Chapter 1
I was glancing at my own reflection in the mirror as a sudden incident came over my mind. His words which felt like a needle pricking inside my heart. "I curse the day I got married to you."
A bitter smile escapes from my lips, what can I even expect from him?
He hurts me everytime not physically but mentally. His words feels like a dagger stabbing me all over. but he never seems to be sorry.
hurting me with his cruel words is one of his favourite hobby.
It's been 2 years since I got married to him, everything was fine and beautiful untill one day when every feelings, memories and love shattered into pieces.
Everyday since then, the only thing I feel about him is hate and only hate and nothing else. I know that I should run away from this toxic relationship but I can't as I already have a 2 year old who was sleeping peacefully on the bed and the another one I am carrying inside me since 8 months.
I placed my hand over my pregnant belly caressing it and a smile forms on my lips.
And as soon as I placed my hand on the baby bump my baby girl kicked.
Yeah, I am pregnant with a baby Princess this time and this OFFENDED MANY CRUEL AND MERCILESS PEOPLE around me but I don't give a f*ck.
I chuckled knowing that my baby is moving inside me just like any healthy child. I said.

Study's say that whenever little ones are happy they kick. are you also happy my little girl?
I giggled and my ears met with my baby boy's moans, I moved towards him and saw him whining.
Rose
My birthday boy is awake??
I said sitting beside him stroking his short hairs. actually it was his 2nd birthday today and he played a lot after having lunch with me and slept after a few hours and now it's 9 pm already.
He said and sat up hugging my neck and kissed me on my cheeks. I hugged him back, little boy of mine looks energetic I am sure he won't let me sleep all night.

Thankfully you woke up, let's go unwrap your gifts shall we?
His face lit up in happiness and he replies nodding his as yes.
James
Yes!! mommy!! unwaap {unwrap} gifs {gifts}.
His baby voice and wrong pronunciation of words sounded so adorable, carrying him up in my arms I took him downstairs.
His gifts were placed by me on the table and I settled him down on the sofa kept near.
Well, each of the gifts are bought by me. I bought them all from my own savings. No one cares about us, no one. So I did whatever I could to make my son's day special.
James
my baby. my pwincess. {princess}
Giggled James kissing my baby bump to adore his sister. I just smile.
Rose
Yes it's your Princess. Now come on unwrap your gifts.
James
When will the baby come out mommy?
Caressing his chubby plump cheeks I answered making him pout.
Rose
Wait for one more month baby, after that no one would separate you from your sister.
He smiles and attacks on the gifts unwrapping them in a harsh way.
James
No no!! I want gifs!! {gifts}
And one by one he unwrapped each of them and he was so happy looking at those gifts.
Rose
Do you like your gifts baby??
He answers and handsover me the last gift packed with a blue packing paper with bow ties and heart stickers embellishing it. It was quite big.
No, I didn't got this for him. I remember that I only bought 10 gifts who placed this 11th one here??
And there was no name written on it, I unwrapped it slowly and I found clothes of James's size, some toys and the expensive toy car James was asking me to buy him since months.
James
MOMMY LOOK THE CAR!!
James exclaims happily and snatches the car away. and lastly I found a letter.
As soon as I scanned the letter it didn't took me a second to identify the handwriting.
I know who got this for James, MY SO CALLED HUSBAND who never gave a damn about my happiness not about his kids.
For a moment I felt like burning all these gifts untill they turn into ash but seeing James so happy I stopped myself. Afterall my kids and their happiness is most important for me.
my jaw clenched in anger and frustration and I started reading the letter.
"To my beautiful son, I wish you a very happy, healthy and blessed birthday. I still remember the day you were born and I held you in my arms for the first time. you were so tiny and now you're two. Time flies really quick and it sucks. No matter how much my kids grow up they're gonna be mine forever."

Tears streamed down from my eyes and I wiped them without letting James notice me.

I wish if I could give you an oscar for your remarkable acting skills David. Wish I could.

Rose

And within a second I teared up the letter into pieces throwing it away.
And I looked at my son who was enjoying with his gifts. Just because of you I am here James.
Wait for sister to come in this world, I will take you both far away from this hell. Mommy promises.
I stood up to check the dinner. but as soon as I stood up I felt water coming between my legs. my eyes became wide in shock.
It's been just 8 months. don't tell me that I am about to give birth!!

No no no... It can't be..
No not today, no one's in the house except me and James. There are no maids and the driver is on his leave.
And soon I started feeling cramps in the abdomen as well as in the back which spreads to my thighs.
I shouted in pain, my labor pain began. and I sat down somehow caressing my belly.
James ran towards me as soon as he heard me shouting.
James
Mommy!! Are you in wain!! {pain}
I nod my head as yes and the pain increase making me cry.
Rose
Ahh... someone help!!!
James started crying seeing me like this and I couldn't even hug him as I was dieing with my own pain.
He tried consoling me by caressing my cheek but it didn't work.
Baby girl don't give your mother so much pain, she will die.
I need to do something, I can't let myself die like this. I need to give birth to my child.
Rose
J-James... g-grab m-my phone!! ahhhh!!!
I requested him and without delaying he ran to the same table where I kept his gifts and brings me my phone.
I took it from his hand and thankgod I didn't had any lock or password to unlock my phone , I somehow went to the contacts and I searched the letter D for doctor.
My vision went blurry and I couldn't even see that whom I was calling. I hope it's Doctor Jennifer my gynaecologist who helped me when I was pregnant with James.
But I didn't knew that instead of calling the doctor I called someone else....
His eyes fill to the brim with tears and a long drop of warm water rolls down wetting his cheek.
His sobs echoed all around his personal cabin, it's 8PM no one's there just him with his heart wrenching pain.
He gulps down the last sip of liquor down his throat and slams it on the table and he puts his head down in frustration.
Every night, he would come here, drink like crazy and cry his heart out.
The lights of the cabin were off and the darkness hugged him. He opened to reveal his the most sexy and pure grey shade of his eyes. The white part of his eyes were bloodshot. His black hairs were messed up and were falling on his eyes.
And the picture on the tables of his beautiful wife gained his attention . Taking it in his hands he smiled running his fingers on picture.
I whispered and placed a kiss in her picture and tears were falling continuously from my eyes and kept her picture near my heart.
I can't have her inside my arms so let the picture be.
And all of the sudden my phone ringed loudly....
I cursed but as soon I as I read the name of the person calling me I was shocked.
Why would she call me?? Even after living in the same home we haven't talked since months. Why would she call me??
But keepin all the questions aside I answered the call without delaying anymore.
I knew she wouldn't call me by herself. she has mistakenly called me instead of calling Doctor Jennifer.
Her tone wasn't normal, she sounded low and even stuttered. Her voice and groans were painful. And I feel like she is crying.
I said loudly. And she started crying and shouting in pain!!
Rose
I-I uh... The b-baby ahh!!!!
Her words shook me to the core, I was taken back and felt the world collapsing under my feet.
Is the baby gonna come out??
David
Rose.. what happened?? It's me David.
Rose
The baby!! ahhh!!! she is gonna c-come out!!!
Her cries were so painful, I felt a dagger driving through my heart. Tears uncontrollably started streaming down and I said.
David
Baby, just wait for me okay. I am coming!
Leaving my bag, wallet everything inside my cabin I ran outside my company in hurry to the parking lot. And the view infront of me was shocking.
My body started getting wet and my ears met with the booming sound of the thunderstorm and my wives painful sobs.
Damn it, how can I reach home on time in this situation??
I sniffed and went inside my car and tried to console her.
David
Baby, just keep breathing. I am coming soon. Don't worry.
And after hearing her screaming at her loudest the call got disconnected.
I banged my phone on the steering wheel and started driving in a inhumanly fast speed.
David
W-What if something happens to her??
David
W-What if the baby....???
Many questions were running through my head and water coming down from my eyes kept wetting my shirt.
The intensity of the rain and thunder increased. And with every second passing I was losing my hope.
WHY IS GOD ALWAYS SO CRUEL TO ME??
FIRST MY MOM, MY WIFE, MY SON AND NOW MY UNBORN DAUGHTER!!

AHHHHH!!! I AM GONNA DIE!!!
Rose was crying helplessly grabbing her bump. and James was horrified seeing his mommy in such a painful condition.
He tries wiping the tears away from her face to ease her pain but it didn't work as the pain increased every second.
Rose
James... save mommy... mommy can't bear this a-anymore.
Rose
Y-Your baby p-princess is giving me pain..
And the door opened with a loud thud revealing David who was all wet. Both Rose and James were shocked to see him.
His eyes were widened and he runs to her and pats her teary face.
He cries and hugs her but even in that miserable condition Rose tried to push him away.
Rose
g-go away!! I don't need you..!! I c-called you by m-mistake. *cough* *cough*
She coughs in pain and David gets her water before she could ask for.
David
Here baby, drink this.
She forcefully gulps down the water and her labor pain was getting out of the hands.
Rose
Ahh!!! No!! I can't!!!
Carrying her up in his arms David says to James.
David
James, follow me and get in the car this instant.
James nods without showing disobedience. And David takes Rose out.
Rose
Ahhh!! leave me!! st-stay away from me!!
Caressing her face he says crying.
David
Baby, you can hate me tomorrow as much as you want but please let me take you to the hospital.
He somehow opens the cars door and puts Rose on the back seat. And James on the front one.
