The impact ended with almost 80% of humanity being wiped out.

We collect the energy sources and keep them in a bottle.

It's illegal to buy "The Eye" unless you have a Lisence to use it.

It's because we can just breathe in the energy to break the laws of nature and gain inhuman powers.
