Flashback

It was my 11th birthday. I was happy. But it wasn't real. I was pretending again so my grandparents can rest for a little and maybe smile. And you are probably wondering why wasn't one 11th years old child not happy about its birthday. My mother had a cancer and it was very hard for her. She was in so much pain that she couldn't come to her daughter party. Five days after my birthday my friends and I were going on a school trip. One day my mom stopped colliding me. My grandmother said that her pills were very strong and they make her sleep more. But I had a dream of her dying every night of the trip. The day I was coming back home I was so happy and scared in the same time. I was happy to see my mom and scared that she is no longer alive. When I came home my heart broke in milion pieces. She was in her bed in coma.

The doctor said that they can't help her anymore. And my parents take her home.

In the next day my grandmother called me to come home because I was out with my best friend at the moment because I need to talk with somebody about what was happening. When I was home I go to my mother's room to see her last moments of life.

End of the flashback

I was at my place whit my two best friends which I prefer to call sisters. It was my 18 birthday. My grandparents were at our house which is out of the town. It was 23:38 when my phone rang. Then my life was destroyed. Someone broke into our house where my parents was and kill them to take their money and stuff. I cannot remember anything that happened after what I heard. Two days later was their funeral . The next day was my ticket to America where my uncle/ my mother's younger brother/lives.

You are probably wondering where the father is well he was cheating on the mother's girl and he left them for another woman. After he understands about the mother's disease.

I was packing my stuff. To be honest that was very hard for me. I didn't want to leave our apartment . It was full of memories .Also to leave all my friends. That was so hard for me. But I don't have other choice. Now at much it hurts to say it my uncle was my only family. I get out of the building and wait for my taxi. I got to the airport in twenty minutes. After that I checked and go to the plane and started to prepare for my twelve hours of flight. It feels like years. I don't know when I fall asleep but I woke up ten minutes before we learned. I wasn't scared of flying I mean the worst happened to me so I don't care anymore. When I get out of the airport I call an uber. I was tired. All I wanted was to see my uncle and to hug him.

After half an hour the car stop and the man said we are here.I was in town which wasn't small but it isn't a big .It seems nice. I see my uncle and give the money to the person.My uncle already drop the suitcase and the backpack when I get out of the car.I hug him like he was my fluffy toy and I was five years old. I didn't want to released him. But he do it. Then I understand why there was other people in front of us. There was some women in different ages some of them around my age and older one. And ofcourse some pretty handsome guys and a two around at the age of thirty-five. My uncle was thirty-four years old. One beautiful woman came to us and smile at me she was his new girlfriend. She said

Ami:Hi!It so nice to meet you finally. My name is Ami.

Me(btw I'm Antoniq):Nice to meet you to I'm Antoniq.

My uncle says

Marvin:You probably are tied let's go home and show you your room.

I was so glad that he said that because twelve hours of flying were horribly. Yes I did sleep but it was uncomfortable and sweety and I was feeling super dirty and I DID TAKE SHOWER BEFORE I GO TO THE AIRPORT. I mean I just sit in one place I didn't move at all and I felt like I did the most sweaty workout and after that I jumped in mud and tossed with it. The house was beautiful and big I finally got to my room which was was pretty big too. And the most important the bed was big and super comfortable. Before going to rest I take a shower and let me tell you this was the best shower I've ever had. Amy helped me unpack my stuff which was pretty sweet and i was so thankful that my uncle found such an angel. I put on some thongs (yes I wear them every day and I feel extremely comfortable in them) my favorite shorts from Nike and a sports bra. I lay on my bed and the second I did it I fall asleep.I dream my family again. More specifically a bad memory for all of us. When I wake up I saw my uncle he wiped some tears of my eyes. He was crying too but he try to hide it. I hugged him and he said

Marvin:I'm so sorry that you had to do everything alone. I'm sorry that you have to gone through all of these things that young. I'm so sorry that I wasn't there for you anytime you need me.

Antoniq:Uncle,no it's not true you are the best uncle somebody could ask for. You know that. You always are there for me remember the math test ,my computer problem,when grandpa was telling me some bad things. You were there for me no matter what. Now stop saying things that you know aren't try.

Marvin:Yeah but I still feel like I can't do anything to help you.

*moment of silence *

Then he pulled of and said:

Marvin:Tomorrow we will go to buy you some new stuff .Now sleep well.

Antoniq: Do you know where I can start working I don't want to burden.

Marvin:You will never be a burden to me or anybody. God night and no but.

Antoniq:God night and I will work. You are lucky that I 'm needing sleep right now.

Marvin:I know

Then he smiles at me and closes the door.
