Most trainee sign up to record labels at the age of 13 to 14. Most trainees quit school to train for most of the day then go home and sleep and eat. They go on certain diets to get their way on point so they can look slim and by doing that they're putting their health in danger. Most trainees form of light 13 disease because of the lack of food and sleep. They have even you train if you don't make it big or you make it big you a lot of money to pay back your record label . Make it big you get paid for couple of years but the next couple of years you will not get paid so you can pay your record label back and start paying your debt.Trainee give up their whole not even know they make it big .Also you can't see your family a lot and no dating. You always have to tell your manager where you're going. If your company have boys and girls you can't speak to the other sex .If you're in a group you're always fighting over parts. To make it wsrot every month you have you have these performances where do see if you're worth the money and you're improving and you're going to bring a lot of money back to your record label. If you're in groups you should an apartment. That if your in a big group you share rooms and the bath room. What brings me to my next point record labels heat when you're late. Most of the labels force you to get plastic surgery. In most record labels they pick you because you're beautiful and the girls and boys that knows how to dance. The true is you don't really need know how to sing. Also in most group they need it English speaker so you don't even have to be that pretty or that good at dancing or singing they're just going to work on it and make you get plastic surgery. Being a training you have no money unless your parents give you money but if your parents don't give you money you will be broke because record labels don't like you having job and they give you no money. They only pay for an apartment well if you stop and think about it you're paying for that apartment because even if you don't make it big you still have to pay him back for the stuff they give you. But back to what I was saying before you're also fighting over who's the lead vocalist who's the lead rapper whose lead singer and main singer who's the center who's the leader who's the face of the group in the larger the group is the harder it's going to be to choose who those people are going to be. And if you don't sing a lot in songs or you're not one of those people not really going to be known like people going to know you're in that your a part of the group of people are not going to know your name.
