In the capital city

A teenage boy just woke up from his long dreamless sleep. Min He is currently checking his room in the orphanage 'Still the same'.

He got up and decided to look at the mirror. Appear in front of him is his 13 years old self, A still messy thick black curly hair, a pair of beautiful big round red crimson eyes, long curly eye lashes, soft and small pink lips. Still the same as before, but what difference it now is his eyes no longer reflect any emotion, if you look directly to his eyes you can see an empty and hollow feeling.

He is 3 years away before his death and 2 days away from the adoption time. Without wasting any time longer he took a bath and walk out to the nearest internet cafe. He decided that he is going to make his own money from now. He will just do a simple job first, translating.

In his past life, when accompanying Madam Han he always receive many foreign language book from her. It's because he spoke in front of her a bit Korean word which he learn from all the k-drama the orphanage keeper always watch. And Madam said she like hearing Min He speak foreign language and from then on she always brought him a foreign language speech tutorial and dictionary.

And the result is now Min He can at least speak 13 languages; Chinese, German, Arab, Dutch, Thai, English, Korea, Spanish, Latin, French, Italy, Portuguese, and Russia. And maybe later he'll study Tamil and Vietnamese.

Beside accompanying Madam Han, Mr.Han allowed Min He to do home schooling, which is actually he gladly accepted it. When he is tested his IQ, he score 263. And studying is like a plaything for him.

When the sun almost set Min He immediately return to the orphanage for dinner. The keeper ask him where has he gone the whole day. He just casually reply that he go to the internet cafe to play a game. The keeper nod but then she scold Min He because he should never skip their lunch later.

Finish with his dinner he joined the kids in the play room and help the keeper observing the babies.

While he sat and observing the children he suddenly thought of making a bank account for himself. He decided that tomorrow he will be visiting the bank and borrow (steal) one of the keeper ID.

His first plan after coming back alive is collecting money and create a bank account. After that for the further plan...he will think about that later.

Morning has come

As one of the eldest in the orphanage, he helps the keeper waking up the children and prepare the utensils on the table. Between that time he manages to take one of the keeper ID without getting noticed and also he take some of important document such as his birth certificate, he decided he will go after their breakfast.

At 9 A.M. he arrived at the big building. This time he already told the orphanage keeper that he will be back when before dinner time. So they don't need to wait him at lunch

After a brief sigh he enter the huge building. He take the line number and wait at the waiting chair. He look curiously around him with his beautiful big and round eyes, which can't be helped attract many onlookers.

"number 808 please come to counter 5" after 30 minutes of waiting his number finally called. he walk to the counter, and he actually need to tip toe a little bit because of his cute height.

"Hello, welcome to Y bank what can I help you?" The counter sister greet Min He with her professional smile.

"Hello big sister...I'm here to open my bank book and make an ATM card" Min He said to her flatly.

"well boy is your guardian here?"

"No...she only ask me to go here because she is busy" Min He look directly into the counter sister eyes, which makes her flinched and sweat all over.

"we-well...can you give me all the document and your guardian ID please" The counter sister almost cracked her smile looking at Min He indifference and expressionless face. She feel a little bit uncomfortable while looking at Min He's eyes, that's why she decided to finish Min He's order as quick as possible.

After waiting for an hour, his bank book and his card are finally done. The counter sister explain everything in a quick pace without even trying to look again at Min He's eyes. with that his bank problem has been settled. He also already has 1,000 yuan at his saving. After he took out some money he decided to walk around the street. He's been living at the capital almost all of his live but he has never been actually exploring it.

The city is not too crowded right now because it's still working time. He leisurely walk and sight seeing the city.

He found an ice-cream stall on the street and decided to buy something. He choose his favourite flavour and that is mint.

He continue his walk while still absorb in eating his ice-cream. The gentle breeze make his hair swayed and his clothes flutter a bit. He is too absorbed in his ice cream that he didn't even focus on his surroundings.

Suddenly he bumped into a person and all of his ice-cream fall to the ground. Min He just stood there motionless while looking at his ice-cream expressionlessly. He can't feel anything now so he doesn't even know what to do.

"Hey...are you okay?" A gentle and husky voice appear in front him. Apparently the person he bumped into hasn't leave his place. And eventually the tall guy has been observing Min He quietly. He is confused seeing the small kid unresponsive attitude.

Min He raised his head and meet with the tall guy eyes. They feel like everything around them suddenly stop. For a two different reason tho.

Min He is thinking 'brother Han Lei? I can't believe I'll meet him this early...well he is as handsome as always'

While the guy, Han Lei has in mind is 'Oh my what a cute little black bunny...Why can't my little brother be cute as this?'

Min He is the first to snap out from his thought "oh it's alright big brother, I'm sorry for bumping into you" Said Min He while fidgeting and make his cute chubby cheek blush. Min He first thought is 'if he is going to be my big brother...let's just shamelessly sale meng* in front of him. It will be easier to protect him later if I befriend him'

Han Lei startled at the sudden cute attitude he received, nevertheless he quite likes it "well that's not okay...let big brother buy you another scoop, wait here okay" with that Han Lei walk back to the ice-cream stall and buy another cone of ice cream.

Min He expressionless face back in a second, this is madam Han son so he said to him self that he need to be kind to him to, as for Han Wei the Mistress son...he will see if the latter is bad or a good person.

Han Lei back with a big scoop of Mint ice cream. Min He smiled and thank him.

"where do you live? I can give you a ride" They were now sitting at a bench in the nearby park. They have been talking for a while and now Min He's ice cream has finished, Han Lei offer if he can drive Min He home.

"is...is that okay? I don't want to trouble big brother" Min He said meekly. He actually doesn't need a ride because the distance to the orphanage is actually not quite far.

Han Lei can only smile at the kid cuteness "it's okay...I'm not busy anyway" he pinched Min He's chubby cheek then patted his (MH) head.

"But big brother I didn't even know your name yet" Min He pout cutely.

A sudden realisation hit Han Lei quite hard "how can I even forget that?! I'm sorry for the late introduction but my name is Han Lei and I'm 18 years old...if you want just call me Lei ge" Han Lei reach out his hand and Min He received it and introduce himself back.

"Hello...My name is Min He I'm 13 years old and everyone calls me Xiao He. It's a pleasure to meet you Lei ge"

And so they went back together using Han Lei's private car. This is the first time Min He has ever been entering his older brother car. In the past life don't even mention about getting inside Han Lei's car, maybe talking to each other will be a miracle. But well the past is the past...now Min He will put all his effort to gain all of the brothers affection so he will have a backer later on.

"I...I live at an orphanage around this area"well apparently tomorrow Your father will come to fetch me. Said Min He inside his mind.

"Oh! you're an orphan?...I'm sorry that come out rude of me" Han Lei suddenly cursed at his straightforwardness.

While Min He just amused by his sudden founding. This cold brother is actually quite friendly and straightforward. so he didn't quite understand about his cold attitude in the past life. "That's okay ge...Oh! look that's the building"

They arrived at a two storey building. When Han Lei saw the orphanage name plate he immediately realised this is the orphanage where his father funded and always visit. With that something comes up on his mind.

"Hey...do you like to have a family?" Han Lei said while holding Min He's hand tightly.

"Of course I do...but who even want to adopt me? most people like to adopt more younger kids...and there are plenty of them at the orphanage, so how can I be more wishful then feeling grateful for the orphanage because they didn't kicked me out" Min He said with a hint of uneasiness and and sadness. Making Han Lei can't help but take a pity on the sad little black bunny.

Just as He (HL) was about to coax the sad kid his phone ring and the ringtone is set specially for family contact. And when he see the caller Id the word father appear on the screen. He scowl a bit but then decided to answer.

"Hello father..."

"..."

"What??? Okay okay"

"..."

"Bye father"

With that the call end “ge are you okay?" Min He can see a change of mood in his brother face. He thought that Mr. Han just told him about his adoption idea for tomorrow.

"Nothing well, good bye Xiao He, see you tomorrow" Han Lei Smile brightly while waving at Min He.

When the car has gone far enough Min He drop his smile and back to his expressionless face "can't wait to see you too tomorrow big brother"

Well fyi Min He's feeling has been taken away but it doesn't mean he can't make an expression. He can still make expression but he can't feel anything in his heart. Do you get what I mean? Well I hope so...

(Flashback before he is reborn)

I don't need it!

If asking for care and love only brings me to my death door, then I don't need it.

Every thing seems fine in the beginning. My  name is Min He, I was an orphan untill I'm 13 years old. I was adopted by the Han family. A family that owned a business empire that has been ruling in the business territory for 20 years. Well how I meet them is because they are our orphanage funder and mr. Han always comes every once a moth to pay us a visit. And I'm one of the children who is actually always happy waiting for his visit.

And one day out of the blue he suddenly decided to adopted one of the child in the orphanage. And that kid was me. Well I'm happy to accept that of course. Who wouldn't...after 13 years of living without a real family, getting adopted would make me excited of course. 

And then he tell me his reason for the adoption, he said that his first wife is currently sick and she need a friend and a person to accompany her. I'm confused at first, I mean if it's for taking care for his wife why don't he find a helper and to accompany her...doesn't she has her own child? Beside it's his wife why didn't he look for a girl companion? isn't it better to adopt a girl so she can be his wife companion plus a talking friend.

Then with a helpless smile he said to me...'my wife doesn't want a helper, she actually want a child again, but because of her sickness she can't have a baby anymore. Thus, she ask me to adopt a child. And also my sons has been busy with their study and can't keep my wife accompany all the time.' He also explain something about his second wife which is actually shocking to me. Because all this time I just know that Mr. Han only has one wife. But after hearing his explanation I conclude that both of his wife wasn't in a very good term for some reasons.

Then for my last question he say that both of his sons didn't like to have a girl in their house, they agreed to this adoption but they said that they don't want a girl. And so that's why I was chosen. Mr. Han said that he had a good impression on me and that''s why he decided to adopt me.

On the first month, I have been accompanying Madam Han (1st wife). And in the house except interacting with Mr & Madam Han I never interacted with the others. Even though sometimes I always meet with Mistress Han (2nd wife) in the kitchen she always gave me a cold glance before leaving me alone.

Nevertheless Three years has gone by but Madam Han condition is not getting better either. I don't know why but I always give her food and medicine on time, I also always check her diet and exercise routine, but why is her condition become worsen day by day.

And one day Madam Han fall unconscious, and immediately brought to the hospital. But everything is too late, Madam Han had release her last breath in the middle of our way to the hospital. And then at the same time Mr. Han received a call from a police officer that his first son Han Lei has died from an accident and currently the corps is being taken to the same hospital where Madam Han died.

Just in a day, Mr. Han lost two members of his family. I saw him standing while seeing both of his first wife and son dead body, he mutters many time that all of this was a dream, then he cry silently. Mistress Han and her son also came. I saw Mistress cry, but why is her lips curving up? Nobody other than me saw that because she hid her lips under her white napkin and I stand beside her while glancing confusedly. Is this her doing? I look at her son, Liu Wei. He just stand there and seeing everything with a blank face, but I can see that actually in his eyes he is sad and grieving.

Then two days later, we are doing Madam and Han Lei funeral.

The next thing when we got home Mr. Han got called, He was told that his wife actually died from a slow reacting poison, and it has been three years since the poisoning began. Then suddenly Mistress Han kneeled, she cried and she scream 'I'll confess...I'll confess' and then what happen next is beyond my expectation.

She screamed and said that she actually always saw me putting an unknown powder to every food and drink Madam Han eat. She also said that she always heard that I talk behind their back and said that I want to kill all of their family so I can get their wealth.

I mean...excuse me?!!

I don't know what happen next...The next thing I know I was drag by the house guard and I'm beaten half to death on their basement. And then Mr. Han raise his hand, and on his hand there is a gun aimed at my head. The last thing I heard before he fire he said ' this is for my wife that you killed '

Can't they at least listen to my explanation? For all this year I have been accompanying Madam Han, I have never think about poisoning her. Moreover thinking about killing all of the Han family. I know that all of their death is caused by Mistress Han. Because I accidentally heard she called someone and laughing about Madam Han and Han Lei death, she also said that Mr. Han will be her next target and then with that she will make her son as the family business president and seize all of the Han family assets. And I think she found out that I accidentally know her secret so she decided to end my life now.

Heh...I haven't even reach 18 yet here I already died.

Did the world really hate me? I just want to feel a family love yet I end up dying because of my need. Is there really no second chance for me? I just want to be happy, have my own business, travel the world and maybe have my own family.

But, can't I?

Please just give me a second chance, If I can rewind time I'll never let Madam Han died. I'll also save Brother Han Lei from his death. I'll reveal that rotten snake mask. And I want my own happy life.

"Do you want your second chance?"

a voice sudden appear. It repeat the same question twice. Is this real? Then the voice repeat the same question thrice.

"Yes, please...I want my second chance" I beg at the voice

"I want a compensation for it"

"Anything...I'll give you anything" I'll give him anything what he want, whatever it is I need my second chance!

"Then give me your emotion and I also want your pain"

My emotion? My pain? Then how will I fell happy? I feel gloom for a while..."Okay...please give me my second chance" it's okay, maybe I'll solve this problem later.

"Then live don't waste your second chance"

And then everything become silent.
