well, from what I can understand, there was a lot of selective breeding, so after a few decades, I was born, and now im the pride of the Ragnor family

(Huh, it kind of sounds like todoroki, but this guy has what like six quirks combined into one but also seem like his family is a lot more stable than his family, considering he doesn't seem to mind that he was "breed*" to be powerful. He definitely could be in the top five or even three with a quirk like that...)

So what are the drawbacks of such a quirk?

well, it all depends on what im using my quirk for; as you see, if im just using it for just an all out physical fight, then it will slowly drain; however, if I use my energy manipulation, then it drains faster, but my other quirks slowly drain it.

Once im fully depleted, I go into a feral rage for over an hour, and after then I transform back into a human, but I have to wait several days to transform again.

My last drawback is the moon itself.

If a new phase for the moon begins im at twenty-five percent of my power, at a quarter im at fifty percent, half im at seventy-five percent, and a full moon is a hundred percent.

However, if there was to ever be a blue moon, then my power is at a thousand percent.
