Off to America
The airport was filled, people were scattering everywhere trying to catch their flights, or to see their loved ones. Sirius stood, staring out at a plane taking off through the airport window. Sirius seemed nervous.
Professor Ashe
Hey, Hey! Sirius!
Professor Ashe was seemingly getting annoyed at the fact that Sirius couldn’t pay attention. It seemed like it wasn’t the first time Sirius wasn’t responsive.
Sirius Ito
Hm, Oh! I am sorry Sir!
Professor Ashe
It’s fine, just pay attention from now on. We need to catch the plane if you still want to go to America.
Sirius Ito
I- I will try my best sir!
Sirius and Professor Ashe grab their luggage and head for their spot on the plane.
They take a sit in their spots, Sirius became ever more nervous, he gripped onto his pants. His shoulders would tense up.
Professor Ashe
Hey Kid, it’s fine. Nothing to worry about. We will be in America in no time.
Soon enough the plane took off to America.
The Landing
The plane landed around 13 hours later. Sirius was sleeping at this time. Professor Ashe glanced over at Sirius, he sighed slightly.
Professor Ashe
Sirius, Wake up. We landed.
Sirius slowly opened his eyes, he glanced over at Professor Ashe then nodded.
Sirius Ito
Sorry, i didn’t mean to fall asleep Sir.
Professor Ashe
No worries, c’mon. We have to get our luggage.
Sirius nodded, they waited for their turn to exit the plan with their items.
They finally got off the plane. Sirius had never been to America, he was in wonderland. His jaw dropped at the sight of everything. Sirius came from a small town in Japan. He wasn’t really use to being in a big place.
Professor Ashe
Sirius, have you never been in a place like this before?
Sirius Ito
No, I haven’t been in a place like this. This place is huge!
Sirius Ito
I can’t believe we are here for a month! There’s so much things we can do! I can’t wait!
Professor Ashe
Sirius, calm down. Remember we’re here to study America’s gangs.
Sirius turned to Professor Ashe, he nodded. He pushed the excited feeling away, his facial expression went back to becoming calm maybe even serious.
Professor Ashe
We should get a call a taxi, it’s getting late and we need to figure out where the hotel is.
Sirius Ito
For sure, I suppose we do have a big day tomorrow.
They both head outside, Professor Ashe takes his phone out. He noticed he was getting a phone call.
Professor Ashe
Hey Sirius, see if you can get us a ride. I need to take this phone call.
Professor Ashe wandered off, Sirius looked around for a taxi. Sirius waves his hand, catching the attention of what he thought was a taxi driver.
Sirius Ito
Professor Ashe, I got us a ride!
Professor Ashe hung up, he headed back over and started to load his luggage into the trunk of the car.
Sirius did the same after Professor Ashe was done.
They get into the taxi, they put their seat belts on.
Cameron Rouge
Good evening, Where to today?
Cameron look through the mirror, eyeing Sirius. Sirius wasn’t paying attention, he was staring out the window. He was still shocked about his surroundings.
Professor Ashe
Hello, we need a ride to 45, Hill street, East.
Cameron Rouge
So you’re bosses new company-?
Sirius regained focus, he looked at the professor.
Professor Ashe
Indeed we are.
Cameron Rouge
Alrighty, I suppose I’ll take you two.
Cameron started driving away, constantly checking the mirror. He kept looking at Sirius. Once again Sirius wasn’t paying attention.
Arrival
About twenty minutes later, Cameron pulled into the driveway. The place they were staying at was huge. It almost looked like a mansion attached to another mansion.
Cameron Rouge
Here we are.
Professor Ashe
So, this is the place. Not bad looking.
Sirius Ito
Wow! That’s a big house!
Cameron Rouge
Seriously, what’s up with this kid of yours?
Cameron chuckled, looking back at Sirius then at the professor.
Professor Ashe
Well, he has never really been to another place. We live in a small town in Japan.
Professor Ashe glanced over at Sirius. He then sighed, rubbing his head.
Professor Ashe
Don’t mind him, he’s just excited.
Sirius quickly un-clicked his seat belt, he bolted out of the car.
Sirius Ito

Cameron Rouge
I thought he was suppose to be nineteen.
Professor Ashe
Well, he is. Just, not acting like it at the moment.
Cameron and Professor Ashe both laugh. Then they both got out of the car. The professor went to unload the luggage. Cameron went over to Sirius.
Sirius Ito
Hm? My name is Sirius-
Cameron Rouge
Okay, Sirius. Why are you so excited?
Sirius Ito
I’ve never been outside of Japan, so I would like to adventure, learn how people here live. I wonder if it’s any different?
Sirius froze, tensing up. He became embarrassed.
Sirius Ito
S- Sorry I talk too much.
Sirius scurried back to the car, helping Professor Ashe unload.
Cameron Rouge
What a kid-..
Cameron mumbled, heading inside the house.
Sirius Ito
Is that everything Sir-?
Professor Ashe
I believe so Sirius.
Professor Ashe
Let’s head inside.
Sirius nodded, they both carried their luggage inside the house. There didn’t seem to be anyone else there except Cameron.
Sirius Ito
You live here alone?
Sirius asked nervously, looking around.
Cameron Rouge
No, the others will come out shortly. Their probably watching you as we speak-
Footsteps were heard, it sounded like someone was running. It seemed like only Sirius heard the footsteps.
Sirius Ito
Do you hear that? Someone running towards us.
