Evelyn POV

I layed down on my bed thinking about one of the very few things that make me happy.

"MURDER"

Oh how I loved the pools of blood created by the lifeless bodies laying on the ground.

I was brought back to reality when I heard my dad calling me.

Dad:"Evelyn come down for breakfast".

Evelyn: "Yeah coming dad" I said as I got off my bed .

I came and sat next to my dad who was busy taking to someone in the phone.

He quickly hung up as soon as he saw me.

Dad : "Good morning Evelyn" .

Evelyn: " Good morning dad". I said while pouring milk into my cereal.

Dad: "I won't be there for a few days dear". He said while shifting he's gaze at me.

Evelyn: " Another one of your mafia missions??" I asked

Dad:" Yeah"

Evelyn:"Can I join?" I asked while shoving a spoon full of froot loops into my mouth.

Dad:"I'm sorry dear but you can't I still need someone to take care of the gang while I'm gone" He replied

Evelyn:"Hmmm" I simply hummed with my mouth still filled with the colourful cereal.

Dad:"Ok Evelyn go otherwise you will be late for class"

Evelyn:"Yes dad" I said while grabbing my bag.

I reached half way to my university when I decided I didn't want to go there.

So I simply just changed my route and went to my best friend's house.

Evelyn:"Hey Waston" I said to my friend who was busy reading a book.

Waston:"AHHH OMG YOU STARTLED ME" He said while laying his hand near his heart in a dramatic manner.

Evelyn:"Chill out and stop being so dramatic." I said while taking a seat besides him.

Waston:"Aren't you like supposed to be studying right now?" He said in a sarcastic tone.

Evelyn:"I know but I think annoying you is more important" I replied with a sarcastic smile.

Waston:"Your life's a mess" He said while glancing at me.

Evelyn:"Watch your mouth I'm a mafia I could kill you at this exact moment." I said while looking at my nails.

Waston:"And yet you won't cause I'm your best friend" He said while smiling.

Evelyn:"Yes and be grateful about that cause if you weren't I would have chopped your head off by now." I said while looking straight into his eyes.

Waston:"Ok can you like stop talking about murdering me now it's scaring me" He said while looking away.

To which I chuckled darkly.

Evelyn:"What if I don't want to stop taking about chopping your head off?" I said.

Waston:"Please stop" He replied.

Evelyn:"Ok Ok I will I was just playing with you." I said while looking away.

Waston:"Good now go back home it's getting late." He said.

Evelyn:"Are you trying to get me out of your house cause you're bored of me??." I asked while raising my eyebrows.

Waston:"Yes now go." He replied sarcastically.

Evelyn:"Whatever goodbye."

Waston:"Bye"

Evelyn POV

I had to come back home because my Best friend didn't want to see me anymore.

"What a sad life I have" I sniff in a dramatic manner.

Evelyn :" Dad I'm home" I said while walking into the kitchen.

Evelyn: " Dad?? You there??" I said a bit worried.

Oh wait I forgot he went on his mission.

I sigh as I take a seat a seat on the couch.

Ever since mom passed away dad is always trying to distract himself using his mafia work.

And each time I try to confront him he just makes a excuse and gets away with it.

I know that mom's death has had a HUGE impact on him.

And I feel really bad I try to comfort him but he keeps saying that he's fine.

Which I obviously know is a lie.

I mean I'm a mafia I can obviously tell when someone is lying.

My mom was actually murdered.

The main reason I decided to become a mafia is to find the person who killed my mother and make sure he/she dies a very painful death.

I smile to myself at the thought of stabbing the person who killed my mother.

I'll make sure he/she begs for his/her life while I keep on stabbing them right in the heart.

Now you might think that I'm a psycho but let me tell you if anyone tries to mess with the people I love they will regret it forever.

I show NO MERCY to the person who do dirty to me or my family.

I came out of my thoughts when I heard my phone ring.

It was Lev.

He is a mafia boss of his gang.

He has been having a little trouble with his enemies recently so I have been helping him.

In disguise Ofcourse.

I quickly answered the call.

...--On call--...

Evelyn: " Hello? Lev?"

Lev:" Hello Zix (code name) we need you at the base now!!"

Evelyn: "Why??! What happened??!".

Lev:" My enemy may have found out about our plan of

attacking his base tonight we need you now!!!"

Evelyn:"Yeahh coming"

I quickly put on a mask to hide my face and got on my bike with looks like this by the way and rode off.

Being a mafia under disguise can be pretty annoying at times.

Especially when people don't really know your real name.

The only reason I have to hide my identity is because of my dad.

He says I'm underage and if I wanted to become a mafia I have to keep it secret.

He says I can only reveal it once I become an adult.

So till then everyone in the mafia world is gonna know me as Zix.

And there is nothing I can really do about it so whatever.

And before I knew it I had already reached Lev's base.

Lev:" Zix You're here thank god now we need a new plan what do we do??!"

Evelyn (ZIX):" We won't attack their base tonight."

Lev:" What??! Why??!"

Evelyn: " Because now that they already know about our plan they probably kept their base guarded and we would most likely fail our mission.

It would be quite useless."

Lev:" True"

Evelyn: "And also make sure to keep heavy security for a few days they might want to take revenge"

Lev:" Yeah that makes sense"

Evelyn: "Ok I have to go now but if something happens CALL ME IMMEDIATELY"

Lev:" Yes bye Zix"

Evelyn: "Bye Lev."
