"I'm very happy to have graduated finally.Even though it's been a month since I have graduated... the memories of my university are still fresh in my mind. " said Bliss to her best friend, Clara.

"Yeah.... It feels like we have just graduated yesterday." said Clara with a bitter smile.

"What do you think of doing next, Clara?" asked Bliss to Clara with a note of little curiosity.

"It's of no surprise that my dad's gonna send me on uncountable blind dates to find a 'perfect match' for me! And as of a job... my dad wants me to focus more on my romantic life than my work life so I have no choice but do what he says. " said Clara with a long sigh.

" Hahaha... I'm glad that my parents let me do anything of my choice... like they never interfere in my decisions. So my life's set." said Clara giggling, being proud of having the liberty to do anything she wants.

Bliss sends off Clara and returns home.

"I'm home.... My sweeet home... where are you, my cute lil pumpkins?" shouted Bliss with a handbag of Laura's pastries.

*Laura's pastries is a famous pastry shop where Bliss parents visit very often.

(Bliss calls her family members as lil pumpkins.)

As soon as she enters the living room, she runs off to show off the pastries she bought to her mom, dad.

But to her surprise, her dad calls Bliss and asks her sit down next to him and tells her to calm down and listen to him carefully... "I'm sorry, Bliss but I had no choice... "

"What do you mean by this dad? Did something happen?" asked Bliss with a calm tone.

"I'm sorry but you have to get married in next two days." said Bliss's dad with a fearful tone.

"What? Ma-Marriage... Dad, please stop joking. I'm in no mood to joke, leave this joke aside and look what I have bought home." said Bliss disrupting her dad's words.

"Bliss... I'm not joking, it's a very serious matter. You are getting married to one of the richest billionaire, Mr. Tard Switz. We committed a big mistake and have to pay up an very enormous amount of money which is just impossible for us pay even in our whole lifetime. So we brought up your marriage with Mr. Tard as for the pay up for this mistake. I know this is a very huge decision for you, but trust me you will live a happy life over there. He is just 3 years older than you. Can you please help me my lil fairy?"

*I know I am not hallucinating but marrying the arrogant, cold, emotionless bastard who's ruined many companies and made many lives struggle just because of his greed to win over many companies.

Forget about marrying him, just by being next to him makes me feel to fall off a building and give up on my life.

But just because I love my parents and the liberty they have given me till date, maybe I guess it's the time for me to pay up for their courtesy and efforts all these years. *

"Dad... I don't know if I'm making the right decision but for your sake, I'm willing to get married to that bastard." said Bliss in a high, angry tone.

" Bliss... I know that Mr. Tard doesn't have a good reputation regarding his personality but trust me, if it wasn't him, I would have been on roads begging without any hope to live. Be happy that he wanted to marry you because he has to have a partner for a smooth business or else he's a God whom we can never look up at. He's being enough courteous by not suing me and my company instead he fixed the mistake himself and made us debited to him. He's never seen you in person but saw your picture in my phone's home screen and told me that I could pay up my debt my marrying you off to him. "

*Why did he choose me out of all people? Am I special to him? Or is he just trying to use my parents innocence? Well, I cannot undo anything now except to marry the 'GOD'. So yeah Bliss, you are gonna get married so be prepared and forget all your wishes of marrying smone you love and doing the imaginary rituals, whatever fantasies you have had.*

"Okay, dad. Tell him that I'm ready for the marriage. But tell him that meeting before marriage is just a dream." said Bliss in a quirky tone.

"You think he wants to meet you before marriage? He's a billionarie, he himself told me to get you directly at your wedding day. " said Bliss's dad smiling.

*The fact that he doesn't like me but wants to marry me without even knowing me is making me quite curious behind the reason of our marriage. Well, Mr. Tard Switz, here I come as your bride but will eat your life up horribly. Just wait for me... Hahahaha (devilish laugh)*

"Mom... Dad... what about my wedding gown and accessories? " goes Bliss screaming to her parents from her room.

Clara asks Bliss to meet up in a cafe as Clara's surprised about Bliss's sudden wedding.

"How could you do this to me Bliss? You are going to wed soon and I don't have an idea about it?" asked Clara sounding angry and confused.

" Look, I can explain the situation-" told Bliss with a convincing tone.

" I am sooo happy for you, my girl!!! You are getting married to the Big Boss of Business industry and the most notable things are... He is rich, way tooo handsome, and just 3 years older than you. What more can you even need??? " spoke Clara with a tone full of excitement and joy.

"Wait a minute! You searched up his history just in one night? It hasn't been long since I have told you about this and you just dug up his whole damn bio. J appreciate your talent, my queen. " said Bliss to Clara while laughing about her great talent.

" I have always been like this... Don't you remember I always dug up every guy who has followed you or liked you since we became besties. As you know that not just "any guy" can be my babe's life partner." said Clara with a proud tone.

" Ha haa... Ms. Junior Sherlock Holmes. You are great! " told Bliss while patting Clara.

Clara spoke " But.... The man your are getting married to- "

Bliss cutting her words said " Tard Switz... Mr. Tard Switz."

"Yeah yeah... Mr. Tard Switz... your would-be husband... I couldn't dig up about him more as he has kept his social media account low key but has millions of followers... He didn't even upload much of his face revealing pictures and he has attended only very few interviews. Even Google doesn't have much information about him. But I am dam sure that he's way too handsome through the pictures taken by paparazzis."

"Ummm... I get it. Maybe he is someone who likes to keep a low profile... because he's arrogant, bossy and even maybe too egoistic. " said Bliss in a angry tone.

" Oh wait... I just saw a news that tonight Mr. Tard is going to attend an interview regarding his marriage held tomorrow. "

said Clara in a surprised tone.

" What????? Does he even know me? He hasn't even seen me I guess. What is this man doing? Is he going to bring me on the interview? " said Bliss in an anxious tone.

*Bliss gets a call from her dad.

"Bliss you need to go somewhere tonight." says Bliss's dad to Bliss on the call.

" Where, dad?" asks Bliss to her dad surprisingly.

" You need to attend the interview with Mr. Tard tonight. " says Bliss dad.

"Wait... what???? An interview with him? Tonight???? Please don't joke dad! " says Bliss denyingly.

"I also didn't know about it... But Mr. Tard's secretary suddenly called and told me that Mr. Tars and his secretary are going to pick you up at 7 PM sharp. And about your dress and makeup, everything will be handled by Mr Tard. The interview is at 8 PM at Mr. Tard's home." said Bliss's dad.

"Dad, it's already 5 PM, and you are telling me this now???? " said Clara angrily.

"Wait, your mom wants to talk to you. "

told Bliss's dad.

" Bliss, head towards our usual spa right now and get all your pedicure ans manicure done. (suddenly moves aside from Bliss's dad and says in a low tone) Get your freaking hair done too. Don't you dare forget to get you arm, legs hair done. I want you to look gorgeous. If possible take Clara with you and you have head home at sharp 6: 30 PM. Mr. Tard hates wasting time." told Bliss's mom to Bliss in a rushing tone.

"I am damn sure that you guys aren't my biological parents today. Let me get over this interview today and you guys are dead when I get home. And the shitty thing is I am getting married overmorrow, wowww my life is full of surprises just because of my very great parents. I am going to the spa now. See ya guys at home. Bye. " says Bliss ik a strife and ends the call and grabs Clara and rushes to spa.

"What happened ? Where are we heading? " asks Clara to Bliss in a worried tone.

" I have no time to explain anything now but we are heading towards our usual spa and I will tell you everything over there. " replies Bliss.

* Bliss tells Clara everything and it's 6:30 PM already and Bliss still has to get her hair done. But to get home it will take 35 minutes by her car. So she decides to get her hair done herself when she reaches the place.

"What about your hair??? " asks Clara to Bliss.

" Aaaaah~ I will get it done myself when I get to the place of interview and also, I got my hair just a few days ago. I am heading home and you too get home safely, babe. Sorry that today I ruined our date. I will make up for it surely. " said Bliss to Clara.

* Boiss barely makes it home at 7: 00 PM and sees a huge black car standing in front of her mansion. She went near the car window and checks if her hair is messed up as she rode her scooter faster than she ever can. The window opens slowly and she sees a handsome man and screams louder as possible.

*Bliss's parents come out of the mansion and rushes over to see what happened ans sees Bliss screaming and asks her what happened.

* The handsome guy in care opens the door and gets down and greets Bliss parents and says...

" Hello, Mr and Mrs. Auswin Balard.(Auswin Balard is Bliss dad's name.)It's an honor for me to hav your daughter as my would-be wife. As you know I m a man of punctuality, your daughter is already 0.5 seconds late by now, so I shall excuse myself and have your daughter for tonight." says Mr. Tard to Bliss's parents.

"Tonight... Does it mean she will spend the night with you today, Mr. Tard?? " asks Mr. Auswin.

" No, Mr. Auswin, I will send her back as soon as the interview ends, please be at ease. Also you can drop honorfics since I am going to be your son-in-law overmorrow. " said Mr. Tard.

"You guys can get going now, sorry for the delay, Mr.Tard...I mean Tard. " says Mr. Auswin.

" Dad, don't be sorry, it's not you are he informed you lately." says Bliss in am angry tone.

* Tard excuses himself and picks up Bliss and seats her in his car and aska his driver to drive to the mall soon.

*This girl seems innocent but she ain't. She seems somewhat calming to me. Why is it so?* (Tard thinks to himself.)

"How dare you pick me up without my permission? Do you think you can do anything just because you are marrying me? I am someone who cannot tolerate these kind of things. I have my pride, I have my self-respect. " says Bliss loudly to Tard.

"If you have your pride and self-respect, why the heck were you late? I hate wasting even a single second. Also, you are my fiance now, so I shall dare to do anything to you. Even your parents can't stop me. " says to Bliss while glaring at her.

* Bliss wanted to answer back but she don't answer him as she thinks that silence is the best answer.

* Bliss and Tard reach the mall and Tard asks Bliss to get her make up and hair done and tells her to try out the dress which has been already chosen for her and he waits for her on the couch drinking coffee.

* Bliss comes out of the dressing room and asks Tard to look up. Tard while drinking the coffee looks up staring continuously and coughs a little and gulps and goes near Bliss and says...

"My choice has always been great... (and looks away and says) This dress looks gorgeous. So...Let's get going, Would-be Mrs. Tard Switz."

*Bliss nods her head with a serious face but when Tard goes forward, she giggles like a small kid.

* Bliss and Tard arrive at Tard's home and there were just few minutes for the interview to start.

Tard leans towards Bliss and whispers in ears " Don't worry, you won't have to answer every question they ask and just follow my lead and maintain your posture. And remember the rehersal we did in car while coming here. "

* 30 minutes ago in Tard's car...

Bliss suddenly realises and asks Tard,

"What if they ask how we met first time and how we fell in love?"

Tard replies, "Well, I prepared a set of questions regarding our and my personal life, just ask me one by one, and I shall answer them.

Bliss agrees to it and asks all the questions and memorizes it.

*At the interview...

One of the interviewer asked Bliss and Tard about how they met and fell in love with each other, so Tard looks and with a gracious smile says, " I met Bliss on a rainy day where her car wasn't functioning and she wasn't able get a taxi, at that time I was passing through and when I saw her for the first time, I was mesmerised and she just stood in front of my car so as to stop it and when I did, she came near my car window and asked me to open it and told me her situation and asked for a lift. And this how we met and later on, we coincidentally started to meet a lot and slowly fell in love. "

The interviewers smiled together at this "cute, realistic" yet a filmy story of this couple.

Another interviewer asked, "I want to know what great qualities did Miss Bliss see in Mr. Tard. "

This question wasn't there in the set of questions Tard prepared. So Tard leans forward to answer it but Bliss stops him and moves towards the mic and says "He might be the emotionless, powerful boss of the business industry but when you look deeper he is also a human with emotions. At first, I thought that he was just attracted to me but then later I knew that he is way too caring and loving than he looks. And this quality of his made me love him even more. "

The interviewer was satisfied by her answer.

Many more questions were asked but then a last question was posed.

Another interviewer asked "Mr.Tard, what is the reason that you being still so young are marrying already? "

Tard looks at Bliss and replies, " It's just that I didn't wanted to lose her. I have everything I need but was lacking her and after marrying her, I will have the heavens of the universe. "

The interviewers clapped at this sentence of Tard.

*The interview ends finally and the interviewers leave Tard's house.

Bliss gets up ne starts looking around the house as it's her future home.

Bliss's thoughts...

*My gosh... My dad's mansion was quite big but this is a monster mansion. Is this much big house needed just for one person? But after one day, this shll be my home. *

Tard while pouring wine for two asks Bliss what she has been thinking.

Bliss snaps out of her thoughts and says "I... I am not thinking anything, just admiring your house. "

Tard while handing the cup of wine leans towards Bliss smirking says "Soon to be your house too. Actually our house. "

Bliss takes the glass and leans closer to Tard and asks what real intention is hidden behind him marrying her. She even asks why is he marrying her out of many girls who are behind him.

So Tard pulls her closer while holding her waist looking into her eyes but Bliss turns aside and he pulls her even more closer and says " I am not interested in anyone but you. You have met me today but I have met you long back. I don't now if you remember but one day, I came to your university as I was one of the chief investor and I had some sort of work in your college... I was entering the college and you were screaming your lungs out to your friends saying...

* The day Tard came to Bliss university.

* Bliss and her friends were having snacks in the front yard of the university during lunch time and Bliss friends were talking about arranged marriage being a common thing since ancient days so Bliss starts saying loudly as if vowing to herself that "I dare that no man can get me through force, no one can tie me with someone I am not in love with. I will die but will never marry someone whom I don't love."

Bliss gets flashed about it and looks up in anger at him still being in tight position held by Tard.

Tard replies, " This attitude of yours, my love is what made me tie you down forcefully. "

Bliss's thoughts...

*So he is trying to break my attitude... Huh! He thinks he can do it... Just in dreams... I will break your attitude now.*

Bliss moves her face closer to Tard's and says "You think I agreed to this marriage forcefully... Hahaha... Mr. Tard, you are still a noob in understanding me. I agreed to this marriage to break your egoistic personality."

Tard laughs and says "So we both have same intentions. Then let's make some rules we have to follow after marriage. "

Bliss agrees to it.

*Bliss looks at her waist wrapped on Tard's hand and looks at Tard as if she is signing him to let go of her already.

Tard let goes of Bliss and both move backwards and hesitantly look aside.

Tard looks at the time and tells Bliss,

"Let's meet up tomorrow and make our set of rules. Now it's already 10 PM, your parents might be worried so let me just throw you home. Okay?"

Bliss replies "Yeah yeah throw me to my home now but day after tomorrow, you yourself will have to bring me to your home... I mean our home. "

Both get into car and while they are going, Bliss asks, " What about my wedding dress, I don't even know how it looks! And my jewelry and everything. "

Tard says "Rest assured... Just lik today's dress, your wedding dress is already prepared, your parents already checked it out. Just be ready at 10 AM tomorrow,I will pick you up from your home. Also, if you are even mini seconds late then you are a dead meat. We have to be quick as I need to attend many meetings tomorrow.

Bliss being annoyed says "Okay... Mr. Busy Bossy Angry Bird. "

*Tard drops off Bliss home and waits until she enters inside and then leaves.

Tard while going back talks to himself,

"The reason I am marrying you is... You made me promise to marry you when you were just 7 and I was 10. You told me that even though you forget the promise, I have to always remember it. It's cliche but it's just a truth you have forgotten. Also, I thought of forgetting the promise too seeing you leading your life happily but you once were drunk in s bar and screamed out my childhood name and said that I have forgotten you already. That day I decided to hold you by my side. You just are not able to recognise me because of my new identity. I am sorry that I am so late, My Miss Little Fairy Angel. The name you ket for yourself when you were a child is also silly but cute... just like you, my baby girl."
