Seth was looking with no expression and he was also shivering and panting. rain drops were dropping from his face to his adams apple. Raisie felt a little uneasy in her heart and she could also feel that her blood flow got little slow. How can a man be so handsome? she was also looking at his collarbone which was sharp and defined. He got a little uncomfortable with her constant staring but still he didn't start any conversation but he cleared his throat. Raisie got back to her senses and felt a little embarrassed for her action. But she didn't show that on her face and made her face hard.

Raisie, ' How may I help you? '

' Is this Mr. Richard Merchant's resident? I'm one of his ex-student. I have an important letter to pass on him. Can I get in?, said seth.

His voice was melodious even when he was just talking. He must be very good at singing! Raisie thought to herself.

Raisie- ' umm.. give me some time. My father must be sleeping right now after taking his pills. it will be hard to wake him right now. will you be able to come tomorrow at day time? and please share your name so that I can tell him about you.

Seth- ' I'm Seth. Seth Brown. I've come from a very distant place and I don't know anyone around here. Your house is far from the suburb so it will be very hard for me to find a place in this rain. Also my cab took off. It would great help of you could let Mr. Marchant know about me and let me come in. I'm freezing outside.

Raisie took a pause and stepped aside a little for him to come inside. He came and took off his shoes and placed them perfectly in the show rack which looked very funny and obedient at the same time.

He was wearing a white shirt, a khaki color cardigan and a blue jeans. Though he was all drenched, but still he was looking handsome and sexy. Raisie didn't see a guy like this for a very long time.

Raisie- ' you can sit here. I'll call my father. Do you need anything?'

Seth- ' A glass of water please'

she brought water and was going hand it over to him. His hand touched her hand and he shaked off his hand and also the water fell off on his jeans. Raisie hurriedly grabbed a tissue and tried to dab on water on his pant. But she then realized she is touching his body parts and she stood up real quick which made her loose her balance and she fell on his lap. He smells like morning breeze.

' I'm sorry. I'm not always this clumsy. I messed your Jeans.' said Raisie while standing up from his lap.

His cheeks were red and he clenched his jaw and hand. A body part of his got hard suddenly.

Raisie put the glass on the kitchen cabinet. Her heart is beating very fast. what just happened? why did she make so many mistakes at the same time. She should be embarrassed but why is her heart is clenching? it's a good clench. At the next moment she decided to throw these feelings out of her mind. She is an upright dignified women who never makes mistakes and keeps a safe distance from people. Very unfortunate things happened the last time when her heart have beaten this way.

'Dad... Dad' she whispered, so that he doesn't wake up shockingly. 'Dad... can you please wake up?'. Nicolas Merchant opened his eyes a little and moaned.

'Dad, someone came to meet you. He is telling himself as your ex-student. He wants to give you a letter. can you please come out?'

Mr. Merchant, ' Did you ask for his name?!'

'Yes, he is Seth Brown. It seemed very urgent. I let him in already. he is in the guest room.' - Raisie

Mr. Merchant, 'Oh Seth! how surprising! umm.. I have to go to the washroom. We worked together in numerous researches. Can you please give him company for a little time?'. ' Okay dad, please hurry. I have to finish my works tonight.' - Raisie

Raisie came to the guest room and saw him scrolling his phone. He is looking fresh and relaxed. He is scrolling phone with one hand and other hand is rested on the chair handle.His legs are half twisted.

'Dad is coming in a while. Your clothes are wet. Do you want to freshen up a little and change your clothes? - Raisie

Seth, ' I wish I could change my clothes but all my belongings got wet and now I have nothing to wear. Unfortunately I have to borrow some clothes from Mr. Marchant for this night if it's okay with you.'

' It's okay but my dad's clothes are are very loose and short. I don't know if those will fit you or not! Okay! let me bring you something.'- Raisie

Raisie opened his father's cupboard and everything is loose, short and boring. She picked a polo t-shirt and baggy jeans.

When seth came out after changing, he looked quite funny and nerdy. Raisie smirked a little. ' Why are you smirking?!', seth asked with confusion.

' You are looking a little old in this attire. tell me if it's uncomfortable.' - Raisie

' No, it's totally fine. I don't think much about clothes. I'm fine with anything.' - Seth

How simple this guy is! Raisie became interested to know this mysterious guy!

She followed him to the guest room and sat in the sofa next to him. They were both silent and awkward. Should she say something? She couldn't think of anything. She became a little anxious.

'What do you do? I think you don't remember me. We met at an environment summit 6 years ago. I was helping your father in the presentation. I helped you with your accommodation in a hotel in Canberra.'- Seth

She is very surprised that she doesn't remember him at all. Maybe she was too self centric at that time that no one else mattered to her. that's why she is so alone now. She sighed a little before answer...
