...*It's 9:10 am and Professor Daisani is in class teaching about the history of the beom, how they came into existence and how the number of beoms were reduced by the first awakened.This story is told over and over again, even to elementary kids but for the sake of emphasis, it remains told even up till now....

Professor Daisani:_ Pay attention students. It's important for all of you to know the history of the beom and the awakened. Even if you already know the story, there are several parts that may not have been explained to you. As future high grade awakened, you must know how you came to be.

Now, in the year 950, the world was normal and people lived their lives happily all until one day, a dimension opened and demonic creatures began to crawl out of it. These creatures were known to feed on humans. They also had a leader named Kisanai. All other beoms were being ordered by Kisanai and ruled on the earth. This time was known as the 1000 year reign of the beom.

A student:_ It was the god Kami who came down and resurrected humans to save the earth right Professor Daisani?

Professor Daisani:_ Yes but they didn't exactly stop the beom by resurrecting humans. Let me finish explaining first.

During the 1000 year reign of the beom on a particular night, towers began appearing in different countries of the earth. These towers were known to harbor a powerful god called kami. After the god appeared, he showed his form and resurrected 30 humans who would fight the beom and gave them heavenly abilities. This war occurred for a long time before it was brought to a standstill. Only one human from the chosen survived although a lot of beom were also killed. Kisanai attempted to kill the human but failed after the human released immense energy and sealed Kisanai off in the same place where the beom first appeared. This place is now referred to as the "Altar of resurrection". With Kisanai sealed off the human killed so many beom and was declared by the god Kami as the first awakened. From that day onward, humans began to give birth to children with heavenly abilities and named them "awakened". This happened after the god Kami rebuilt the earth.

...There was a short silence in the class before Chisai the assistant class rep spoke up....

Chisai Syna:_ Sir, I have a question. What was the name of the first awakened? Also it was said that the first awakened killed the beom on Earth, why are there still so many roaming around?

Professor Daisani:_ The name of the first awakened was Maria Kureina. Secondly, the first awakened did kill many beom during the war but it was said that dimensions began to open unleashing beom on the earth. They were called outbreaks. Though these beom are currently being suppressed by the high grade awakened today.

Takela Suyu:_ With so many beom around I bet that's why the commission created schools for awakened to train at.

Professor Daisani:_ Correct Takela. All of you may just be first year students but you will be trained thoroughly to be future high grade awakened.

...The bell rang just then calling the students out for lunch break...

Professor Daisani:_ There will be gym practice after lunch so don't forget. Your instructor will be waiting for you at gym Alpha, do not be late on any circumstances.

...*A boy is walking over to the lunch hall. He seems tall with green eyes and a straight jaw line. His name is Kirishitan and has a best friend named Chizuro.*...

Chizuro:_ Hey wait up Kirishitan. Don't walk so fast. Are you training for the Olympics or something?

Kirishitan:_ Oh, hey Chizuro. I didn't mean to walk so fast, I was just a bit deep in thought.

Chizuro:_ Okay but what exactly were you thinking about?

Kirishitan:_ I guess just when all this will end.

...*Chizuro looks at him with a confused gaze*...

Kirishitan:_ You know, when the beom will finally be exterminated. So many people have lost their lives because of them.

...*Chizuro puts his hand on his shoulder*...

Chizuro:_ Don't worry man, we'll do that during our time as high grade awakened.

...*Chizuro smiles and Kirishitan smiles back.*...

Kirishitan:_ Yeah totally.

Noelle:_ Not so fast you two.

...*Just then, a girl in their class comes in between the two of them. That girl is none other than Noelle. A first year who only got into Tokyo Awakened Academy because of her father who's a shareholder in half the school's funds.*...

Chizuro:_ What do you want Noelle?

Noelle:_ Oh nothing. I just overheard you two talking about being high grade awakened.

Chizuro:_ Yeah and so what?

Noelle:_ Hahaha. Not with your weak powers. You two really know how to mouth yet with no actions.

Chizuro:_ What was that?

...*Kirishitan holds Chizuro back who seems seriously pissed off. Then, a girl walks to them. Her name is Eiko Hansamu....

Eiko:_ Give it a rest Noelle. You're one to talk yet we all know you only got into this school because of your daddy's influence. If there's anything who's mouthing off, it's you.

Noelle:_ Why you.....

...*Feeling embarrassed, Noelle leaves and Chizuro thanks Eiko.*...

Chizuro:_ Thanks. We wouldn't have been able to handle her without you.

Eiko:_ It's okay. We're all in the same class but I'll introduce myself for the sake of it.

...*She brings out her hand to shake them*...

Eiko:_ My name is Eiko Hansamu. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Chizuro:_ Nice to meet you too. My name's Chizuro.

...*She turns to Kirishitan who is lost in thought of looking at her beautiful red eyes, her blue short hair and her sparkling lips.*...

Chizuro:_ Wake up from your daydreaming man.

...*Suddenly Kirishitan shivers looking embarrassed*...

Kirishitan:_ Oh um, m-my name is Kirishitan. I-It's a pleasure to meet you Eiko.

*Kirishitan puts out his hand to shake Eiko.*

Eiko:_ It's been really nice speaking with you two but I gotta go now. Maybe we'll see again some other time.

...*Eiko walks away and Chizuro looks at Kirishitan who is blushing and looking ...

...right at Eiko*...

Chizuro:_ I know. She's pretty hot huh?

Kirishitan:_ *blushing* I-I have no idea what you're talking about.

Chizuro:_ You know if you like her, go after her. You do have some admirable qualities.

Kirishitan:_ Yeah right. I'm not listening to the advice of a guy who has been single all his life in a crush affair.

Chizuro:_ Harsh man, harsh.

Kirishitan:_ Besides you already know how she is, she's the righteous awakened who only has time for bringing Justice upon all beom and rogue awakened.

Chizuro:_ Wow, that's surprisingly accurate. Well whatever you wanna do I support you. Let's head to the lunch room to eat before it's over.

...*They both run to the cafeteria to eat before heading back to class for power assessment training*....

...*Chizuro and Kirishitan with the rest of their class head to the gym near the edge of campus called "gym Alpha". The professor in charge of this is named Professor Yami*....

Professor Yami:_ Okay students, I'll be your instructor for this training session. My name is Yami Onenuki. You may regard me as professor Yami.

Now, in this exercise, each of you will take part in a series of physical exercises. You may use your powers as you wish and you will be ranked based on your performance.

...*This is a high school named Tokyo Awakened Academy TAA. A school founded by the esteemed Principal Sai. It was formed for the purpose of training young awakened students to fight beom and save humanity....

...*Kirishitan, a high school level awakened along with 19 other students are enrolled in Class 1a of the prestigious school TAA....

...We're working hard towards fulfilling the ultimate goal of every awakened. To exterminate all the beom and make the world free once more....

...*The other 19 people enrolled in class 1a are Chizuro Maewe, Eiko Hansamu, Kuro Noiye, Jori Noelle, Sakana Kyoshu, Takai Kyoshu, Chisai Syna, Takela Suyu, Sujin Noore, Himan Koruya, Kota Buraku, Sumi Reiss, Jane Mirena, Barubu Kushani, Kirin Kosukki, Midori Mamizumi, Takune Silva, Dakin Shikaru and finally Kazuma Hayashi.*...

...*Meanwhile back in the training session, they released the results from the exercises*....

Professor Yami:_ Alright everyone, gather around. I have the results of the training and I'll put it on the screen now.

Chisai:_ Hey look who came in first. It's class monitor.

Kuro:_ Yeah. Can't say I didn't expect that though. She did come in first in our entrance exam.

Chizuro:_ Hey looks like you came in ninth Kirishitan. I came in seventh, hah It seems that I'm better than you physically.

Kirishitan:_ Dream on man. I still have a long way to go until I become a high grade awakened. Till then, I'll just keep doing my best.

...*Classes end for the day and everyone begins going home*....

Chizuro:_ Hey Kirishitan, come on let's head to the station together.

Kirishitan:_ Alright let's go.

*While they were going, they saw a world news report of how an outbreak occurred at a city. It was said that a total of 53 people died and 87 people were injured.*

Chizuro:_ Well that's a bummer. I feel so bad for the people who died. It's really unbelievable to think about how many lives have been lost because of these creatures.

Kirishitan:_ Yeah. I'll make sure I finish off every single one of them from the earth.

Chizuro:_ Seriously man I told you before. We'll do it together. You're not the only one who wants them gone you know.

...*Kirishitan smiles at Chizuro and they both go home for the day.*...

*The next day, a boy wearing a black jacket on top of the TAA uniform is walking on the street. He has black hair, a tall height, silver coloured hair and an incredibly handsome face. Two girls walk up to him to ask for his number but just glares at them. He ignores them and walks into an abandoned subway station where he meets with a group of rogue awakened. They do not directly support the beom but they are completely against all awakened. Their goal is simply to resurrect Kisanai. Their name is Korugi.*

Sakuna:_ Hey Shosan you're late. Where have you been?

Shosan:_ Just taking care of the usual business as always.

...*He drops a little bottle of blood on the table*....

Meguwa:_ Is that the blood of the reincarnation of the 13th person that fought in the great war?

Shosan:_ Yes it is. With this there are only 17 more blood samples to collect to make the 30 heavenly Kagunea

Sakana:_ It's still weird what we have to do to revive Kisanai though. We must gather the blood of the 30 heavenly Kagunea that fought in the great war and placed on the altar of resurrection.

Konkuri:_ Then on the hour of solstice, a ritual will be performed to awaken the beom god Kisanai.

Yina:_ We still have about a year until then. We can do this.

Meguwa:_ Though the time may be far ahead, we must be quick to getting the remaining 17 blood samples.

Konkuri:_ Yeah it's the easy ones we've been getting ever since the beginning but now it's gonna be a bit difficult.

Sakana:_ Thankfully, our strong and fearless team leader will help us get the 17 blood samples left.

Shosan:_ Don't get too ahead of yourself Sakana.

...*He walks close to where she is standing*....

Shosan:_ I may be the leader but all 7 of us have dedicated our entire being to this cause. If I need you to assist me, you better not fail.

Yina:_ Don't worry Shosan, we'll serve our purpose to the latter.

Shosan:_ Good. Now, where are Denda and Saikari?

Meguwa:_ I don't know. They were here just a few minutes ago.

Konkuri:_ I bet they're off causing trouble again.

Shosan:_ Whatever they do, they had better not expose us.

Sakana:_ Don't worry boss. I'll track them. They don't call me an awakened with a third eye for nothing ya know.

...*A third eye manifests on her forehead which she uses to see the movements of her teammates.*...

Sakana:_ They're in that 90's bar club at 7th Street.

Yina:_ I'm glad they're behaving normally

Shosan :_ Okay then. I'll see to the normal work as always.

Meguwa:_ You mean you already know who the 14th reincarnation is?

Shosan:_ In a way, yes I do know who it is. It took some days but I finally go the person.

Sakana:_ Will you tell us who it is?

Shosan:_ You'll find out later.

Sakana:_ Awww. That's no fun.

Konkuri:_ Hang on a sec Shosan, where are you going to find this person?

Shosan:_ I don't know yet but I believe that fate is about to take a dramatic turn.
