I Seek Happiness

chap.1: I don't understand

I.. have never once felt happy......

I was born with a disease... i can't feel any emotions like a normal human do.

Because of this i was neglected by my parents. Treating my younger brother better while ignoring me just like the air...

..but

i couldn't understand them...

I don't understand anything about them..

"why are they smiling?"

"Why are they laughing?"

" Why do they care so much about my younger brother?"

" What's care?"

"What's sadness?"

"What's happiness?"

" What's love?"

All of these questions filled my head since childhood.. untill i reached adulthood.. but still..

"I.. i don't understand..."

I murmured as i stand on top of the building rooftops edge... as the light of the buzzing cars reflecting in my eye as i looked down

"what would a normal person feel in this scenario?..."

"Fear?"

" Sadness?"

"Anxiety?"

"Dispaire?"

"well... i would never know... I.. I'm... useless.."

i said coldly without any hint of doubt...

"I wonder would i be able to feel emotions in my last breath? Or..."

"even after death?"

i said as i slowly lay in the air...

"Strange.."

i thought as i fall down

"was the night sky this beautiful?"

I thought as i look at the shining stars in the night sky

"it's strangely....."

"comforting i guess.."

i said and i black out.

I..... Woken up...

with a strange feeling.....

the feeling of softness like im laying on a large marshmallow... a feeling that i never experienced before..

"strange"

muttered as i smell the lovelies scent that i never once smelled before...

then so i open my eyes out of curiosity...

"a unfamiliar celling.."

i murmured silently... then i slowly got up... My eyes widen as a saw myself in a very strange room.... Filled with fancy and luxurious golden decorations and furniture..

"i... is this... perhaps heaven..?"

I asked my self in amazement... But suddenly.. as i looked at the large golden mirror... i turned pale..

"w-who is this!?"

I said in shock and in amazement..

"h... how.. beautiful "

i muttered touching my reflection in awe of the beauty with beautiful cloud colored hair and shining ocean colored diamond like eye... "R-rain?" A man said so i immediately looked behind me where the voice came from...

I said but unexpectedly his face went pale and he collapse on hes feet.

"Ahhh!! A-are you alright?"

I said as i dash towards him and helped him up

"i... y- you.. don't remember me?.."

he said and i nod

"no"

but then...

my eyes widen in horror as i saw his face smiling wichedly

"hahahaha!!!"

he laughed wichedly that made me walk a few steps back trembling

"excellent"

he said with a horrible face...

I didn't realize that after that i would face terrible life...

this place...

wasn't heaven..

its hell

but...

little did they know...

that ...
