Jung Eunji run across the road and cheer when she arrived at the side of the road where one chubby girl and one nerd girl wait for her.

"Annyeong Ara, .. Annyeong Jina." Eunji greet them with a wide grin showing her white teeth with braces.

"Eo, Annyeong Eunji." They said simultaneously as they start to walk.

"Did you finished the english homework?" Ara the chubby one asked.

"Eunji is excellent in English. Of course she finish already." The nerd Jina uttered with pout.

"Hurm.. I've finished the homework. I'll let you copy my work later." Eunji smile and swung her arm around their shoulder.

"But first we must hurry." She start to drag them and slightly run to the cafe nearby. The same coffee shop she go with them every morning.

Eunji take a seat at the table against the glass wall where you can watch the road view. She wait there while Ara and Jina run to her slightly with a bread on their hands. A loud sound from scooter roaming at the road make Eunji grin wide with her eyes sparkling. At that time the traffic lights turn red and the scooter stop definitely in front of them. The rider was none other than the school sweetheart, Xiumin. He wait patiently for the traffic lights change back to green while Eunji face turn pink.

She's been having crush to him since the day she entered the high school. Who would not? Most of the girls like him. He is smart, kind, caring, funny, and excellent in sport especially in soccer. Xiumin was her senior. But that's all she know since she just noticed him when Xiumin help her to carry the books to the teachers office.

"Hey look here!! She like you!!" Eunji bulge her eyes when Ara shouting while waving her hand to Xiumin. When Eunji try to shut Ara, Jina take turn and shout the same thing. Once again Eunji tried to shut them but Xiumin clearly can't heard anything and ride away when the light turn green.

"You should confess to him. I'm tired staying at the same spot every morning." Ara uttered when Xiumin disappeared from their sight.

"I know. But I don't even know which one his class and what year he is. I only know he is our senior." Eunji sigh and take a bite of the bread that Ara proffer to her.

"Why did you like him anyway?" Jina chew her bread slowly while staring at Eunji but a second later she groan and rub her head as Ara knock on it hard.

"Stop you stupidity. She already yold us the reason three times already." Ara hiss while Eunji just laugh.

"Come on guys or we'll be late for school." Eunji take her bag and run outside the shop followed by the duo.

"So, in English the pronunciation must be right or your words would have a different meaning."

Eunji keep focusing on her teacher words when Ara hand her a piece of paper.

》He is in the second grade in A class.《

Eunji smile. Then write on the paper.

She fold the paper and put the paper on Ara's table. Ara's seat mate is Jina while Eunji with their other class mate. But the they only separate by one blank space. A minute later, she got another message from the same paper.

》but I heard he is a player. All the girls swoon over him《

Eunji send her glare to Ara while Ara roll her eyes. She write again on the paper and give it to her again. Ara open the folded paper and chuckles.

》that is not his fault. Don't tell me you swoon over him too?《

Jina nudge her and asked what they have been talking since earlier and Ara explain to her. Another message arrived at their table and Ara just glance at the paper which is asking what are they talking about. Ara push the paper and keep talking. Another message land on their table and make Ara look up annoyingly but her eyes widen when Mrs. Ko look at them furiously.

"Both of you, see me at the office after this!!"

Eunji roam around the second grade of the A class while her eyes look around to find one figure that familiar to her eyes. She was in an excuse for restroom and luckily to go to the restroom you must pass the second grade classes.

Her lips grinning wide when she saw Xiumin was solving a math calculations in front of the class and receive a loud applause from his classmates. Her cheeks turn into bright pink when she see he smile and bow to his friends. Even though he was not smiling to her but she can't stop blushing. She walk back to her class without going to restroom.

"I can't believe she punished us to clean the toilets." Ara whine and Jina just sigh regretfully.

"I'll help you two." Eunji offer herself to help them but Jina shook her head.

"If someone help us, the punishment will be double." This time Ara turn to sigh and Eunji copy her. At that time, Xiumin and his friends entered the cafeteria and sit at the empty table just two tables away from Eunji and her friend while Eunji seat were facing them. Her lips turn from a pout to a wide smile.

"Eunji... Jung Eunji!!" She snap back and turn her gaze to Ara.

"Is our punishment sounds funny to you?" She asked annoyingly.

"Not that stupid. Look! Its Xiumin and his gang." Jina knock Ara head and make her groan in pain but still turning her head to Xiumin who is laughing with his friends.

"Stop smiling like crazy and confess to him already." Ara take a bite on her lunch while Jina nod with a straw on her mouth, slurping the kiwi juice.

"Look at me. My skin is dark while he was fair and nearly look pale. I wear braces and thick rimmed glasses just perfect for people calling me freaky nerd." Eunji stoop her head. Feeling lowly about herself. Jina suddenly smack the table and stand up while glaring at Eunji.

"What's wrong with you?" Ara stare at her in confusion while Eunji give her a blank look.

"Freaky nerd is my title. Do you intend to take it from me??" She pointed at Eunji as Eunji suddenly brust out laugh when Ara slap Jina's back head hard. Jina groan while rub away the pain.

"Do you really proud to be called freaky nerd?" Ara asked her in sarcasm. Eunji just laugh to her friends. For her, that two friends of her really make her day with their bicker and fight. She just glad to know them.

"By the way, your skin darkened because you active in sport right? Its not on your gene. If you do it right, I'm sure you'll be fair again." Eunji just nod and sigh deeply while her eyes trailed along the table and end up having a staring contest with Xiumin, before she run her gaze back to her food. Nervous.

Eunji run along the road. She woke up late today and her sister annoyingly make her morning more worst when she keep budging her to make breakfast since their mom went to morning market to buy some groceries.

"Ara! Jina!" Eunji shout when she saw them at the school gate.

"Ahjussi, she's here." Ara thank the school guard for waiting her friend to arrive first before closing the gate.

"Why are you late?" Asked Jina while they walk fast to class.

"Yeah, we've been waiting for you at the coffee shop but you didn't shows up so we just walk to school first." Ara explain and make Eunji nod her head.

"I woke up late." Eunji smile while turning her head to them but suddenly a boy run into her and make her stumble before her bottom land on the floor. She groan in pain while Ara and Jina busy shouting at the boy who just leave without any apologise.

"Are you alright?" Eunji look up and she almost can't believe her eyes when Xiumin proffered his hand to her. Ara and Jina gasp at the sight of Eunji took his hand and stand up with his help. Eunji's face turn red because of the contact of their hands.

"Careful next time." He said with a smile before he walk away. Eunji blink few time still can't believe what just happen.

"He..he .. held .. my hand." Eunji muttering while Ara and Jina cheer with fangirl voice.

"Omaigosh!!" They cheer together as they held each other hands and jump happily.

"What are you doing there instead of in the class?!" The yelling voice make the girls run in rush to class. They know if they stay any longer they will be in trouble.

"I saw you lost your focus on class just now. Is it because of Xiumin?" Ara tease Eunji while Jina grimace.

"Yah, don't tease me." Eunji refuse their tease and walk faster to cafeteria while the duo run to catch up with her.

They line up to take lunch at the counter when suddenly a few students cut the line and push them to the back. Eunji get annoyed when Ara fell down and they just laugh at her.

"Hey, can you at least apologise? You cut the line and push us make my friend fell down, yet you still can laugh??" Eunji scold them but the boy suddenly glare at him and grab Eunji collar.

"What did you say?" He growl but his wrist suddenly grab by Xiumin and got push by Luhan, Xiumin's friend.

"You should go behind and line up properly." Said Xiumin firm with his serious tone.

"You really!-.." he lift his hand ready to punch Xiumin but he got push rashly by Luhan.

"Behave!" Luhan warn him and make him walk away with his anger.

"You can move forward." Xiumin uttered with a gentle smile to Eunji and her friends, make her face hot.

"T-thank you." She muttered. Xiumin nod and walk away with Luhan. Once again, Ara and Jina cheers for Eunji while she just smile to herself.

Ara keep talking on their way to home but Eunji can't focus to whatever comes from Ara's mouth. She keep thinking about Xiumin kindness to her. Well she know Xiumin do that to anyone, anywhere but for her its so special that make her can't stop smiling.

"what do you think Eunji?" Ara turn her head to Eunji but she keep smiling like an idiot to herself.

"Yah!" Ara push her hard and make her stumble but managed to hold on Jina to prevent her from landing on the ground.

"Wae? Wae??" Eunji panic and look to Ara while Jina just shook her head lightly.

"I think Xiumin has put his spell on you already. You didn't even listen to us." Ara pout as she keep whining and Jina chuckles to them.

"Mian, I'll listen to you okay." Eunji jump and swung her arm on Ara's shoulder.

"You better be!" She glare at her. Eunji smile wide and nod her head vigorously.

"So what are you saying just now?"

"Omma!" Eunji run downstairs and bump to her little sister.

"Watch it!" Eunji bulge her eyes to her harsh words.

"Yah! Jung sulbi!" Eunji hit her head hard and make her groan.

"Ah! Wae!!" She glare at her sister and hiss.

"How dare you raise your voice at your sister like that?!" Eunji knock her head again.

"Auch! That's hurt!" She groan louder.

"What is this about?" Mrs. Jung shows up when she heard a her daughter quarrelling again. Its a usual routine for them to quarrel all of the time.

"Omma, unnie hit me!" She annoyingly move to her mom and rub her head. Wanting her mom to take side.

"Then you must stop raising your voice to your sister and pay her some respects." Said Mrs. Jung gently while stroking Sulbi head. Sulbi frown when her mom take side to her sister while Eunji stick out her tongue to her.

"Omma, I'll be out to meet Ara and Jina." Eunji excuse herself.

"Ne, don't be late okay." Eunji nod and ruffled her sister hair before she walk out. Sulbi warding off her hand and hiss while stomping her feet walking upstairs.

"So what are we up to?" Asked Eunji while sitting at the bench near the soccer field. Usually they will go to the library and read some books rather than meet at the field.

"Just shut up and look!" Ara turn Eunji head forcefully and make Eunji shot her eyes at the center of the field where a bunch of boys ready to play soccer and amongs them, Xiumin are smiling while hugging his best friend's shoulder. Eunji's lips curve a stupid smile and her eyes didn't even blink.

"Damn! He's so cute." She mumbles.

"Yah, you curse!" Jina pointed her index finger to Eunji.

"Hah?" Eunji dumbfounded. She didn't even realise she's cursing. Ara show her stupid grin and pat Eunji head.

"My child." She emphasised and make Jina knock her head. Eunji ignore them and continue to watch Xiumin play soccer again.

"I hate weekend!!" Eunji groan and hiss all day long. She been laying on her bed and rolling around.

"Eunji-ah!!"

"Ne, omma!"

"I'm going to market with your sister."

"Ne!!" Eunji sigh. She took out her book and try to do her homework. Its only took her 30 minutes to finished it. Now she bored again.

"Jung Eunji!!" She run downstairs and open the front door.

"Ara, Jina!" Eunji jump happily to see her best friends come with a lot of snacks and comic books.

"Where is Your mom?" Ara asked as they walk inside and directly to Eunji's room.

"She went to buy some groceries, with that witch." Jina chuckle to how Eunji address her sister. They already aware about how Eunji and Sulbi always quarrel and argue.

"Really, that's great. So Sulbi won't disturb us having fun." Ara blurt out and make the two laugh.

"Yeah! Not in this suck weekend! oh I really hate weekend." Eunji grumbles. While Jina and Ara bulge their eyes.

"Hate weekend?? We should call the psychiatric! She must be crazy!!" Said Ara while touching Eunji's forehead while Jina place her ear to chest to hear her heart beat.

"Cut it out!" Eunji chuckle and push them away.

"Ah, by the way ... look at this." Eunji focus on Ara's hand that take out something from her backpack. A book in red with a hard cover. She hand Eunji the book and grin sneakily. Jina look closely and chuckles while Eunji gasp.

"Recipe of Love?" Eunji shot her confused eyes to Ara, emphasised the title.

"Ehmm. Recipe of love. Perfect book for you who never date before." Ara words make Eunji hit her back head hard. Ara groan in pain while rubbing her head.

"Why don't you just read it. I'm curious to know too." Jina excitedly nudge Eunji's hand. Forcing her to open the book. Eunji start at the table of contents then turn to another page.

"The Stars?" She read out loud the headline and shot disbelief look to Ara.

"What kind of book did you get??" She asked while her hand closed the book back. Jina frown but say nothing.

"What? What's wrong with that book?" Ara shrug and blink her eyes rapidly.

"The cover was absolutely has an elegant look but look inside!" Eunji lift up the book at Ara's eyes level while holding ech side of the cover so she can see the contents.

"Its look like a book for an elementary kids!" She hiss. Jina laugh out loud and snatched the book from Eunji's hand.

"It's suit her, she has a kid's brain anyway." Said Jina blurt out while focusing her eyes on the book. Ara send her a death glare with her hand already lift up threatened to hit Jina but stop and turn to Eunji.

"In love, there is no kids style, teen style or adults style. Everything is fair in love and war. If you can success in your love life using this book why not??" She cupped Eunji face and force to look at her.

"Are you sure it's okay to follow this book?" Eunji asked half hearted. Ara nod and tear ip the snacks wrapper.

"I'm sure this book will help you. I also use this book." She said confidently. Jina dart her eyes from the book to Ara with a sneaky look.

"Is that why you haven't success even once?" She asked teasing her. Ara bulge her eyes and throw Eunji's pillow to her with anger. Jina dodge and stick out her tongue while Eunji laughing.

"And you didn't even loss anything if its not working." Ara added.

"what is the first method??" Eunji asked Jina, want to give it try.

"First method: Use your finger, draw the line connecting stars as the abbreviations of your man. Its from Greek's belief." Jina look up after she finished reading it. Ara grin while Eunji burst out loud.

"Its so childish!" Said Eunji with her laugh. Ara shook her head and shove the snack to her mouth. Jina shrug and her eyes dart back to the book.

"So wanna go to the field tonight??" Ara question them and Jina nod while Eunji shook her head. Ara and Jina just shrug. Jina put the book oin his backpack since Eunji decline to it.

Eunji prepared her book and already done homework to be bring to school tomorrow. She put all of her need for tomorrow into her backpack and place the backpack on her study chair. Once done she move to her bed that is at the corner of her room and face the opened windows at the side of her bed. She point out her index finger to the sky or more correctly to the star and start to move it in gesture to create a line connecting the stars.

"X..I..U..M..I..N ... wait! What am I doing??" She shook her head slowly and closed the windows then pulled the curtain. Her lips form a smile.

"Ahuu~ Ara really brainwashed me with her things!" She muttered as she lay her body to her bed and ready to sleep.

"Mrs. Ko said we can come to her house and she'll help us to prepared for the test next week." Eunji's smile widen to Ara but she just sigh.

"No matter how she help me, I won't get any better in English but not on you. Your English is excellent." She pout and Eunji just chuckle.

"You can be better more than me if you want. You just have to believe in yourself and work hard." She said as she swung her arm on Ara shoulder.

"Guys!!!" Both of them turn and saw Jina run in speed to them. Ara have to hold on Jina arm to stop her from fall down as she tried to stop running.

"What's up?" Eunji look at Jina who panting hard to catch her breath.

"Xi .. xiumin .. sunbae ... and .. Luhan Sunbae ... was called to the .. school office." Jina barely talk even though she still breathing hard.

"So?" Ara roll her eyes and put her arm on her chest. Jina hiss and knock Ara head hard with eager.

"They in trouble of course. And all of that because the boys who cut the line the other day. Remember when Xiumin and Luhan help us??" Jina shot her eyes to Eunji and she nod vigorously.

"Those boys provoked Xiumin sunbae to fight them. Even though he decline, those jerks start to annoyed him and punch him without warning. They fought and now they are at the school office." Right after Jina finished talking, Eunji run to the school office and stop at the outside while eavesdropping. She can see Luhan, Xiumin and those three boys standing there, waiting for their punishment.

When they've been dismissed, Eunji hide at the stairs and wait for Xiumin there. Those boys walk passed her and when Luhan and Xiumin shows up, she block their way while stooping her head.

"You want something?" Asked Luhan in gentle voice. She nod. Then she shook and nod again. But realising how stupid her act look, she bite her lips and lift her eyes to them. She look at Xiumin facial figure and there's a small cut on his forehead near to his eyebrows while Luhan's face is clean from any cut.

"I think she was actually looking for you. I'll wait at the classroom." Luhan tap on Xiumin's shoulder and received a nod from him. As Luhan disappeared, Eunji take out a box of plaster.

"Thank you for helping us and .. sorry for getting you into trouble." Eunji bow while her hand proffered the box of plaster to Xiumin. He chuckle and take the box.

"It's not your fault. Those boys just being rude." He said and Eunji nod nervously avoiding his eyes.

"But .. this is too many of plaster." He giggles while gazing the box. Eunji let out an awkward chuckle before she turn around and intend to walk away.

"Eunji!" She stop immediately as she heard Xiumin called her name.

"Thank you." He said lifting up the box and shake it slowly as he showing the reason of his gratitude.

"Y-..you know .. my name??" She mumble and make Xiumin smirk.

"Of course I know!" He emphasised. She then nod her head and excuse herself. Eunji run to the nearest restroom and directly into an empty stall.

"Arrghhhhh!!!! He know my name!! Xiumin sunbae know my name!!!!"
