Me and my family would have never guess what would happen to me later in the day......

I had woken up to a strange noise. I flew over to get a good look at what was happening. I saw my mother, myfather, and my whole clan doing something I couldn't understand at all. They looked like they were protecting something from something else. I flew a little bit closer, but still out of sight, and caught a glimpse of what they were doing. My parents and clan were fighting someone else.

*epic fight scene between dragons and many humans, but the dragons lost*

I just watched my family die. I was crying so much. I never cried this much before. I passed out from crying. When I woke up, there was a human standing there. He held out his hand to me, and I took it. He seemed very trustworthy, but I wanted to make sure. "Who are you, mister?" I asked timidly. The old man just smiled and told me, "Someone you can trust. Come on then. Let me help you out." I took his outstretched hand and he led me away to the human world.

He taught me many things while I was young. He didn't know exactly how to help me, but he did a good job. He told me to imagine being s human, and I might transform. It actually worked. I was very happy with the old man named Louis. He was the only human I had ever seen show kindness.

It was many years later, and I had just turned 16. I could finally control all of my dragon abilities. Louis finally allowed me to leave the house. I decided to go to school, to learn more. I also thought it would be a good way to make friends.

At school I stook out. I was the only kid there with hair that looked like flames. The only one with pitch black eyes. I had sharp teeth as well. Everyone stayed away from me. All except two kids. A boy and a girl. The boy had light brown hair and blue eyes. The girl had long, wavy blonde hair and green eyes. Well, one green eye and a blue eye to be exact.

The girl came up to me and said, "Hi! I'm Luna and this is my best friend Harry", she said pointing to the boy, " What's your name?"

"My name is Raymond, but you can call me Ray." I told them. My name wasn't actually Ray. I made that up. My real name sound weird and is hard to pronounce. It was Zmaj Princ. It meant dragon prince in Latin. But I can't tell them that. Not yet anyways...

The two soon became my friends that same day. I was walking around the school just so I could memorize the paths, when I say a boy who fell asleep on the floor. He was sitting against the wall. I thought he was sleeping but I couldn't tell with his bangs covering his eyes. But, his hair was pretty colored. It was a light green fading into a light maroon color. His hair was long because it was tied back into a very long braid.

To see if he was awake or not, I knelt down and got close to his face and lifted his bangs. He was awake and our faces were close enough until he lifted his head and his lips touched mine...
