Akito Yama is a guy who has unhealthy body since he was 8 years old . He being forced to stay in HK hospital . Although his family not allowed him to go outside and school, his family not stopping him to play piano. One day, when Doc. Keith going abroad about another patient, Doc. Keith send his niece to take his position for a while he's abroad, his niece, Murasaki haruhi, who currently learning about yama's sickness feel sorry for him. And he want to do whatever yama's desire. Soon, Murasaki has feel in love with him...
