EVA: A young female youth and childhood friend to Lizzy Lee. She is a caring friend and wants the best for her friend and her brother. Her and Lizzy meets at the cafe to catch up on things. Only person Lizzy can turn to.

IVY: A close friend to Yin Lee. A proud fan fujoshi and anime fan. She supports him in good and bad times. She is funky and playful. She will go miles just for the happiness of Yin Lee.

*And there is me . A Lazy \*\*\* person trying to write a book 😂*.....

As a warm afternoon would be; the cafe was a lot busier than usual. The cafe spoke lively due to the noise of people chatting, gossiping,taking pictures, meeting with friends and ordering. A girl with a blonde hair keeps taking pictures until she hears a familiar voice.

"*Eva* !"

The blonde girl turns towards to the direction of the voice and calls in a joyful tune.

"*Lizzy* !"

They both hug blissfully. The other girl had light brown hair and quite taller than the blonde one. Lizzy sat opposite of the blonde girl and said:

"*How have you been?. I missed you Eva*:"

"*Am fine but I missed you more Lizzy.

It has been 4 years now since we met*"

She said holding her hands. They both chuckled into laughter until Eva said :

"*This cafe hasn't changed uh* ! "

"*Not even a bit. Are you gonna stay

or just for visiting ?"

"Do you want me to stay ?"

" Come on now. we have a lot of

things to catch up with. Beside am

very busy and I hardly have a break*"

Eva smirked and said:

" *Guess*"

" *You are leaving as always and

don't even think video calls will

keep making me happy"

"Don't be like that. Am staying for

some days with aunt Caro for the

month"

" Shut up . You are joking right*"

Eva stares at her for a moment while Lizzy stares at her in awe.

"*This will be so much fun. Finally

a girl I can talk to one on one. I have

been so lonely. I think am dying*" Said Lizzy.

"*Talking* *about dying . How that that

cutie Yin"

"What about me . How am I feeling ?.

Only Yin you care about in this world*" Lizzy snorted .

"*You know very well it is not like that

and you are in front of me. You look

okay to me. Tell me...is Yin in a

relationship already?. Gist me*" Eva said as she comes closer across the table towards Lizzy.

"*What relationship? My Yin is still

a little boy*"

Eva rolled her eyes and said:

"What is that smell...oh..that is so

familiar. What Is it called again. oh.

SISTER COMPLEX ! "

Lizzy sat back on the chair with her arms folded and said :

" *Whatever. He is almost done with

schooling anyway. He is a young man

now. He should just marry a beautiful*

*woman and have kids with a sweet home

and a dog*"

"*What a description but what if he dates

boy instead. you know people are coming

out now which is quite nice*"

Lizzy looks at her with a shocked face like she had seen a ghost. There was a moment of silence and Eva finally said:

"*Oh..Am so sorry. I wasn't thinking"

"It is okay . Just don't say that again

and it will never happen. He can't

be and he will never be*"

"*if you say so*" Eva replied in a low voice.

Lizzy looks at her watch and shouted :

"*SHIT !....TIME FLIES SO FAST..AM

LATE* ! "

Lizzy carries her bag and heads for the cafe door while Eva calls behind her:

"*Don't forget to call me..bye*".

Eva calls for the waiter for a cold drink and sights :

"*She hasn't even let go of the past. Poor

Lizzy*".....

It was evening time. The breeze blew warm as people walk and chat at once. Normally everyone would be heading home as always. Eva and Lizzy walk side by side trying to catch up on things.

"....It was actually your fault that they chased us at that time." Eva said as her face turns red from laughing.

"Come on...give me some credits" Lizzy said .

"What credit ?..Anyway, have you been seeing someone lately?"

" Did you give me anyone ?"

" I know you have been seeing someone "

" ***Literally not interested. Yin's birthday is in two weeks"

" Seriously ...What age*** ?"

"***He is gonna be nineteen. Time flies doesn't it*** ?"

"***Wow...am sure he has a lover already***"

Lizzy raise her eyebrows and said:

"No he doesn't. Even if he has...he would have told me "

"***You think ?.. If he is looking for someone pretty ...I am here***". Eva said while demonstrating how she looks.

"Unfortunately, he is not into old women"

"OLD ?!...How do you know ?...He may reconsider - ..." Eva said as she stops her tracks then; she immediately adds:

" ...I mean look that that beautiful glass

beside you ..wow ".

"What is wrong with you. I know when you are hiding something from me. what did you see?"

"Hmm..don't freak out ..Maybe It is just good old friend" Eva said as she points at two male teenagers who are close to each. Literally didn't look like a friend chat. They were holding hands and looking face to face so closely like they would even kiss in a second.

The tall guy had a red hair and fairly handsome while the other was short with a black fluffy hair.

"Y- Y-Yin ?" Lizzy said in shock.

"What a handsome classmate right?"

"That doesn't look like classmate" she said in fury.

"Just calm down. It is not what it is. Jus-"

Before Eva could finish her sentence; Lizzy had already turn back leaving her. Eva watches her as she stomps her feet in anger back home.

"***This is bad***." Eva said as she placed her palm on her forehead. She turns to get a glimpse of the two boys but they were gone.

Yin comes back home but the living room is dark which was unusual. Normally his sister would have been home by now. He looks for the switch and turn the light on.

As he turns; he sees sister sitting on the couch with few cans of beers and said :

" AH!...why are you sitting in the living room in darkness like that. It is not good and you shouldn't drink like that" Yin said while he packs the empty cans then, he asks:

"Did your boss annoyed you again?..

because you only drink when you are in

a bad mood. Who made you mad ?"

Lizzy holds his hand and looks at him to stop packing.

"Is there something wrong ?" Yin asked.

Lizzy finally said:

"Who was that boy that you were with? ....

.... so close to you ?"

"Sis..what are you talking about?..You

are drunk. Let me take you to bed "

"He has a red hair. Tall. Teen. This

evening"

"Oh...Max. He is my classmate"

"It doesn't look like it"

"Big sis you are drunk. Come let go to bed"

Yin said as reach out his hands towards her. Lizzy looks at his hands and hits it away.

"Lizz-zy ?" Yin said as he held his hand in pain.

Lizzy stands up face to face with him and shouts:

" TELL ME. WHO IS HE ?. TELL ME RIGHT

NOW. I SAW THE WAY THE BOTH OF YOU

LOOK AT EACH OTHER. CLASSMATE?!

DON'T MAKE ME BLUFF. WHO IS HE TO

 YOU. DON'T YOU DARE LIE TO ME. TELL

ME RIGHT NOW !"

Yin looks down and still holding his hand as he mumbles:

"H-He-he-is..Sis, what is wrong?"

"I ASKED YOU A QUESTION. WHO IS HE?"

"He is my boy-friend"

Lizzy looks at him speechless. She slowly sits on the couch like her worse nightmare had come. ( It has anyway ). Yin starts to cry as he knees down next to her.

"***What is wrong ?...Did I do something

wrong? Please tell me. I don't like this

behavior. It hurts me..sis..sis..say

something*** " Yin said in tears.

Lizzy looks and him and carefully said slowly:

"***Yin..stay away from him. Stay away from

him."

"But***"

"You want sis to be happy right. when I am happy. You are happy right ? "

"Sis..I-"

" You can change. You can. A girl is better.

Marry to a woman..have kids..have a happy

home...have a good job...nothing else

matters Yin"

"You promised me that you would make me

happy right?..Make sis happy only for this.

Promise me that you will stay away from

him as far as possible. Promise?" She said as she held Yins hands.

"***But that is who I am..I*** \-"

"***Happiness..promise"

" ..........I promise sis. I will stay away***."

"See? ....it wasn't so hard. Sis loves you.” Lizzy said as she hugs him.

"I-I love you too"
