A loud terrifying shriek was resonated in the whole town that moonless night. No one knew what was happening around them except for those two in the darkness created by the night.

Two people was walking through the dark . The moment they heard the sound ,they knew he was dying. Those two wore black hoods and reached at the centre of the town's sacred hall.One of them whispered to the other in a meek voice,"Are you sure this is the only way to do?Is there no other alternative?If this fails the whole town will be in danger.you know that ,don't you?". "oy!!...shutup ,will you?we discussed this hundreds of time.This is the only way now.We are late.If only they agreed to us at that time.right now,we can only follow what is written in the holy book and hope for the best.",replied the companion .At the same time the shrieking continued as a black mist teared down the flesh of one of their companion who was left behind,that reminded them the time was limited.They had to do the only option available infront of them.They were not going to give up without trying,even if it meant their lives in return.

The only thing that gave them a little hope was the prophesy written at the end of the holy book,"Even if one fail,worry not when the dark covers the light ,there arise the choosen one who will lead you again to light".They decided to believe in the prophecy as a last resort.

At the same time the third companion they had with them had already lost his life.He had a content and peaceful look on his face as he could atleast help his companions reach the destination even though it was at the cost of his life.He felt like they wouldn't disappoint him.He was sure they would do everything to make it successful.

Everyone in the town was scared to even move a finger because of the shriek that were spreading throughout.As the sound was fading away,a dark mist appeared and started to engulf the town as if a predator eating it's prey.Everyone could feel the dark mist enveloping them,even when they didn't know what was in store for them.

As the town was engulfing with darkness,A new life was being born at another town,the one who will have the ability to bring back the dissapearing town back to the world.Just like the prophesy in the end of holy book.The moment the town disappeared,he was borne and started to cry,his shrill voice echoing in the labour room of a hospital.

Next morning,when the sun was up,the town had dissapeared.The place where the town was located became a barren land with no life in it,as if it was empty for centuries.
