The dirty and littered street was crowed as usual . The hustling was increasing so was the bustling and crowd , as the night approach .

Women were leaning from balcony , most were on streets , few were in front of their building ...

The area dispite been one of the most infamous places, was forever crowded , mostly because ...

Among those Over looking from the balcony was a lady with neutral expression , lost deep in thought .

She was wearing a cheap silk sari and makeup , just like others.

Beside her , were women calling out to those who were passing the street

^^^It wasn't like she liked what she was doing . She didn't like it. Neither did most of them , who are here, just like her . ^^^

Its that she had no other choice , neither did most of them .

I wouldn't say all. , But most .

They are the ones who come here to fulfill their needs , demands. , Lust ........ Whatever you want to call it , yet they will insult them , society wouldn't accept them , spit on them , no rights , no dignity, no life ...IRONIC

But, at the end of day , MONEY MATTERS . Its money which buys you what you need , its money which puts food on table, gives you a shelter .

As the night approach , the bustling grew , the crowd grew too . Streetlight were lit , which illuminated the dirty streets .

The lady on balcony was still standing , its a slow day for her , which means less money .

Its wasn't she like what she was doing , its that she has no choice, she only did it for. ..........., At the end of day , it mattered BECAUSE of ............

She heard people approaching towards her group . Almost everyone moved away from balcony as their Madame came .

The clients choose whom to spend the night with, they paid , they do want they want ...

Just a normal day.

She put on a smile , as usual . One of the them approached her , she nodded and turn away and gestured the client to follow her .

She went inside her room , which was quite small. A red bulb , dimly lit the room , the bed was covered with a cheap red satin.

She went towards the mirror , put on some lip gloss .

In came the customer , she seperated her soul from her body . As she lay down , her soul sank several layers deep and away from her body .

She , just sprints through the streets and traffic , holding her purse across her chest and doesn't stops untill she reaches the .....

She enters the overcrowded , crammed inner-city slums.

Its a little while for her to reach the jhuggi jhopri which is locked .

As She unlocks the lock of the one room dwelling , someone rans towards her and hugs her ...... and says " Maa , you are home ? "

She stares with unshed tears at the small child , while putting on her real smile for first time ..
