed getting ready to take some rest.

"Okay Mr. Lee, take some rest and i will take my leave now." he said and then bow at me.

After i felt that no one is in my room, i started talking. "Myul Hee, why am i always suffering?" after saying that a strong wind came at my room indicating that he came.

"It's fate, Kenneth." he said while calmly sitting on the balcony rails. "Fate is the worst, Myul Hee, you've been alive since 1 thousand years ago, you must've experienced much more pain." i said while chuckling, sadness can be heard in my tone.

"Mnm-hmm, i felt pain, happiness, and i saw beautiful things disappear." he said tears threatening to fall down, and as it fall down it disappeared into thin air.

Myul Hee, is a Immortal who have a dark personality, he kills people as he wants to. It all ended when he met Kenneth as he (Kenneth) showed Myul Hee what life is all about and how you need to be kind even if it hurts so badly.

Myul Hee experienced getting cursed at for no reason, getting abused for his powers but Kenneth is the only exemption who accepted him for who he is and didn't use him for power and more.

(Moral Lesson: Be like Kenneth, do not use someone because you want something, respect them.)
