Once upon a time, in the land of five nations, people lived in tranquility and prosperity. Without any restrictions, they often travelled freely with these beautiful lands. The leaders and rulers of each nations, treated themselves as sworn brothers. They never had any conflicts, or any disagreement.

But who would have thought that the Demon Queen appeared in the Mortal Realm and ruined it all?

She seduced the leader --Liu Cang Hai of Huo Nation, and used as pawn to hinted the war. They fought and the casualties never failed the Divinities.

Henceforth, the Heavenly Realm wasn't happy about this. They knew her intentions, and they couldn't stood still. As Xian Yu- the God of Celestial Four Symbols, assigned Mei Xing to joined the Eight Immortals in the Mortal Realm.

Mei Xing known as one of the Guardians of Celestial Four Symbols-----Meng Zhang, Ling Guang, Jian Bing and Zhi Ming.

She immediately joined the war, and she was unhappy to see those people, lost their loved ones. The terror and agony, she sensed it. After all she would like to know the humans, and wanted to see the Mortal Realm, but not with this situation right now.

Crimson-colored burned the whole Shui City and filled by the darkness of night, only the moonlight were illuminated. Mei Xing leads the Eight Immortals. The demon were defeated by them. Only the demon Queen was left. "Celestial Mei Xing, your actions was truly a praise-worthy, isn't it?" smiled in front of them, the Demon Queen stared Mei Xing with her red-pheonix eyes.

"You should have known that before, that we will not tolerate any of your actions!" one of the immortals said.

Ignored by her words the Demon Queen still smiled "How could that possible? The Heavenly Realm sent the Eight Immortals to fight my demon army, do you think you can defeat me?" Calmed and still prim, Mei Xing "We wouldn't let you to ruined this world to replace your ambitions."

One of immortals used his weapon and protected Mei Xing, the queen attacked by her sword. She couldn't let anyone to mock her just like that.

Mei Xing casted some spell, the sword of Heaven appeared, this sacred weapon can kill the demons and the queen itself.

Holding her sword, she started her attacks to the Queen, while on the other hand the queen dodged her.

Mei Xing used her legs and kicked her, while she tried used the sword, to counter-attack. The Queen used her powers to shield herself from the opponent. But suddenly, she couldn't expected that the Eight Immortals, circled themselves-- around and casted some spells. Mei Xing used herself as a bait to lure this evil queen without knowing their plan. After that, the celestial barrier emerged from the ground and trapped the queen, while Mei Xing withdraw herself.

Ashamed that the Queen defeated, she said "I curse you! You! Celestial Mei Xing! I will not die yet, you can never stop me, or the Eight Immortals rather!"

Her eyes glows in red, but after she said that, Eight Immortals ended the barrier spell and locked the queen inside.

"You can never escape that barrier." Mei Xing said.

The queen clutched her hand, "I..never thought you can used this barrier on me but..." her eyes starts to glows as her palm blasted-off dark energy. The barrier without a second thought broken, the Eight immortals and Mei Xing alarmed with her actions as she tried, attacking again the queen. She was stabbed by the sword on her back. How couldn't Mei Xing sensed the evil energy on the Sacred Sword? Unless....the queen possessed the sword itself. Unknown to Mei Xing, the queen expected their plan and she sent her soul to the sword. She suppressed the holy and magical tools, by using her malicious powers. Her body could no longer move on the other hand, while Mei Xing suffered from her injury, and the Eight Immortals rescued her.

"You! What did you do to Celestial Mei Xing?!" One of the immortal raged.

One of the immortals, casted a spell to sent back the queen to her body. It was succeeded. She came back to her own demon body while saying "The Eight immortals, must be worried about the war instead." Grinned and satisfied to see Mei Xing suffered from her injury. Behind her, the army of Demons appeared from the black labyrinth, the tweleve Demon Clans, including her right man, Que Rong.

"You! Vile woman! Let me--"

"Stop! Celestial Mei Xing's life must be important Ge-ge!"

Stopped by his companion the Eight immortals, knew they couldn't stand against with the Demon Queen added with her powerful army. Mei Xing's face became pale, her lips was dull-colorless, and the blood dripped and soaked into her white robes.

One of the immortals, carried Mei Xing and they decided to retreat.

The portal of Heaven realm, emerged into their way. But when they walked toward the light path, one of the demon clan stopped them and clashing sounds of two sharp swords breaking another silence. One of the immortals blocked using his sword, to the opponent.

"Don't worry about me, the Heaven must worry about this maiden!" He said.

"But...no!" Another said and he joined him.

Five immortals joined the two, they unsheathed their swords and aimed it into the enemy. The other one, carried Mei Xing and they went into the light, leaving their companions.

"We, are the Eight Immortals sworn, we couldn't let you, the Demon Clans escape or bring any disasters into this World!"

The Demon Clans, lead by the Queen defended her into the attacks. After that night, no single soul would know what happened next. But thankfully the great war ended, and couldn't tell if the Eight Immortals stopped it, while the Demon Queen and her clans retreated.

The Eight Immortals, disappeared without a single trace.

All of the deities were present in the main hall today. All of them wore silky white robes, it symbolizes purity and supreme being. They all lined up according on their ranks.

The Jade Emperor known as the ruler of Heavenly Realm. The God of all Divinities. The Emperor sat on his gold-colored throne, watching those deities bowed their heads on him.

MingYue alongside with his companions Shu Ren and Ying Xi as they known for being the Celestial Guards of the Heavenly Realm. They bowed as well, but unlike the other deities, they stood up behind Xian Yu- the Gods of the Four Symbols.

The Emperor withdraw his hand, and said "Today, We called all of your presence here just to announce that the Path of Truth's seal were broken."

Path of Truth is the Eight Immortals used to sealed the pathway connected from Demon Realm to Mortal Realm. Sixteen years had passed, the legendary immortals were gone after the war.

"How could be that possible Your Majesty? No one can break, the Path of Truth, even the Demon Queen herself." One of the Deities asked.

The Emperor maintained his demeanor aura, answered him "We don't know yet, the real cause of this odd incident, but We know for sure that this is the Demon Realm's doing."

"Your Majesty, pardon for this mere servant recklessness earlier, but if the Demon Clan has some involvement with this incident. Let me further investigate to the Mortal Realm." Xian Yu said. He's also one of the higher-ups and the leader of Four Constellation or Symbols. He has silver colored eyes, good-looking and innocent face, but unlike his physical appearance his behavior somewhat different.

"Leader Yu, unfortunately We couldn't grant your request. The Demon's power can sense your arrival if you go to the Mortal World." MingYue saw Xian Yu's unhappy face after hearing the Emperor, behind that mask he can sense it. Then, he turned his face and looked at the Jade Emperor, he didn't expected that Emperor looked back.

"His Majesty, he looked at me isn't it? But why?" He thought. Confused for his thoughts, the Emperor said "But, We will summon someone, who can help us to find the Eight Immortals."

"Your Majesty, who is that Celestial being? May I know? "One of the Gods asked--"Jiao Xie".

The commotion inside the main hall starts as the Gods and Goddesses looking who's that Emperor referred. All of those eyes looked at MingYue, who were shocked and confused at the same time.

"Y-your M-Majesty? But this one is only a mere guard from your palace."

"What? Did you say that We can't summon someone? Do you want defy your Emperor?"

"No-- Your Majesty, pardon me for my rudeness." Hong Zhu said. One of the Goddesses. She was a beauty and her skin was pale, but her eyes were cold, no one couldn't see her face under the white veil covered.

Yi Xing, asked "Your Majesty, if MingYue will find the Eight Immortals, can I go with him?"

The Emperor glanced his eyes to Yi Xing, and replied him "Only MingYue alone can investigate, and that's final." Yi Xing wanted to asked again but Shu Ren stopped him.

MingYue bowed his knees to the Emperor, "I'm only a celestial why did His Majesty summoned me? You can choose someone else but why this mere servant of yours?

"What? Did MingYue can't go to his first mission?"

"Your Majesty, but--"

Stood up on his chair, the Emperor asked to all of his guests. "Did someone disagree with Our decision?"

All of them, can't defy the Emperor after all. Maintained themselves as sign for they are all, agreed with the decision.

"MingYue, We as the ruler from Heavenly Realm bestow my permission to you, find the legendary Eight Immortals in the Mortal Realm."

MingYue can't no longer ignored his mission, and said "Yes, Your Majesty. MingYue gladly accepts his mission."

After the meeting, MingYue went into the garden of Heaven, known for the relaxing mind and calm heart. He can relaxed and calmed his heart if something troubled him, Yi Xing and Shu Ren were with him right now.

Yi Xing, "A-Yue, are you alright?" MingYue looked to him, and said "How can I be okay, if my heart starts to keep troubling me. Brother don't worry about me, gladly accepted his mission. I'm really happy that finally I'll go to the another Realm."

"But A-yue this is not an easy task, like we did in the past."

"Brother Yue, he's right." Shu Ren said.

"If this is my destiny, then let it be. After all His Majesty, choose me and no one can defy or even disagree after all." MingYue was right after what happened in the main hall no can disagree with the Emperor. He bowed to his companions, behind them a woman came and called him; "MingYue it's time for your departure."

Yi Xing, "A-Yue here." He gave his jade necklace to MingYue. MingYue took the necklace. "A-Yue be careful, don't worry we will talk to His Majesty."

"Thank you Brother Xing." The light from the pathway appeared and also the path to the another Realm.

He went into the light and smiled while waving his hand from the two, Jiao Li casted her spell to opened the pathway, closed it with the snapped of her fingers.

MingYue was inside of the pathway, slowly closed his eyes from the light and consumed him.

The young celestial fox finally open his black dazzling eyes. Seeing the azure sky from above, sounds of singing lovebirds nested above the branches.

Coldness coming from the wind, and the lovely flowers still growing, lush moisture from the grass completely covered the ground. MingYue, looking around these beautiful scenery caught his attention.

This world, is it the human realm? The world where humans live? He thought. Getting himself up, MingYue lower his head and saw an object shines and it was hanged on his slender neck. He touched the tear-shaped jade pendant. But why Yi Xing gave him this, it was in Yi Xing's possession when they were young.

He walked down from the mountains, his appearance as the celestial reveals every beauty on him. His long raven but silky hair fluttered by the wind, his beautiful rosy lips, his white and porcelain smooth skin.

As he passed by, suddenly MingYue heard a melodic sounds coming near him. Looking around and caught the sight of a young girl playing 'Sheng' beautifully, MingYue who was astonished by the sounds seen that the girl looking at him.

And after a few moments, she halted with her instrument, her eyes looks exactly like an euphoria, unlike her messy appearance. The ponytail that attached were loose and seeing the hair strands more messing up.

Her pink long robes smitten by the mud, and ragged on. MingYue, could only watched the young girl smiled at him, and twitched his brows found it more disturbing for him.

"Young Master, it seems you're going to the Shui Town?"

MingYue ignored her words, fixing her instrument and placing it on her back, using with the long blanket.

Until they reached the Shui Town in time. People as usual were doing their business. Children are playing in the grounds with their playmates cheerfully.

MingYue with the maiden beside him he would have asked that this little young girl here, knew something about this town but he choose not do it after all.

He went inside of an inn, sat on the occupied seat. After following MingYue all the way, the girl seat towards him, he placed her things on the table.

MingYue "......."

Why this human, following me all the way here? Is this how humans interacted with another?

"Young Master, how may I help you?" MingYue looked at the voice coming from an old man, and his eyes turn to the another person.

"Young Master, is this your companion here?" Then pointed her using his index finger. When MingYue turn to answer his question, suddenly a fist slammed on his table.

"Yes! I am..." the young girl stood up from her seat and proudly answered, placed her hand into her chest.

Waiter,"...."

MingYue, "....."

She pouted her lips, looking at them and turned back to her seat. MingYue couldn't believed this attitude coming from this midget with him. He had no time to answer the old man.

"O-okay, I see" the old man force himself showing his smile.

"Young Master, your friend here..you should protect her at all cost. It seems you're new here to this Town"

"Eh, what do you mean? I could protect myself here" the young girl protested. Seeing his skirt staining the table cloth, the old man just maintain his calm appearance.

"Have you heard about the Demon who lurks at night and stealing every maidens here in this town?"

"Nope, I haven't heard that"

"Now, that you have heard..be careful on your way"

"Hmm, should I be scared?"

"...."

"Aww..I'm hungry!"

"....."

MingYue having heard this conversation, only closed his eyes. Then, the old man returned to his kitchen.

"Young Master, my apologize for following your presence here. I'm He Qiong." He gladly introduced herself showing her beaming smile.

"Human, the reason why you were following because you don't know your way to the Town?"

Another pout showing on He Qiong's smooth face, "How mean~, I have a name and it's He Qiong!"

MingYue never mind to her ranting and still continue to ask, "Human, I don't have the time here..so don't follow me"

"I've told you, it's He- "

"AAAAAAHHHHHHH!" A piercing sound came and echoed outside the inn. MingYue alarmed and rushed forward to the entrance without hesitation. He Qiong just followed him.

A shadow lurking at the top of the roof and another maiden was captured, as the moon illuminating on it's shadow. MingYue, tightly gripped and pulled out his sword.
