Meeting The Doll
Mark had finished school that day and he was heading home, while walking down the sidewalk he saw his mother's car

I guess she's home, wonder what she discovered today
Mark's mom was always busy, she barely has time to spend with him.
When Mark arrived he walked up the front porch and opened the front door
Just as Mark was about to go up to his room, he heard his mother's footsteps coming from behind him.

Hey hun how was school?
Mark
Eh same old same old. Why were you in the basement?
Linda
Oh yes, I just got back from my digging site, and you won't believe what I found.
Mark said with sarcasm in his voice
His mom not noticing continued

Come with me to the basement and I'll show you.
Mark and Linda walk down to the basement. There are a lot of shelves, but there is also a wooden table, and there on the table was a voodoo doll.

She kisses his forehead before heading out

Hey hun I won't be coming home soon cause of this thunderstorm, they are keeping everyone here

Will you be ok on your own?

Ok I'll heat it up if I get hungry

He goes and lies on his bed trying to sleep

Ugh I can't fall asleep why did mom have to tell me that story

And she even left that stupid doll with me
And as soon as he said that thunder and lightening filled the sky

I can't sleep I'll just play some Call Of Duty
He goes downstairs and turns on his PS4 but also turns off the lights
