I woke up in a black pit of emptiness, where am I? , what happened?.

These questions ran circles in my mind as if it has been set on a loop.

The last thing I remember was...was... God why can't I remember, what is happening? There must be something that I remember...maybe my name...

Wait what's my name...who am I...

"Impressive"

"Your soul would have been shattered by now"

I yelled out, who the hell is this person.

Can I even call it a person, it doesn't sound human. Is it a woman or a man, judging by the voice, neither of those two.

"You seem to have forgotten your memories, shall I give them back? I can't decide"

I can't figure out where this voice is coming from, I looked around...around...around...and there far way in the darkness I saw a humanoid creature is it even a creature, it looks as if it's wearing a cloak, I can't see well from here.

"You seem lost, let me help you"

The moment that creature finished that sentence I heard a snap and a sharp pain struck my head

What is going on, what is this pain

"It will only take a few minutes"

Whatever that thing did it's painful make it stop

"Stop it...it hurts..."

I yelled out , I'm already at the verge of tears

"I thought you'd like your memories back"

I never said that or even mentioned it I only wanted to know where am I or what happened

"You must be delusional" I spat to it

"My no need to be rude..only a little bit left.."

A few minutes later.....

It finally stopped the pain stopped thank god

"Well not even a thank you"

"Why should I thank you weren't you the one who caused the pain"

"I don't recall such a thing I simply gave you back your memories. Now tell me what's your name?"

"Aurora.."

wait I remember my name guess it was lying after all

"Aurora I thought you'd have more unique name"

"My name is unique"

"Well being named a goddess name surely is unique but there are a lot of girls with the same name so..you're not that special since you don't even have a rare name"

I was left speechless..this person,guy, woman whatever it is surely only knows how to throw offensive comments

"Well tell me your name then if you even have one"

"Well I do have a name for your information but my name is not Important right now"

Who does this creature think it is.."lady like my *** who are you to tell me that"

I yelled at the creature

"Well with that sort of attitude..Your parents must be ashamed to have a child..."

Before it could finish that sentence the tears that I was trying to hold back fell.. I couldn't believe it yes the creature was rude but this was too far.

It stopped midway the sentence , realising what it was about to say.

"Wait no no no no I didn't mean it child look I was just..well you see it's just that your attitude irritated me I didn't mean it"

While the creature trying to explain itself I didn't bother listening cause those words hurt..

'So you're not rude but heartless as well huh'

I swallowed those words I couldn't even say anything I just stood there crying none stop

"Look" the creature spoke again..

"I know what I almost said was and I apologise if I could make it up to you I could.. I'm sorry let me prove to you that I'm not a heartless person or a jerk.. I mean nothing can excuse what I said the past minutes but I'm truly sorry"

I looked at the creature who was now in front of me it looked dark while l squint my eyes thinking whether I was hallucinating or not... does it have five arms or was it just me...anyways I looked at the creature thinking about its apology should I accept or not..

It looked me and I couldn't know what expression it had on its face but I didn't care well I mean I am being a bit rude but...

"Ok" I said

"So you forgive me" it said

"I didn't say whether I forgive you or not but ok I guess I will everyone makes mistakes right"

I smiled although there were trail of tears on my cheeks but it doesn't matter

"Really thank you" it said

"Now you said you'll do anything remember"

"Yes.."

"Well I would like to know what happened"

this question has been running through my head

"Oh well the thing is I'm not in the place to say" it said

"Wait what why" I asked confused

"You see you can answer this..I know but you chose this"

"I chose this what do you mean"

"Hey are you there"

'Where the hell is this creature"

Suddenly the ground started to shake everything was falling apart..

"What is happening"

I panicked...nervousness filled my body...fear..

Running..trying to escape this...trying to escape death..

Seconds of running...and my legs gave up..as if something is taking all of my stamina...

I fell to the ground...as my legs can't carry me anymore...

'Is this how I'll die...not even a goodbye...to my friends...my family..'

I sat there frozen...accepting my fate...welcoming death with open arms...

Just before my eyes could give up and shut completely... I heard it...it was the creature...

"You won't die little one"

That was the last thing I heard before falling into a deep sleep...not knowing if I will wake up ever again...

I woke up....breathing heavily...not remember what happened....

last thing I remember was....was...

wait..wasn't I about to die...what happened tho...

did that creature....saved me...

I didn't have time to think....I had to find out...what happened...

I tried standing up...only to fall down...

'when did my...ankle get injured...like this..no wonder I couldn't stand...'

I tear off a piece of my shirt...and wrap it around my ankle...

'god it hurts...'

I looked around and realised I'm somewhere...else..kind of familiar...

'do I know...this place...'

I just stood there thinking about my stupidity

'of course I won't have my phone with me but what should I do'

I just realised I didn't look at my surroundings

and won't you look at that I'm in complete darkness

but what exactly happen back there...all I remember is waking up...somewhere...met a creature...had an argument with it...got back my memories that I didn't know I lost...then suddenly the ground started to shake...and everything was falling apart...

the last thing I heard was that creature saying I won't die but what does that mean...

"this is just giving...me a headache"
