Angels Like You

Chapter 1 - An Angel Belonging to Me

...It's hard to say that I'm in love,...

...When you look me in the eyes,...

...Those eyes caught me in motions,...

...Stopping me from pouring emotions,...

...It's hard to say that I'm falling,...

...When your mouth was widely smiling,...

...It's so beautiful I'm flattering,...

...To God I'm humbly bowing....

...-For The Unknown....

The white lilies adorned in bouquets captured a picturesque moment being cradled in his arms as it swayed back and forth.

The magnificent view he's served with was everything after a tough day. Enough to lightly flutter the hiding butterflies into tingling his stomach numb.

A lovely somebody had patiently waited for him for them to spend time together after a whole day instilling knowledge in the depleted brain department.

The pair of innocent blue eyes that engulfed one in trances, lustrous coffee brown hair that captured one's fancy and the dazzling smile that suppressed one's negativity.

Like an angel that descended the heaven along with its golden halo brimming in purity, clarity and piety.

The same beauty that he's engaged in an ardour relationship with.

Being greeted by his angelic smiles were enough to carve him one, despite the impious integrity he bore.

The grace that stroked him was more than adequate to harbour the iniquitous of others simply by the certitude of their affairs.

A hallowed voice holier than the golden harp itself. His sweet honeyed poetical words were spoken in crystal clear voice, never waning in entrancing the soul of the listener.

The immense gratefulness he obligated the heaven he wasn't habituated into believing. The once reluctance had been substituted with a deep bow of contentment.

All for the wonderful days he'd been blessed with by his side.

The nude-tinted lips refused to voice his name, demanding the intimacy of the endearment 'baby' possessed. And he went along with this arrangement with no absolute form of complaint.

Being by his side was like an elusive will-o'-the-wisp he never would be able to visualise. Living the dream, the more he gifted him, the less he now claimed.

It's a given as his desire for something was rather focused on gifting him instead of belonging that something he had been fond of to himself.

He found satisfaction in doing so instead of just having it himself.

Being tamed, was the perfect expression for the boy who had found someone he wished to treasure, someone he wished his three lifetimes with.

Each passing person complimented the radiating face he had contradicting his wonted execrable unscrupulous look.

An angel and a demon.

Garbed alike the polarity of good and evil.

An ill-fated star-crossed pair of lovers others thwarted.

But the pairs instilled of iron-will were unyielding to the qualms. Their resolution of staying together ever so often was astounding and other times beckoned displeasure to the tongues.

A recalcitrant person like him was seen as a stain that sullied his honour, a blot to his white feathers. He can't dispute that.

Someone as flawless as him to be tarnished with a defect seemed like a crying shame.

Even the 'stain' himself was bummed out, having him carry the aforementioned disgrace that was him.

It perhaps turned out in a weird twist of obsession he had in criticising himself, but he could swear it's not. He simply inferred better than anyone else what consequences could the stain dragged with him.

He chuckled, mouthing an eloquent simper on the eased facial expressions.

Chapter 2 - The Once Fragile Strings I Grasped

...Once,...

...You were the sun I worshipped,...

...The blinding light I orbited the dawn and dusk,...

...But the ray you emitted wasn't mine alone to claim for,...

...Undignified I am for coveting a light belonging to none....

...-Sweet Destruction....

Love at first sight, an immediate infatuation that spread warmly through his chest, stretching phantom hands to jumble his mind.

It was a beautiful destiny, binding two youth together as a fated pair.

Momentarily or not wasn't their main concern at that time as love replaced all priorities in the empty skull of the young boys completely engrossed with love.

The boy had snatched everything away... his heart, his soul, his everything had been led away from the hook of his nose by the radiant exuberance he exuded.

He admitted.

Perhaps he's been blinded since because he never seemed to cease in admiring him even for nothing.

Hah, he never could bring himself to condemn his beloved, not the scantiest bits.

But he also knew, a relationship between someone so dissimilar that's like chalk and cheese made a mismatched duo --- they simply weren't meant together.

His instinctive gut feeling whispered him each regrets he'd face for acquiescing to his desire. But it never was loud enough to leave him shaking in fear like quivering leaves nor was it loud enough to bind him in compliance.

The thing he fret most was that... one day, he's going to wish that their path had never intertwined, unfamiliar like a stranger.

Was their ending to lead him wishing so, how miserable he would be...

He had even once thought, would they somehow wound up as the next tragic Romeo and Juliet?

He fixed a hard-to-determine smile at the light ceiling and its white wallpaper. His paper-thin hands injected with the cannulas of Peripheral IV swept over the cheek that had lost its weight.

The sensation of the 32-carat diamond ring careened initiating contact with his cheek lingered still.

Judging the way his head was tilted to the side enduring impact from the slap, even mere spectators may apprehend the intensity.

However, there's no mistaking the ringing din in his ears from his flesh being blatantly slapped.

Yet the sole thing the strokes managed to engrave was the physical searing red handprint, spread clear on his left side.

A nick formed on the corner of his rosy lips. Her jeered remarks and pressuring behest of vanishing from her son's sight caused him more anguish than did the slap marks.

Reminding him again and again of this so-called great 'taboo' he's committing. Perhaps it had always been true perhaps not.

As if turning a blind eye to the truth, he kept silent, not denying but also not acquiescing to it. He dared do nothing or even anything...

Dismissing her cursings, he worked a smile on the worn-out features.

Yet another layer of white bandage was woven by his hands, gently draping his heart that bled sorrowly from the phantom damage.

The tattered condition it's in after being mend times and times again was like a shattered glass put together, another fracture and it'll fall to pieces.

The wills were now the sole toughness left in his carcass of heart.

He had understood by heart how his beloved weren't his equal, he's unfitting of him. He won't deny that.

Thus after deeming so, he sought in making amendments for his past err, determine to wipe his slate clean.

Bearing the struggles for others in hope of burying the hatchet with him, persevering his resolution utterly by the sole light of his naive hope.

In no time, the once fiend had refined his behaviour, being polished himself anew wholly for the green light from the blue-blooded ones.

He burst out into a laughing fit, not at the others but himself. Not restoring an ounce of care even if he's seen maniac.

His lack of guile and callowness left him amazed, was the current 'he' to tweak into the past.

Chapter 3 - Purification In His Warm Embraces

...To pass away is to be the past tense in one's story,...

...Like a cloud that loomed over the sun,...

...I was his haze,...

...The shades in his path and a waft of gloom,...

...I was his weight,...

...To step away is to be the bitter taste in one's tongue,...

...Like the wind that guided over the cloud,...

...I am his pressure,...

...The steers in his path and a burden of the world,...

...I am his nimbostratus cloud....

...-Repentance....

How naive of him to presume such ingenious thoughts when life never was as simple...

No matter how one had changed for the better in the far future, they would still have to shoulder their past that drag the reputation through the mud.

It was already a stain carved somewhere in the remembrances of the indifferent eyes that beheld as the witness.

He couldn't possibly erase their memories at will. Neither would he be able to bury the past like it never existed when it had left some traces in others' lives.

That's the solid truth and he had no one to blame but himself.

A diabolic ruffian involved in reoccurring offences and misdemeanours from a common messed-up background was undeserving of the upstanding and saintly honour student from honourable and praiseworthy households.

To pine for a crossover were bound impossible over such huge differences.

It was dreadfully discernible...

Nothing but a bizarre shower of cash, prestige and power from the upper officials to pour all over his incompetence was able to assist in solving his crisis.

Outrageous as it was, humans were no mechanical properties one would correlate a mecha or robot to. A living being that Bob the builder was incapable of fixing.

Oh, maybe a memory altering device and him reincarnating into someone with the perfect package and qualifications might work as well.

Though that would require him dying ninety-nine times before achieving so.

Ascending heaven earlier might be a better alternative than loitering for such a one in million opportunity to warmly welcome him.

Solely possibilities bound inconceivable were eligible to unravel the heavenly level difficulty of the puzzle. It was an act of the unthinkable.

Yet one miscalculation was made by the adult's party. They had underestimated the obdurate soul of the youth.

His love for him was boundless that rebelling together against the exact hands that had raised his beloved wasn't necessarily a big deal at their dawn of life.

Possibly thank his past self that never weighed the consequences and this time, he's holding his empty head on account of that deed.

As rough as that sounds, regrets... he truly hadn't had one. Haha, not as if those piles of laments were able to turn back time to when his love was feasible.

Spending the days laid in one another's warm embraces at his parent's residence, taking advantage of their momentary absence.

The adults of his home were sailing on a luxury yacht in the middle of the sea abroad and will only return in a month.

The temporary relief and freedom exhilarated them despite realising that flagrant action never truly solved anything.

It was momentary freedom seen as a rebellion of some sort, rather similar to the act of quenching the thirst with poison.

Those numbered fleeting days were the happiest of his lifetime. Each second being infinitely precious, that he's all over the moon, they both were.

The vigorous youth of striplings were consumed in bed, getting tangled in making passionate love again and again. Being embraced by him brought heaven to a mere mortal like him.

Only, if only the time would freeze by command, so they could stay together for perpetuity to arise.

He beamed a gentle smile, reminiscing the unrestrained sleepless nights he'd exhausted like a hot wrap being devoured endlessly within the soft grey duvet.

It was a rather risqué thought...
