She has known Toga since 4, she is a year younger and calls her Himi

Ashlee was 14 when Shinso joined her family, but was soon accepting, and she met Denki at 16, and they became BEST FRIENDS. THEN she got reunited with the villains and joined them, and became their leader

When she was 18 she started teleporting to her dad during work, and giving him things he forgot, etc. then she got offered to go to school at UA, even though she was older than them
BTW Ahlee is 2 years older then all of the class 1-A students
