As the sun set Belladonna was wishing that she had someone to talk to. She stared at her window feeling lonely and so she decided to go down to the kitchen where is she saw her mom and her dad having a bit of a squabble.She grabbed a bag of chips and went back up to her room wishing she could do magic and block out the sound, of course that was illegal.So instead she turned up the music blasting loud.Suddenly her there was I scratch on her window as she turned around and looked there was this huge grayish owl. She gaped at it wondering what it was doing here until she saw it had a letter,Of course being the curious girl that she was she immediately opened the window and took the letter. It was a thick envelope with Beautiful calligraphy in emerald green ink. As she held the letter the emerald ink glitter in the light of the setting sun.She tore open the letter hoping,wishing,desperately wanting it to be what she thought it was.

BELLA’S PARENTS POV

Suddenly they heard a shrieking scream from upstairs they sprinted worrying that something had happened to Bella and desperately hoping it wasn’t anything serious.

She dropped the letter and shrieked in joy as she saw a headline saying Welcome to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. As she picked up her letter she realize she was jumping with joy she quickly read through it and at the end it was signed by Professor McGonagle. Suddenly her parents burst into her room.

''Honey what happened!''her mom yelled.

''Are you hurt!''her dad screeched.

As Bella cried tears of joy she told her parents''I was excepted into Hogwarts!I’m going to school at Hogwarts!!Hogwarts guys!!Hogwarts!''

''oh dear that’s wonderful, it’s been your dream since you were a child, good for you!''her dad exclaimed.

''Ha ha ha I knew my daughter would get in, I mean come on I’m such a great witch myself, oh I’m so happy for you!'' Her mom said in a joking tone.

Before Belladonna knew what she was doing she was already explaining to her parents what train she would take when she would have to leave what she needed for school.

MALFOY POV

''Don’t disappoint me,son.''a deep voice drifted in from my open door as I read the letter the dark brown owl had just brought.

''I won’t,father.'' I replied.

I heard him shut the door and I sighed in disappointment, of course I didn’t expect anything else. I was expected to get in to Hogwarts. It wasn’t a hope everyone knew it,after all I’m from the Malfoy family,I’m a pure blood.Still I wish he would be a bit more excited for me I sighed it again and wondered if I really could make him proud, I kind of doubt it. I’ll never be good enough,oh well. Just because he’s not excited for me and my mother is not excited for me, I’m excited for me and of course it’s a reason for me to celebrate. I called Dobby and in a flash of bright light with a loud crack a short little stubby gnome looking creature appeared.

I said ''Dobby I was excepted to Hogwarts would you like to celebrate with me?''

Dobby the house elf replied ''Of course young master I’m so excited for you, allow me to go get yousome cake and bubbly water.

I smiled and said ''thank you Dobby, that would be wonderful.‘’

He smiled and replied ''I am truly delighted for you young master.''

With another crack and more bright light he was gone and came back with delicious chocolate cake and raspberry flavored bubbly water. That night I drifted off to sleep wondering if I’d make friends at my new school.

BELLA POV

As I waved goodbye to my parents and boarded the scarlet train I began wondering where I should sit as I slowly stumbled pulling my heavy trunk around behind me with the cage and my owl Cat in it I realized how long it was going to take to find a seat with this huge truck.

Suddenly a blonde boy pushed by me and said ''get

out of my way mudblood!''

I can tolerate a lot of stuff but I come from the noble house of Stone we are pure bloods, we don’t care about blood status unlike some other purebloods,however I refuse to tolerate being called a mudblood. Even if it is a mudblood you should not calling them that. I mean come on it’s just rude. I turned quickly toward him grabbed his arm quite forcefully.

In a very controlled yell asked him''what did you just call me?''

He turned around and stared at me and said'' let go of me and I called you a mudblood got a problem with that?!''

I met his eyes with a disapproving stare and said ''who are you? My last name is Stone and I’m a pureblood of the ancient house of Stone and even if I was a mudblood you should not go around calling people that! Honestly mind your manners!''

He replied '' Ha Stone, well I’m a Malfoy''

''Oh dear God,you don’t even know which family is more powerful than yours you will not last long with out some help,and I actually happen to need help with this trunk so grab a handle and start helping.''

''And why should I?

''Because I’m from a older magic family than you and you need some help with learning how to respect people even of lower class then yourself.''

''And what do I get out of it?''

''Well you won’t make the mistake of talking like that to someone more powerful than you if you hang with me. You get one chance,take it or leave it your choice.''

''Ok fine'' he said and grabbed a handle rather reluctantly.

Then I realized that I didn’t know his name and he didn’t know my.

''By the way,my name is Belladonna Stone but please call me Bella or Belle.''

''Oh, yes my name is Draco Malfoy.''

''I’m pleased to make your acquaintance Malfoy.''

''And I yours Bella.''

''Well would you look at that, you do have manners Malfoy!''

''Oh shut up!'

''Never mind I spoke to soon.''

We had worked our way to a empty compartment and sat down. After a while a girl with bushy hair and a boy who looked worried came in and asked if we hand seen a toad. The boy ,Neville, had apparently lost one. I was nice to them but Malfoy was rather stiff when he talked to them,until I kicked him that is. The girl ,Hermione, and Neville stayed in our compartment for a while before leaving. After that Malfoy and I argued for a bit and then had a nice conversation for the rest of the way.

...As I walked up the hallway to my great annoyance there was a tall girl with black hair bent over a trunk half her size in the middle of the hallway....

...I thought little of it until a strong hand grabbed my arm and I was jerked to a stop.It was that girl, she look absolutely ferocious. I must admit I was rather put off by her....

...Then she in a quietish yell ''What did you just call me?''...

...Suddenly l noticed her eyes, a beautiful stormy blueish gray. Wait what the hell am I thinking?! BAD BRAIN!...

...Instead of telling her what my bad brain just thought I simply replied ''let go of me and I called you a mudblood go a problem with that?!''...

...Those gorgeous eyes meet mine with a disapproving stare that made me mad with myself, and then I realized what I had just thought and again screamed internally at my brain....

...As we had been walking I lead the way back to my compartment where we put her trunk and owl and sat down. A girl and boy came in later Hermione Granger and Neville Longbottom apparently,not that I care. The girl was pretty ugly compared to Bella and the boy was sobbing, he had lost his toad.I treated them coldly but civilly or so I thought until Bella kicked me in the leg with quite a bit of force. I tried to be more nice,for Bella,but I had a hard time. They finally left and I had Bella to myself. I was surprised with myself because I of how quickly I become so possessive of Bella. We argued in a pleasant way about random things that don’t matter. I was shocked because I had thought that I was good at arguing but I simply could not beat her. After I finally gave up we had nice conversations for the rest of the way there. She is a huge foodie! She brought a ton of snacks but that didn’t stop her from eating mine and buying more from the snack trolley! I decided to all ways have a snack to offer her so that she would stay friends with me. Yes I will bribe her in to friendship with food,a solid plan....
