Once there was a empire in a the period of Third Century where it was known as the golden period where a long war was going on between two regions Southern and Eastern.

But in the Southern region there was a general whose family has a long tradition of going to war for there emperor and were the most powerful family and has the absolute loyalty toward there emperor Whose family name was Singha. And was a main reason why the Eastern kingdom has no authority and power to control the Southern region and was a thorn of eye for them so they sent some spies in the Southern region to befall the general family.

There were twenty five sons in the family and one girl whose name was Rupmati and was known as a beautiful flower of the Southern region. And was selected for the Crown Princess Candidate but due to a plot of the spies she died while traveling to the temple. So the General Singha got very angry and was going to sent a letter to the frontline to get ready for the battle. But suddenly a summon was published by the king to Quickly present in the court. When the general reach the court he was suddenly arrested and thrown in the jail without a word. And then he realised that it was a trap from the minister who was the spy from the Northern region.

After realising his mistake he thought of the past when he was with his family enjoying feast and talking about his twenty five son's past achivement with his Former Minister's and Friends. And he was very satisfied with his twenty fifth son whose name was Shakuni Singha who was six years old though he was a handicapped he has a great knowledge in strategic planning, chess, troop management, wealth management, gambling, betting and vast knowledge in general knowledge and he was known for his cunning, softhearted and genius nature.

Shakuni's Brother's were also gifted and achievements were also brilliant and they also love there little brother very much though his mother died after his third birthday party by food poisoning. But his big sister Rupmati love and spoil him the most. It was happy and proud family.

Shakuni's father was very much emotional after thinking of his glorious and beautiful past. Then he was very nervous to think what will happen to his family suddenly a gaurd came and pass a note to the general saying "your family will be arrested in the prison and you will be executed in the public as a traitor and regretfully i the empress can't do anything". Then he was transported to the execution ground for beheading. Then the emperor arrive in the ground and ask his general for his last wish he want to make for his outmost loyalty for many years.

Then the minister asked his majesty to spare his family. Then the emperor replied "Okay I will atleast not kill them for your last wish ha ha ha". Then the minister was Beheaded but emperor was also felt little sad for minister who was very loyal but also very happy that he will get the control of the minister entire armies which was two third of armies of the Southern region.

Now the emperor has total control of the whole army of the Southern region. He then immediately order his man's to capture the minister family to the prison but before the emperor men reached the minister home, the wife's of the minister hanged themself and the workers of the minister home were given the thirty percent wealth and were vanished to near Village or town to hide and live so that they can assist there young masters after they were released and they were very loyal to the minister Singha family and the rest wealth were given to the merchants who were secretly rised by the Shakuni and Shakuni's Brother's and they surrendered to the emperor mens.

But the emperor didn't known that the minister's wealth was not in the minister's home. When the minister's family was arrested and put in the prison the other ministers and emperor seized the whole residence and property but didn't get any treasures or money. So the emperor got very angry and furious and then ordered his men to torture, interrogate and let them feel hungry. And order to give them only one person meal for the whole family until they give the all information they want.

When the minister was Beheaded his whole body was sent to the prison to make emotionally break them and blackmail them to spit out the information they want but his sons were already warned by his father beforehand. So if someday he was framed or died in the hands of the enemy's his loyal people will give a note to the oldest son because he knows all the codes and secret messages to decode them. Then after some time a soldier came near to the prison and threw a letter to the oldest son and goes back to the side and said " be careful of the people near you...." and then the soldier goes back to his place where he was stationed.

Then they all wait for the night to fall so that there will be less guard and then a maid came and asked the first son to corporate and promised that they will be realised from the prison. But the first son said " No" he said angrily and told the maid to get lost because he knew the maid was a spy from the emperor. After the maid left many guards came to there cell and threw there father body in the cell roughly and left, suddenly the sixth son, Saw a note in the father hands and he quickly read it and the letter was written with blood and his father request their sons to not bury him but burn his body with the two dice that was given to the Shakuni which was the gift that was given by his father in his first birthday and which was a family relic which was given to generation to generation. And was a legend passed by their Ancestors that this two dice has a power to win any bet that was played by this dice and was a gift from Goddess of wealth to their family for a small favor.

The brothers then than asked Shakuni to quickly read the note that was given by the guard earlier but he said it not dark yet but then they request him to read it because they were very curious to known what was written in the letter after they read the note which was found in the father hand. Then the Shakuni start reading the letter which was passed by the soldier it was written " The emperor want to kill you all to cover his bad deeds which was covered by other generals so be careful......." after listening the sentences they all become sad and nervous but then Shakuni told his brothers not to be sad and nervous because if somehow any one survived he must take all the revenge for our father and family. That night they all had a meeting till morning while Shakuni was asleep and next morning the brothers told him to be happy and healthy because they decided to safe me in any cost because I was the most cunning and intelligent. So if somehow I survived I can take revenge and responsibilities of the workers, merchants and armies of his brothers and father's and make this Southern region and Northern region higher ups a criminal in public eyes and make their life's worse than a slave.
