Rose Anderson. That was the name written on the name tag he found on the floor. The owner must have lost it without realizing. He put it into his white coat pocket and walk towards the wards. Greeting the patients with his sweet smile and words, everybody seems to be comfortable around him.

"Dr Edric!" Hearing someone calling him, he turned around to see nurse Gracia approaching. There was a file on her hand.

"The patient in room 0232 has woke up," she said in one breath. Dr Edric walk past her and they walk side by side to the told room.

"How's her heart rate?" He asked.

"Apparently it was normal," nurse Gracia walk faster when she can't get a hold of him. His slender and long leg was making their gap longer.

Reaching the doorknob, Dr Edric stopped in front of the door. From the small window at the door, he can see someone inside clearly. Gracia who just arrived also stuck behind him. Seeing Dr Edric being in a daze, it was something new for her.

"Dr Edric? Are you fine?" She tapped on his shoulder. Dr Edric get on his self. Opening the door, his heart beat faster then normal. The woman who is talking to the patient in the room with a bright smile look at them for a while before glancing away.

"Thank you for taking care of her, Rose." Gracia said with a smile.

"My pleasure. I will be going now. Take care Mrs Smith," Rose Anderson walked away from the room without even glancing at Dr Edric. He was dumbfounded for a moment before he get back to his sense and greet Mrs Smith.

It was 5 p.m. and he was still at his room in the hospital. Staring at the name tag on the table, he seems to fall into a deep memories. Rose Anderson. So it was her. The same Rose in his memories, who he had been missing so much.

They seems to have a fate together. Seeing from her reaction back then, he was so sure that she didn't even remember him now. Nor that she knows him. Maybe never. She had never remembered him.

Picking up his coat, Dr Edric left his room to the ward. She must still be there somewhere taking care of the patients. He must make it clear for one more time. He wanted to see that face again. Yes, desperately. He wanted to know if she has ever remember him.

Reaching the ward that he knows she was in charge of from the clothes she wear, Dr Edric searched around. A few minutes later, he stopped in front of a room and look inside. She was there. Standing in front of the door, he smiled.

Although he had a faith that they will meet again, it has never occured in his mind that they will meet this fast. After four years to five, in count. When he was about to open the door, his cellphone rang. There was a call for emergency surgery. He left without second thought.
