For me... This world is strange. Sometimes I get it, sometimes I don't. It's kind of confusing. But I guess, I have already given up on trying to understand it, a long time ago.

"Hmmm." *yawn* "It is already morning? That's fast.." she thought, then mumbled, "Oh well."

She started getting up from her bed.

"What time is it now?" she wondered and stared at the clock. The clock is only beside her bed, at the right side, above the table cabinet where she always study. "6:01" she whispered.

She walk down the stairs only finding her own brother walking towards her direction. It seems he is coming for her.

"Sigh.. I wonder what it is again." in her mind indicating that she already predicted what this 9 year old boy needs from her.

"Oh good timing!" he exclaimed.

"What timing." she replied immediately. Her face shows that she's uninterested on what he is going to say.

"I have a question." he said seriously. But she knows too well what kind of brothers she has. That's why without a second thought she said:

"Another useless question, right?"

"Hahaha.." he laughed to brush of her sister's conclusion.

"Congratulations, YOU are WRONG!" he said with a smug face that made one of her eyebrows rise.

"Erika, do you know what is 1×1?"

"I knew it." she said to herself with a confident voice. Then she replied to him with sarcasm " I don't know Mike, I wonder what's the answer?"

Mike already know that she is being sarcastic, but of course, his goal in his everyday life is to annoy his sister. Not a single day must pass without him annoying her.

"Hah, weak.. I thought you were smart. But it's only in my thought. It's okay, Erika, I understand the capacity of your brain.." at this very moment, Erika got angry for a split second.

"Well, we can't blame anyone, BUT YOU, for that matter. Even how hard you try your best, you can never be as smart as me."

"Oh, is that so?" she said mockingly.

"Yes. So let me enlighten you, since you're so pitiful, I will tell you the answer of my super easy question that even babies can solve." he said annoyingly and then put his right hand to Erika's shoulder. "It is..... 2, Erika." he said, then form a letter "V" using his hand with a striking pose. With that pose, he continues, "Pathetic. You are utterly pathetic. You can't even multiply 1 to 1, uh, you are so, haaa..."

"Wait what???" Erika question to herself. She doesn't know how it is even possible to make such a mistake. She hoped she heard that wrong. But NO. What she heard, is what exactly he said.

"Huh?!! That's wrong, the answer is 1 you know." she corrected.

But Mike's goal is to annoy her so he ignored what she said and continue talking.

"Erika, don't try to out smart me. Because you're just not smart enough. But I understand, your too young after all. It's hard for a child to just accept it, and admit their wrong. Oh, sorry about that, maybe, since you're too young, you can't even understand what I'm talking about. But please, know your place and just learn from the expert. If you want, I can also teach you the basic alphabet. It goes starting at 'Y' and ending it in to 'X'."

Erika was left speechless.

If you were Erika in this situation, what will you do?

Choice number 1: Punch him

Choice number 2: Kick him

Choice number 3: Punch him or kick him

Choice number 4: Go back to choice number 1,2, and 3

But since Erika is much more older, and supposed to be much more mature, she will end this conversation in a peaceful way. And that way is to ignore him. After all, with the mix emotions she is feeling right now, she don't know what she'll do if that brother of hers is still in front of her.

"What? She didn't get angry?" "Oh well, I guess I'll try again later." Mike said to himself while looking at Erika walk away. He then started to walk where Erika headed.

This is how Erika's everyday life starts.

At the living room, Erika lay down on the brownish yellow coach. It's soft and comfortable, which is enough to make Erika feel relax when suddenly,

"Erika, Mike, get ready." a voice of their mother telling them what they should do.

"Eh, why" Erika asked.

"We're going with your aunts and cousins in a flower garden near at your Uncle's place. Just opened up!" her mother said happily.

"I see." Erika said with a slight smile, she then started to get ready.

Then a few minutes past, after they ate their breakfast and finished readying, they're good to go. As her mother said, her cousin's as well as her Aunties are coming. They decided to ride a bus. And they're here, in their destination. All of them started to greet the uncle also known as Uncle Eric. After doing so, they all immediately went to see the so called garden.

"Wow, cool. It's beautiful." Erika said in her mind because of being amazed.

All of them said and thought so too. What else can they say? It's really incredibly beautiful, this fact make them to start to taking pictures.

"Erika, come here and take a photo of me." her mother told her with excitement.

"Okay." she replied and took the phone. In her mind, "Taking a picture, huh.." then she started to take the first shot.

"It's blur." she mumbled disappointedly. "I guess I'll just try and take another." she thought and started to take pictures of her mother with the background again.

But, little did she knew. In this day, is when she will encounter the people whom she's fated to meet in her journey throughout her future. This day is the day, when she will meet, the people who will become a big part of her upcoming life, just like a stranger passing by, will soon vanish from her memory, until the day they will see each other again. The meeting of her and the people who will change her's and their lives too.

"The pictures background can be plain or extraordinary or amazing,

I wonder if someday it can be something,

Even if its only for decoration,

Existed in the picture for that certain person."

"Okay!" she said while having her thumb up. This is her signal saying that she's ready.

"Click. Click. Click." the sound of taking pictures of her after posing different kind of poses. As usual, I took a lot of photos, this is so to make sure she get her perfect pic.

"So.. How is it? Let me see!.." a curious but quiet excited sound emits from her voice while taking her own phone away from my hand.

"There's a lot.." she commented with not a complaining voice but a stating one.

"Well, of course." I said, since I can't think of anything else to say. In fact, I just don't want to say the true reason why I did so.

I look at the pictures I took after she look at all of them. Then I said,

"Mom, it's beautiful."

She look at my way and saw me staring at the picture. Then she said pretending not to know what I'm talking about.

"What? Let me see.."

Of course since that's what she wants, I will show it to her.

"Beautiful right." I said then she smiled for a little bit. "The background that is." I immediately corrected then laugh "Hahaha." while thinking, "Just kidding, although to be perfectly honest, I did think the background is beautiful."

"Hahahah." she laughed sarcastically. "You're annoying." she replied, as expected. Then she turns around and made my cousin, Emily, take another photo of her. In a different spot this time.

Now, it's my turn to take a photo of myself. Well, more like taking a photo using my own phone instead of selfies of myself. I'm not really good when it comes on taking pictures especially those which I'm included.

I took a shot of the view, the clouds, plants, flowers, and insects (specifically butterflies) which there are a lot of them scattered in places. "There is a lot, well obviously since this place is supposed to be a garden full of flowers, it's pretty much what you can expect." I thought and paused, and then give off a slight smile "I love it..." I said inside my mind.

"Haaah.." I sighed, it's not a sigh of disappointment or frustration but a sigh of relief, of discovering something amazing and wonderful. As I am looking at the pictures I took, it made me happy. I can say, this is a gift for me, to make me feel relax. It's maybe because this is the end of the life I'm used to.

"Tomorrow is the graduation." I mumbled. That's right, the end of my life as a normal kid. The end of a life without worrying about the future.

As I was getting tired of standing, I took the remaining time sitting at the nearest bench I found. I took a glance of the people in front of my vision.

They really careered it all. In my eyes, I don't know what time they all started, but, at this rate they will put all the flowers in to shame. Forcing them to smile nonstop from these cameras surrounding them, I don't know if the flowers can even take it. Just kidding, but if I say it this way, the flowers really do look pitiful.

"Oh, common people, I know I'm beautiful.. But can't you be satisfied with only one pic? Please, stop, or I'll get embarrass and turn red.. Even though I'm only used as props, if you keep going, my beauty might affect your phones and break apart cause it might not be able to take my enormous beauty." it's just me exaggerating and using personification on the flowers. Sorry, I'm bored. Besides, there are a lot of people surrounding every types of flowers and keep taking selfies, they remind me of an ant going back and forth from the food. "Just a little bit, all these flowers will eventually suffocate." Just kidding, well it is true if they all stay at the same location it might happen. Although sure enough, it's kind of a good thing they appreciate the flowers. "Wow, who am I anyways? Saying such things..hahaha.. Oh well."

I can see different types of flowers. At my right I can see different types of roses, such as red, white, pink and etc. Near the roses, I can see yellow tulips, red, orange, pink, white and even blue, but what makes it much more beautiful is they're all mixed up in one location. There are still a lot of flowers, in my left and in my front, even beside me. I don't know what the other flowers are called, I only know some of the flowers which are Sunflowers, Sampaguita, Gumamela, and Margarita, there's a lot more left.

Then I turned my gaze to the whole scenery in front of me.

" ♪ Well, you done done me and you bet I felt it

I tried to be chill, but you're so hot that I melted

I fell right through th- ♪ " the sound of my cellphone's ringtone. "Eh, 4:45.. Already?" I murmured in surprise when I opened it. "I see, time sure fly fast... hah.. Oh well." I said in my mind as I lifted my head and take my phone back into my jacket's pocket. There I saw something I didn't expect, a scenery that will remain in my memory for as long as I live.

As the sun is starting to set. I saw it, the yellowish red sky with a little hint of blue color still remains in it. The moon is also visible which is incredible. These things made the flower stand out even more. I don't know if the other people here notice it cause they're all still very busy taking pictures. All I can say in amaze is whisper, "Wow..."

It's really beautiful, I wonder why, actually this is the first time I saw such an amazing thing.

For some reason, I feel quite sad. I don't even know what's the reason. I want to take a picture of it, but I hesitated, "On second thought, nevermind." I mumbled.

I feel strange. "Picture, huh.." I said as I pause. "I don't get it." a thought that popped out of my mind.

"Hey, Erika! Let's go." my brother which is two years younger than me, is calling. "So, it's time to go home."

We decided to ride a bus. I chose to sit beside the window in the front of the exit. I looked at the terrains, there I can see a two children around my age playing with a kite, actually this road is located in a mountain and this bus is heading down.

Those two children, one is standing, and one is sitting, are both above a mountain cliff, just to be clear, they're location is at the opposite side of the road we are taking. And then a person riding a bicycle cross by, "Pfft.. Hahaha.." I laughed but only in the inside, my real expression didn't change much except for a slight smile. It's kind of funny, since one of those two kids let go of the kite at the same time the one who rode the bike cross by. The bus stopped also at that very moment. It made me realize, what kind of coincidence, right?

The reason why the bus stopped is because someone is getting in, that person chose to sit in the chair at my back, "Well, it's not as if I care." I thought, since it's only normal, this is a bus after all.

I still keep looking at the window, it seems there are still people getting in. I can still see the two children, "A traffic?" I thought and then saw the one who is ridding a bike..He's stuck. "Haha, that's how life works I guess." I said and then think again, "Maybe there's a problem, oh well, I'm sorry but I can't do anything about it. Good luck to you all." a thought out of concern. A motorcycle is also passing.

"My what, again?! They will also get caught by the traffic, definitely." I stated.

There are also a bunch of people walking, I wonder whats wrong. I think all of them are students.

"Hmmn, I wonder what's inside that big envelope she's holding." I thought out of curiosity when I saw one of the students holding a huge brown envelope.

But what I should be worrying about right now is, "Why are there a lot of them in one places?!" "People just so you know, there is a traffic for some reason!.." if only I can say that to them but, oh well, I will only be a nuisance.

My eyes can take it no longer, so I turned my gaze at the front, but that's when I thought "The Another" type of vehicle is approaching and will scooch over to that traffic area, well luckily enough I thought wrong. Instead, the black van stopped and took a "U" turn. It used the other way, I guess the owner knows what is the smartest thing to do. "If you know you can't win the battle, just proudly retreat. Haha, hah... yeah.." I said in my mind as I started to get bored. Now everything is over, and the bus continued to move.

"What should I wear tomorrow." That's right, I almost forgot that tomorrow is our graduation day. The end of my school year as an elementary student. A goodbye to my friends and my school.

"Future.. Huh." "I wonder what it's like...Oh well, it doesn't really matter." "I guess, all I have to do, is go with the flow."

Again, do you believe in destined fate? Cause this is where Erika's life starts. A destined fate between her and the people she is stuck to meet and is connected to her future. The people who will take a big role in her life, and make her realize the things she never even thought of. How can these people, change her life? And what kind of encounter awaits her that will make her meet these people?
