it was a peaceful mourning about 11:00Am
and thier in his room is our main character Elliot peacefully sleeping

Elliot goes down stairs only to see Aris raiding the berrys basket

powers:water(can control and do what they like with the water that varies from boiling it to turning it ice cold and levitating it)

(it dosent matter eather way i was planing on going out to collect herbs and some meat today anyways)
Elliot picked up the berry mess Aris made and decided to go get ready real quick so he can venture outside to collect resources

now listen Aris when we find some berry bushes i expect you to be picking them NOT eating them. understood.

and if i catch you raiding the berries again you wont be allowed outside the house for a week only to use the restroom

Elliot opened the door and let the cool breeze wash over his face ready to take a small journey even if its just gathering recourses. he usually find things like old books if hes lucky, blankets and small trinkets left behind by travelers that pass by every once in a while

Elliot walked down the path letting his house fade out of sight every step
he always felt uneasy when venturing out, their was always danger the farther in he went
but that didn't stop him from going deeper every time
he usually brings a notebook he has on him at all times. writing information on monsters, animals,fruits, and herbs he finds
Elliot reaches the forest and walks in with his guard up ready for the worst
its about 12:00 now and he finally found some edible berrys

after they finished picking the berry bush dry it was about 12:30, Elliot figured they could venture deeper as their basket was only half way full
along the way they found many herbs and Elliot cought two rabbits
with their basket full they figured they could head back home but without thinking Elliot lead them into unknown area

*looking around* This is bad this is really bad!

i cant believe i got us lost!
its about 2:00 in the afternon
Elliot looks up at the sun and tries to figure out which direction he should head to find home.
but he failed in doing that

(this is bad, this is really bad! were gonna have to set up camp somewhere, maybe we can find a small cave to sleep in for today. but what if theirs shadow monsters in it)

Aris starts walking towards a flower

what a weird looking flower

Bloombeast (enemy)
*Pounce*
That flower is a small beast known as a Bloombeast it burrows on the ground then attracts small animals and pounces on them killing them with the tips of it's feet which are very sharp
Aris (Elliots only friend)
*Whine*
Elliot took his Dagger out and slit the small beasts side making jump off of Aris and a few feet away
Elliot ran up to Aris, looking at Aris he had a deep cut wound on his leg
He wanted to patch it up right then and there but the battle with the bloom beast wasnt over
the bloom beast charged at Elliot with no intention to stop even with his wound bleeding
Elliot braced himself for the impact, expecting it to jump and try to pounce on him. And it did exactly that, Elliot took his dagger and plunged it into the beasts chest falling backwards in the process
The small beast hit the ground and screamed in agony as it slowly died
Elliot looked back at Aris rushing to his side he tore his scarf and took some herbs from the basket then covering Aris wound trying his best to stop the blood flow

in so sorry Aris i swear ill help you get better!
He picked Aris up and set him in a extra space in the basket he had to take the bunnys out but he carried those by hand
he rushed to find the nearest cave with no care he was going deeper into the forest, his only priority was finding shelter for Aris and him and eventually he found it
he laid Aris down in the sand and used some of the water to clean Aris wound some more, he pached the wound back up using more of his scarf and fed him some berries
it was starting to get dark so he had to head out to get some Firewood

Aris i need to get some firewood real quick, please be quiet and try not to attract attention ill be as quick as possible

Elliot kisses Aris forehead and heads on his way to get wood
what worried him more was that the sun was setting and it was getting dark soon he needs to find firewood and get back to the cave soon
but nothing ever goes according to plan

I need to keep the cave in sight I can't get lost.
Elliot collected all the wood he could. He had already ventured far from the cave to where it was barely visible, He Rushed to the cave and set the wood up and used his dagger and a rock to start the fire he. brought Aris close so he could keep warm.
The sun was quickly setting and nightfall would soon arrive

No no no. why is it still bleeding!
Elliot took the scarf off and went to the end of the cave soaking the scarf in water, squeezing as much of the blood as he could out and bandaging Aris back up using the herbs he had picked from earlier
but he kept loosing blood for some reason the wound wouldn't heal even when Elliot washed it.
Aris is a small creature, if you made him stand on his two hind legs he would only be 2ft 5in

Elliot added more pressure to the wound
But it didn't help, the wound was too deep to where you could see the bone
Aris gave Elliot a loving but sorrowfull look

and you could eat all the berry's your heart desires

Aris gave out a small whine knowing that his time was coming to an end
Elliot picked Aris up and held him to his chest repeating the words I'm sorry apologizing over and over again

I'm sorry I couldn't protect you!
tears running down Elliot's face lightly soaking Aris fur
Aris slowly lifted his head up and licked some of the tears off Elliots face
then he laid his head on Elliot chest closing his eyes.

K-KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN
Aris let a small tear tool down his fur and then took a final breath
Elliot held Aris lifeless body close silently wishing this was all a dream and that he would wake up any minute
but it wasn't. Aris was gone and he was all alone.
normally a spirit monsters body will fade away after you kill it sometimes leaving things behind. and so that exactly what happened to Aris body everything faded away but his claws and antlers
and That's all Elliot was left with of his bestfriend
