Year 2006 of the Heavenly Calendar in the Continent called Avalon.

Deep within a forest, humans called "The Forest Of No Return", a wooden house can be seen surrounded by gigantic trees. In the darkness of the forest the only light that can be seen comes from that house, a house that looks like it has been repaired hundreds of times and is about to fall apart again. Inside the old house, is an old man with a white beard that's so long that touches his knees, he can be seen seating next to a bed talking to someone, its a boy about 5 or 6 years old with long black hair as rough as a sheep's wool, his skin however is smooth and has a light brown color . As he laid on his almost broken bed, he suddenly said to the old man with a skin tone as if on the brink of death, "Tell me the story again Grandpa?" with a smile of curiosity on his face. (cough ,cough) " ha ha ha, OK Archer, I'll tell you the story again". The boy look attentively at his Grandpa as he told the story. He started,  "Two Thousand years ago, before the Earth got divided into 10 continents, An event we call The Great Calamity occurred.  No one knows how or why it happened, but there was a rebellion in the Heavens which sparked a War. To stop the War, God the creator of all things, used his power to banished the rebels to a planet called Earth, but when the rebels descended from the Heavens a small percent of Gods Power came with them causing the earth to change. Because of this, with talent and strength living creatures on Earth gain the ability to become Gods and ascend to the Heavens. But yet after 2000 years, only 2 known Humans have Ascended to the Heavens."  "So what do I have to do, to go to the heavens, Grandpa?". His grandpa's smile change to a concerned look and then to a look  of pride.

Because of The Great Calamity, thousands of humans died including the animals and plants. During the recovery of The Great Calamity, humans discovered that people started to Awaken.It is described as a gold light glowing in the position of the heart and gold like gas pouring into the body, after which you gain the ability to sense God's Power in the air which flows around us like the wind, we humans call it  Essence. Less than 30 percent of the humans will awaken their Essence in their entire live. The age at which humans can awaken is 12, no one has awaken before that and the longer you take to awaken means that you are less likely to become a God. Although there are ways to awaken faster, but you would require large amount money and resources. Kingdoms are built upon Awakeners and Wars can be decided by the amount of Awakens a Kingdom has, so they are academies to train Awakens at a young age and even tools humans developed to help make Awakens stronger and grow faster.

Archer looked at his Grandpa and said, "Grandpa, you are an Awakener too, Right?"  "Correct" his Grandpa responded. "So how do Awakens become Gods Grandpa?"

In Truth , to become a God, Awakens have to pass through the different realms of power by training and mediating, its a long and hard journey, but every time your realms of Awaken increases, your life span increases also.

The Realms you have to pass through before becoming a God are: Awakened Body Realm, Awakened Energy Realm, Awakened Element Realm, Awakened Soul Realm, Awakened Control Realm, Awakened Master Realm, Awakened Grand Master Realm,  Awakened Saint Realm, and Saint Realm, but normal humans are unaware of the other realms such as the Earth Immortal Realm, Sky Immortal Realm, Heaven Immortal Realm and there are rumored to be other realms before the Realm of GOD. But Archer's Grandfather was not an ordinary human, so he new more about awakens then even the principals at academies would know. And within each Realm they are 10 stages you must pass through before going to the next realm, that is until you meet the Saint Realm.

"So Grandpa what Realm are you in?" said Archer with a big smile on face. "I am at the Awakened Saint Realm 10th stage"

"ooowwow, is that strong?" said Archer, " hahaha, well I can kill all the big monsters in the forest if I wanted too" Archer, with his sleepy face look at his Grandpa and said just before falling asleep, "I want to be a God Grandpa". His Grandpa cried quietly as tears drooped down his eyes and said, "I'm sorry Archer Tomorrow is your 6th birthday but I can't spend it with you, If I did..." and his grandpa just suddenly stopped.

The Next day bright and early in the morning Archer woke up to see a letter that simply said,

"I'm sorry Archer, Its not your Fault, but you might never be able to see me again if you don't become a Saint Before your 20th Birthday, which is something unheard of, but if you do come find me in the Continent Called Brittia, hopefully I'm still alive by then and you should know that you are a special type of human called Do.... "

Just before Archer could finish the letter it turn to ashes and he started to feel a burning sensation in his heart and a bright gold light started to glow in the location of his Heart and more and more of the light surrounded his body, then boom-mm, a bright gold light coming from the sky pierced through the clouds covering the entire forest with its light and showered down on Archer, his hair started to turn white and skin color got even lighter, but most of all his body.

His Body was....

Chapter 2 - The path of the strong

After the light showered down on Archer for about 5 minutes, multiple changes on his body can be seen, such as his increase in height, he grew from 3 feet to 5 feet in 5 minutes, his skin tone was the same but shine in the morning sun. His white hair grew down to his neck, and his muscles became more defined. And not only did he Awaken at 6, due to his blood, organs and bones being refined under the divine light, he broke through all the way to Awaken Body 9th stage. The Awaken body is about refining the body, one must refine the blood, organs and bones to surpass the limits of a normal human. Passing  through this realm can take years, decades and for some people their entire life, but Archer did it as soon as he awaken, although it felt as though he was being burnt for 5 minutes. Archer fell to the ground passing out immediately after the light stop. Who wouldn't have, with everything he had just been through physically and mentally.

Archer woke up around 6 pm that day confused but relieved, his grandpa told him that he can only see him if he became a saint at the age of 20 expecting him to awaken at 12 but now he had awaken at the age of 6, after calming down he was happy but yet sad at the same time. But although he was a child his grandpa had read him thousands of books about Awakens. So he immediately went to work on his journey to become a Saint. Whiles packing he came across a black book that was the size of a toddler's body. Archer then remember his grandpa saying that he didn't know how to open it and what exactly its about so he tried to open it, with his increase in strength he tried to pull it open but failed on all his attempts. Frustrated he  started punching the book, but it was actually stronger than any other material he had ever come across, and before he new it his wrist was bleeding and when a drop of blood drop on the logo of the book which was a golden gate, a bright light came out and the book turn into a gaseous form and entered his head. What the 6 year old Archer saw were wars, bloodshed, it seems as though it was the a record of every major and minor event related to Awakens, all of this information flowed into a 6 year old's brain, if his body was not yet refined he might have turned into a mad man, but luckily he was at the 9th stage of Awaken Body realm. He saw how the geography of the Earth change, how kingdoms roused and how kingdoms fell, location of treasures and even unknown ways to cultivate that might be unknown to other humans. Archer started to scream, his cries can be heard throughout the forest, his eyes turned completely white, the veins on his faced started to pop out and suddenly everything stopped, Archer shucked his head a couple of time and said, " so that's how it is". It was cleared that with all he had just seen his state off mind would not be the same, but instead he had just grown more intelligent far beyond his age, not only that, he also looked like a 10, 12 year old, but his state of mind had matured to that of a veteran warrior with all the death and destruction he had seen for the last 2000 years. Since he had gained the knowledge from the "Heaven Gate" as he soon came to learn was its name, he had learned about the different methods to cultivate as fast as possible, but after looking at the history of the two thousands years of Awakens he realized that he needed a strong foundation. inside of his head was as though he was in space with billions of books floating around, so he floated out deeper and deeper into the space looking for the method he wanted.

Cultivation methods can decide how far someone will reach on their path to ascension, and that is why they are broken into 5 levels such as; Human level, Earth Level, Sky Level, Star Level and Heaven level. And there is also the rumored God level method but according to Archers Knowledge it is only a myth but considering this books ability it won't but impossible. Just as that thought came to mind Archer heard a voice in his head, "I am what thou seek" and then the entire place suddenly started to collapse, a black hole appeared out of no where and started to suck in all of the methods, Archer instead of floating away floated towards the black hole and got sucked in with all the other books. Then by the time Archer realize it he was back in the real world with a method already chosen. He had no idea what method he had chosen because of the confusion, so as he nervously looked at the book he saw that it was only an Earth Rank method which means that he will at most only reach Soul Realm, and since you can only chose one method your entire life, tears slowly flowed from his eyes knowing that saving his grandpa was know impossible. But then he heard the voice again saying "why hart thou weep, are thou not satisfied with a growth level method ". Archer's crying face changed knowing what a growth level method meant, as he get stronger the method also get's stronger, although it will be hard for the first few realms as he gets stronger cultivating will get easier. He soon learned that the name of the method was 'Heavens Ladder', this helps to purify essence and make it easier to cultivate while make the body stronger physically.

Archer decided to try out the new method and as soon as he sat in meditation, essence started to pour into his body, the gold gaseous energy flowed into his body faster than before from all direction, after about five hours,

boo-om,  before he new it he was Awaken Body 10th realm, know Archer was sure that he could safely exit the forest on his own by avoiding beats of 2nd tier middle stage and above. With that Archer walked out the house he had lived in for 6 years looked around, and using his knowledge of  geography walked to the left of his house in the direction of a town called 'sea-field'. It was already midnight but Archer just wanted to start his journey right away, midway through his journey he finally came Across an Awaken Beast. It was a Tier 2 Initial stage Jaguar, it was 6 feet tall and about 5 feet long. Archer was not yet able to produce essence outside of his body, he could only strengthen his body using essence to make him self stronger and faster. But just before he could activate his essence the jaguar launched forward, since its specialty was its  speed it grazed Archer's harm as he barely avoided it. Normally in this kind of situation he should be terrified, but he witness countless battles and deaths over a time span of 2000 years, so he instead grew calmer, using his knowledge he found its weakness which was its neck. Archer poured all of his essence into his legs and launched forward faster than the eyes can see,the only thing visible was his shadow, he suddenly pop up in front of the jaguar and poured the last remaining essence he had into his right fist and Ba-mm, his fist connected with the jaguar's necks sending the jaguar flying 7 feet away into a tree. As Archer walked over in the dark night of the forest a purple light started to glow from the Jaguar's neck. he pick it up from its bloodied body, and  sat down with his legs crossed and the stone turned into a gaseous purple energy but when Archer activated the Heavens Ladder method the purple gas turned gold and interred his body.
