Yun Qing Shan’s POV:

Never in my life had I ever felt so useless.I am a trainee at J&H Music and my debut had been cancelled three times. I tried auditioning at a different company but always,J&H Music would always decline my resignation.I feel so frustrated and I have no idea what to do. I feel like this world is so cruel to me.Why was my debut cancelled three times? Why is the CEO always controlling me? Why? Why?

I don’t want to let my parents know and let them see me like this, a poor, miserable person.I need to work hard and smile instead of crying to sleep every night. I came from another country,Country J. Not one person in my country ever went down the path that I did.I was the one and only one that went down this career path. Everyone else went down for the traditional jobs.I did not want that...I wanted something that I would enjoy and to be proud of but it ended up as my trauma. However,one day,there was this person who came into my life.He helped me to get out of this situation and told me that it was alright to be a failure.He helped me through a very tough time.

I could never imagine that I could be a star.Without him,I think I would have never overcame my fears and still would have stayed in that shady company.Even though I could not debut as a idol singer, at least I am now a established actress and I can train others to sing and dance. I owe it all to Jun Rong, he is not only the person I love but a person that pulled me out of misery.

Wu Jun Rong’s POV:

I don’t know what I was thinking. I feel like I was insane. Why did I help a person who was not working at my company? Why? Was it because I pity her? Or was it because I was obsessed with her? I was not sure of my feelings then but I was sure that something changed my personality...Well,my parents are divorced. I was not upset about them actually separating but more of the hatred that my mother wanted me to feel. After my father left,my mother told me that it was all his fault and that he should be blamed. Whenever I called my father,my mother would smash my phone to the ground as she was disgusted by him.After smashing it,she would start scolding me and brainwashing me to think my father was the one at fault and that he was a criminal. She would abuse me by using a cane and belt.I would usually bleed all over and I did not know that was the wrong thing to do.

After a while,I was actually brainwashed to think that way. I was scared and whenever my father called immediately I would scold him and tell him that he was a failure to our family. I never realised that it was my mom who was the psycho behind all this.I met Yun Qing Shan and she was someone that understood me. Out of everyone I knew, most of them told me that I was a little crazy and overboard with this trauma that I have.They have always thought that I was lying. Never once did anyone understand me...However after meeting Qing Shan,she changed my life. I could help her and she helped me through this tiring moment of my life.

“Never have I got compliments,I only had threats..”this was part of Qing Shan’s thoughts when she entered J&H Music. She was so scared that she did not even dare to call her parents at that point in time.When Qing Shan was in J&H music, she was bullied often. During her time at her company,she was abused and bullied badly by other trainees. She felt that she did not fit in,she felt like an outsider.There was an incident that scarred Qing Shan really deeply.

Qing Shan had a friend, and that was Jing Yi. Jing Yi was her friend since high school in Country J.She was the reason why Qing Shan wanted to audition.If it weren’t for Jing Yi,Qing Shan would have still been in Country J studying law. Jing Yi is also a girl that everyone wanted to be friends with. However,after joining J&H Music,other trainees saw that she was friends with Qing Shan.Hence,the other trainees never once hanged out with Jing Yi and Qing Shan as they thought that Qing Shan was talentless and lower class than them. Well,this incident changed how Jing Yi saw Qing Shan as a friend.

A few weeks before the incident,Jing Yi was called by the CEO of J&H Music.As she entered the CEO’s office,the CEO looked at her, “I have a request to make, Could you make Qing Shan leave the company? I would never give her a firing letter but I just want you to do it.”

At that point in time,the other trainee training with both of them, Kei, was also in the office with the CEO. No one knows what Kei did to the CEO to make him be so fond of her but all the rumors pointed to an affair.The CEO already had a family which makes the situation even more complicated. Most probably because of Kei’s looks as she was the most beautiful woman in the company. However,she was only beautiful on the outside.

Kei walked towards Jing Yi, “You know there was an incident that happened when you were not around right? When I was talking with her,she cursed that you would never debut and she even blamed you for bringing her here.”

Kei smiled and walked around Jing Yi, “Jing Yi, don’t be too naive. She is just playing with you and you should just get out of it,”Jing Yi heard it and she was immediately brainwashed. Jing Yi was a girl who could be easily persuaded and she never had her own opinion. Thus,it was easy for them to brainwash Jing Yi. After that,Jing Yi’s expressions changed from emotionless to an upsetting and frustrating look, “She dared say that to me!? I never should have trusted her…” She quickly went straight to the practice room where Qing Shan was.

Kei looked at the CEO with pleasure, “I told you that this kid is easy to handle,with just one more push,Qing Shan would be out of this place with nothing!”

Jing Yi stomped into the practice room while Qing Shan was still practicing.Qing Shan stopped the music and walked towards Jing Yi, “Jing Yi, What did the CEO tell you? Are we debuting soon?”

“DEBUT DEBUT DEBUT! I DON’T CARE ABOUT THAT ANYMORE! HOW CAN I DEBUT IF YOU TOLD KEI THAT I COULD NEVER DO IT! I UNDERSTAND IF I TAKE A LONGER TIME TO LEARN THE CHOREOGRAPHY BUT I WILL MAKE IT!” Jing Yi screamed.

“What are you saying? I told Kei that you can never debut? That has never happened at all!”, Qing Shan's eyes turned watery. She already had some depression before this incident and it was getting worse everyday.Qing Shan was getting bullied by everyone at the company. She was also getting scolded everyday by the CEO and then Kei then the other trainees.They would scold her without a reason when she tried her best in something.

Jing Yi slapped Qing Shan, “How dare you! After being friends with me for such a long time, you would say such a thing to Kei! Now I can never debut!”

Qing Shan gave a look of disbelief, “ ALL OF THEM ARE ATTACKING ME EVERY SINGLE DAY WITHOUT A REASON AND NOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTACK ME TOO! JING YI OPEN YOUR EYES WIDER AND SEE WHO IS THE INNOCENT ONE INSTEAD OF MAKING SUCH ASSUMPTIONS!!”

Jing Yi started sobbing, “I don’t care who is right or wrong but I know that you are disgusting,I WANT YOU OUT OF THIS COMPANY RIGHT NOW! YOU DON’T BELONG IN A PLACE WITH GOOD PEOPLE QING SHAN! AND THIS FRIENDSHIP IS OVER! YOU HEAR ME!”

Qing Shan tears started rolling down her cheeks.She felt as though someone destroyed her from within.She looked at Jing Yi, “FINE, I WILL LEAVE IF THAT'S WHAT ALL OF YOU WANT! BUT REMEMBER,I WILL MAKE A COMEBACK TO THIS INDUSTRY! JUST YOU WAIT!” As she ran out of the practice room to get her contract terminated,she knew that this was the end of her music career.

This incident really hurt Qing Shan as her best friend betrayed her for others who wanted to bring her down in the company.Now,she doesn't know how to face the reality. After cancelling her contract(which normally you need to pay but this time the CEO actually wanted her leave),she took her luggage and walked onto the street.She suddenly felt raindrops dripping on her and after less than 1 minute,it was raining heavily.

Qing Shan did not have an umbrella so she was dripping wet.She sat there on her luggage and started think about what she should do after leaving J&H Music.She started to think wildly and nevertheless negative thoughts started forming in her mind.Qing Shan looked her phone and immediately she sobbed.Her phone wallpaper was a picture of her and Jing Yi.She really did not know why did she betray her and Qing Shan really cannot believe it.

Qing Shan sobbed at the side of the street for a few hours until someone opened an umbrella for her.Who can that be?
