Rosaline Spades is the eldest daughter of the great general.

Her first time seeing the crown prince, Rowel Ace, was on her first time going into the palace with her father. She fell in love with him instantly. He later saved her once when she fell off her horse during the royal hunt so she felt he had noticed her existence, but he didn't care a bit about her. He had only saved her because she was the sister of the person he had his eyes on. On the last day of the royal hunt during the closing feast, she snuck out of the banquet and waited for him in front of his tent despite the strange looks the guards and servants who passed by, had given her. After hours had past she decided to accept that he wasn't coming and was on her way back to her tent when she saw the back of the crowned prince from afar and ran towards his direction. As she got closer she heard the voice of a woman and decides to hide and listen in on their conversation. The woman tries to persuade the prince that she was not interested in being with him and that he should give up on her before he causes her any trouble. Rosaline got upset at the fact that the crown prince was proposing to a lady that wasn't she and the said lady was rejecting him. Roseline later saw the face of the lady the prince was talking to and was shocked to know that it was her younger sister Gracia Spades who was born to her father's concubine. She had never had any relationship with her younger sister whether good or bad. Gracia's mother was more loved and given more attention than the Rosaline's mother that was the true wife of the general. Rosaline didn't care since her mother had never cared as she and her children were given their full rights and respect. However, jealousy set into the heart of Rosaline Spade as she realized that not only the crown prince but other princes and lords were in love with Gracia for her beauty, calm and reserved temperament. Rosaline went on to commit vicious acts like framing and blackmailing her sister as well as embarrassing her in public events, most of which she failed at because someone was there to either save her or stop the evil plan before they could happen. Rosaline was later tagged as a villainess and no man or woman in the kingdom wanted to cross paths with her. Even her father stopped showing her love or giving her any sort of attention. After the old emperor died and the crown prince took over as the new emperor he made a decree to marry Gracia Spades. This didn't sit well with Rosaline so she decided to do everything in her power to stop the marriage, even going as far as to poison her sister so she would be too sick to even attend her own wedding. After Rowel the new emperor investigated and found out what she had done he orders for Rosaline to be beheaded, however Gracia pleaded with him to give her a lighter punishment. Rowel agreed and decided to rather strip her of her title and send her to become a concubine of a very old and corrupt governor, far away from the imperial city. There she was always locked up and treated worse than a servant as well as being tormented until she couldn't take it anymore. She managed to steal some of the governor's treasures and tries to run away with a horse at night, however the governor found out in time and sent some guards to chase after her. While being chased through the forest by the guards that night, a landslide occurs and she got caught up in it. She clutched on to the bag of treasures and closed her eyes tight as falling dirty and stones knock her out. Before she loses consciousness she caught a glimpse of something in the bag of treasures glowing in different colors like a rainbow.

When Rosaline slowly regained consciousness, she strained to open her eyes forcing them to adjust to the bright sunlight. Now completely awake, she realized that she's laying down on the ground and elderly man is poking at her with a stick. He was scared, thinking she was a dead person because she was bleeding from her head and covered in dirt. Rosaline turns and her eyes land on the strange looking old man which startles her making her scream. The man calms her down and tells her to leave and go to the hospital but she could hardly understand a thing of what he was saying. She staggered and got up before looked around with her eyes wide in shock. On every corner were strangely tall buildings she had never seen before.

"Is this Heaven?!"

The dark forest was being illuminated almost every second as bright lightning flashes followed by thunder ripped through the sky.

"Hyah!"

"Hyah"

"Make sure she doesn't escape." the sound of pursuers as well as horses could be heard closing in from behind a the slender woman wearing a black hood and holding a full sack to her chest,ran through the dense forest.

'Please just a little further, just a little further.' she thought to herself as she forced her weak legs to keep moving fast. She slips on some mud and falls but immediately picks herself up and continues running.

An earthquake followed by a loud rushing sounds coming from up the hill drew her attention. She turned to the direction of the sound and her eyes grew wide.

"Ahhhhh!"

Loose mud with boulders and trees sweeps her away before she could avoid it.

After the mudslide settled down, the lady now at the bottom of the hill is almost completely covered by mud and stones. Blood trailed down her pale face from her head and mouth.

'Is this...how I die?' she thought as she laid there still and growing cold, looking up at the dark sky, rain drops on her face roll down along with her tears. 'If I knew it would end like this... I would have tried to live differently.' As her vision fades away, a bright rainbow light coming from inside the bag she had been clutching onto caught her attention. She didn't take her eyes off it as she breathe her last. The forest goes silent besides the sound of the heavy rainfall and thunder.

"...iss, Miss."

Her eyes slowly open as bright sun light stings it.

She moves her arm to help block the rays from reaching her eyes.

"Thank goodness your alive." an elderly man who crouched next to her said.

'What? How am I still alive?'

"Little miss how did you end up here and in this state?"

'Who is this person, and what is he saying?'

"Don't worry I already called the ambulance. They'll be here soon, okay."

The man's voice sounded reassuring but she couldn't calm down because he was speaking a language she couldn't understand.

Her eyes had finally adjusted to the brightness of the sky so she tried to sit up.

"Hey, hey, hey, little miss. You're bleeding from your head do you know that. Be careful how you move or you'll really die."

She just stared at him confused and then something behind him caught her attention. Hey mouth hung open and her eyes grew wide as she saw the tallest structure she had ever seen. She looked around quickly and it was the same thing everywhere she turned. Large skyscrapers pointing high into the sky scattered all around.

"What is this place, where am I?" (*speaking Dutch)

"Ah, I thought you look like a foreigner, I was right. No wonder you can not understand me, ayah."

"Is this heaven? Despite all my sins, did God have mercy on me after seeing my suffering and grant me grace to enter Heaven?" (*still speaking Dutch)

Tears poured down her eyes as she knelt down and started bowing and worshipping the sky.

"Hah, what is this person doing?" The elderly man looked at her confused, "Aiyoo, could it be that she hit her head too hard? Why isn't the ambulance here yet?"

As if on que, the sound of sirens coming from the ambulance could be heard.

"Just in time." The man said as he headed towards the road so he could direct the ambulance to her location on the construction site.

She was a bit surprised by the sound but was still curious. As she got up, she spot her sack which she had been holding on to before she died. She moved towards it and picked it up. Everything was intact inside of it.

'Is it possible for the treasures I stole to enter heaven?'

She was still wondering to herself when paramedics carrying stretcher followed the elderly man to her. When she saw the men in white running towards her direction, she felt scared and she quickly realized that this couldn't be heaven.

She hugged her sack to her chest and started running away from them.

"Hey, little miss why are you running away?"

"Wait!"

"We're trying to take you to the hospital so stop running away!"

She didn't look back and just kept running to the road. As she tries to cross, a car almost hits her but stops on time. She continues running across the road as several other cars almost hit her.

"Hey are you crazy?"

"Get out of the road you moron!"

Angry drivers yell at her as they avoid hitting her

"WHAT IS THIS PLACE EXACTLY!" she cried loudly as she continues running away.

After nearly half an hour of running around non stop she turned to see no one chasing after her. Instead she was greeted by passersby giving her weird stares, some whispering to each other and pointing in her direction. She gave an awkward smile and quickly walked away.

After a few minutes of walking aimlessly, she got tired and just couldn't move anymore. Luckily she was close to a small park so she went and sat on a bench.

"Mama, why does that lady look so dirty?" One of the kids playing asked his mom.

"Shhh, it's not good to point at people." the mother reprimanded the kid.

Rosaline felt uncomfortable being there because of the stares so she moved away.

She saw a water fountain close by and ran to it. She scooped some water with her hand and drank, then she looked at her reflection.

"So that's why they were all staring at me. I look like a beggar."

She started crying while scooping water to wash her face.

A few minutes later she's on a sidewalk moving aimlessly again. She had finally understood a bit of how the traffic works in the modern world even though she still had no idea where she was or the era. A delicious smell hit her nose as she walked by one of the buildings. She looked into the window and saw many people sitting at different tables eating.

Groan!!!

She held her stomach and sighed.

"I'm hungry but I don't know how to speak their language."

"Hello, are you okay?"

Rosaline turned around quickly and looked at the source of the question.

"D-Did you just say that?"

A girl wearing a maid costume with cat ears smiled at her.

"Yes I did. Are you alright?" looking worried.

"I'm so sorry, I just couldn't help but overhear what you were saying. Do you need any hel...?"

Before she could finish her sentence, Rosaline quickly hugs the girl tightly and cries on her shoulder.

"Thank goodness, finally someone who understands my language."
