Kioko POV

It is 5:30 in the morning my alarm clock went off. I reach my alarm clock to press the off button on my right side. Slowly sitting down on my bed and yawning, while rubbing my eyes. Today is Tuesday and there's school so have to wake up early. Slowly moving on the right side of my bed where my alarm clock is. Beside my alarm clock is my family picture of when I was 8 years old.

"Good morning mom and dad ", smiling softly while reminiscing our memories together. How many years already? I'm 20 years old now so 12 years living without them. Okay, enough of the drama now. Slightly patting my cheeks to make me go back to reality. Taking a deep breath to compose myself.

"okay time to get ready ".

Quickly going on the side of my bed making my feet touch the indoor slipper that I left on the floor last night. I always wear indoor slippers because I feel so ***** going barefoot. I tidied up my bed and start preparing for my bento. Stretching while walking towards the kitchen, not gonna lie I still feel so tired after my work last night. The customer last night are coming in nonstop. Reaching up the fridge handle with my right hand to open the fridge door.

"what to cook today? "

Making my left hand search for the food I have in the fridge. I see the pork butt cut that already defrosted so I take it out.

"guess it's gonna be pork cutlet today"

Taking the meat on the counter while humming. Yes, I like cooking food I learned a lot of cooking recipes from my mom and of course from the daily bento magazine.

After cooking my bento I always leave the lid open first to let it cool down while I'm gonna shower and fix my self then close the lid, pack it, put it in my bag, and head up to school.

I and my friends always wait for each other at the waiting shed at the intersection. That shed is the center for us because we all go on different road paths. I can see my friends Akira, Misaki, Matthew, and Kaito waiving from the shed while looking at me so I waved back with a smile. Guess I'm the last person today.

"Hey, guys your early today".Kioko

"Hi Kiyoko good morning ", Mathew

He greeted me with a wide smile on his face. He's such a sweet guy

"we're not that early Kiyoko we just got here too".Kaito

"he's here early because someone was waiting here for him and make him have a good morning kiss". Akira

"n-no I'm just an early bird that's all".Kaito

Kaito's cheeks turns to deep red as he continued to deny what was Akira saying. His reaction tells everything he's not good at lying or covering up.

"Ohh yes he was like this inside the fancy sports car".Akira

Akira goes closer to Misaki and acts like she's inside the car by bending down her knees a little having her right-hand index finger do the finger call I don't know what it calls the one that we point the index finger and try to call someone by curling it up and down. So to continue Misaki bend down to match her height too and

My cheeks started to get warm and yes I'm blushing so hard and my imagination is killing me. Of course,  I'm curious how it feels to have that french kiss.

The waiting shed becomes so lively by us 5. Akira keep teasing Kaito while Misaki was about to pass out after Akira kissed her cheeks. So technically now Akira was holding Misaki in her arms while teasing Kaito. While I am still on my lalaland I can hear Matthew's voice saying "get yourself together Kiyoko" his shaking me while holding my shoulder. When my brain finally goes back to reality I quickly check my wristwatch and my eyes almost pop out when I see the time.

"guys I know your enjoying but we have to go now or else we're gonna be late"Kiyoko

After hearing the words I just said they all realize what time is it so Kaito just screams like the end of the word.

"omg let's go we have a quiz today we can't be late"Kaito

Mother of pearls I forgot to study my lesson I'm so doomed. My work last night makes me so drained. I look at my watch to check if I can still review when I reach the school and yes there are still at least 10 minutes to review.

"let's get going so we can still. review ".Kiyoko

We all rush going to school but not on running mode like were just walking a little bit fast not the chill mode.

Every morning there is a teacher who is assigned to be a watcher to make sure the students have their proper uniform on and also no latecomer is allowed the gate always close when it is almost time to start the class.

The teacher at the gate greet us good morning so we greeted her back as respect too.

Before we go to our classroom we always have to change our shoes. The shoes we use outside the school cant be used in the school. Why? to maintain the school's cleanliness the floor is shinning polished from the hard worker cleaners yesterday and yes cleaners we clean our school we don't have janitor here. My schoolmate is friendly and nice to me so far no bullies around here.

We finally reach our classroom and no time to waste I need to review for the quiz I don't wanna get a low score. So I grab my notes so I can study somehow

school bell rings

What? already? but my watch said it is not yet time. I look at my wristwatch and it is still the same time as how I see it a while ago. My watch battery is done and so do I.

I can already see my teacher in the hallway his always coming on time. All I can do now is to pray that I know the answers.

My heartbeat so fast with stomach ache like I wanna fart soon on my nervous. Matthew was sitting down in front of me. While freaking out on my seat Mattew accidentally drop his pencil and it's rolling in my direction. I quickly get the pencil and hand it over to him by tapping his shoulder behind. He grabs his pen and says thank you while passing a note to me saying "smile everything is alright" I don't know if I should be happy with my situation.

*After class*

Class is finally over everyone was getting ready for their club activities as for me I didn't join any club activities because of my work. I need to work to make for my daily living. I did inherit my parent's wealth after they pass away but money flies fast also being college is no joke. Books are gold and the tuition is diamonds that's why I need to work to cover up my bills at least.

I'm already outside the gate and ready to walk going on my work. Paying for a taxi every day is like I'm only working for my taxi so I rather walk. Plus also you know a taxi driver might rape me.

"Hey Kiyoko".Matthew

Mother of pearls he scared me for a second. I'm was caught off guard. He just pop up behind me like a ghost.

"wanna hang out with me tonight? I have a new video game that I wanna play with you". Mathew

He leans closer to me and whispers in my ear

He knows I'm gay and he's okay with it but we don't cross the friend zone line we know our limit. He started walking away from me going in the opposite direction. Matthew did a few waving at me as he keeps taking his step forward. The moment he finish waiving I started to run going on my work. My work is only on the next street but I wanna go there early so I can rest. The moment I take my turn going on the next street.

Kiyoko POV

I just finished working and I'm so tired. Tonight was another busy night again at work. I'm gonna go outside using the back door of the restaurant to throw the trash at the backside of the building. The moment I open the door I can already smell the cigarette smoke from the person who likes to just hang here to smoke. I cover my nose as I walked going on the trash bin. I don't like cigarette smoke because of my asthma. Once I inhaled a lot of the smoke I will start to cough badly. The moment I close the trash bin a guy grabs me from my back and tries to push me on the wall. I'm scared because he has a knife pointing at my neck. He wanna do something to my body. His hands were going inside my shirt and roughly squeeze my nipples.
