In a spring of dawn comes in the flash ending of an event, where countless numbers of people vanish. That is what we call war...

It's an unreasonable activity to be showing on one's behalf. Technically, not for everyone. A man dressed in white, Qurinl Yu who seems to be the Major of a Military group.

He seems cold blooded to others until one exaggerating event happened. How you may ask?

A girl who seems to be in the brink of her death, lying on the flower field let the Major notice her.

With his big will, led him to rescue her and to be sent into the infirmary.

He asked 'what happened to you?' As the girl caught a glimpse of he's cold blooded-looking eyes, she noticed his heart.

'Is this the first time you cared so deeply?' she said. Qurinl had felt shocking after hearing her say it.

Well he didn't mind what happened and just asked her name. 'Sharlie Ackerman, that's my name. Hoping to be of use to you',

Splendidly, she made him felt a fast-beat in his own heart full of pain and despair.

He felt as if an arrow of something hit his heart. 'Was it love?' he said in the empty head of his.

He looked at the girl and ask 'would you be pleased enough if I say you would be my secretary?'

'I would!' she said as she shown a happy-looking smile. The major was so delighted as he saw the most beautiful smile in his life.

He once said to himself.. 'Not all smiles are made with happiness, but pain and despair, like me'.

'That's not true Yu-kun, you only said to yourself that your smile is made of pain and despair but what I think that it's build with something stronger.

It must have pain but with a leap of light, called courage' she said. Qurinl was a bit quite shocked, as well as her defending but realized...

'How did you know what I was thinking? And what made you feel the same as me but with putting up something?'

Sharlie laughed as she thought he said a harem speech. 'it's a secret! Plus your eyes and looks is what gave in to me and noticed'.

'So, when shall I start? ' she said. As Qurinl gazed in the calendar, he said 'if your OK with now, then I'll allow you to work with some reports'

'ohh and btw, this is Hina Ling. The infirmary doctor here. She specializes in medical advances.' as he intruduced the doctor who treated Sharlie, gave upon a happy-looking smile on his face...

It changed his manner, from cold-hearted to overwhelming happiness.

Slowly by slowly, Sharlie walked and followed Qurinl as she said to do her duties.

Around the time, it was already dinner so Qurinl and Sharlie went up in the cafeteria to eat.

As they got food and sat together, everyone was looking at them. As Sharlie noticed, she ask him 'hey Yu-kun, why are they starring at us?'

He replied with 'maybe because I haven't been able to eat with someone together, nor for the rest of the time I was in this military camp.'

'Ohh, so that's why. Wait, you don't eat with your other secretaries?' she said with a questionable look.

'Nope, everyone would thought that since I am cold-hearted before. But as I realized changing cause of someone quite felt good'

***At the same time, everyone overheard them. Quite uneasy right?

As I had a dream... It brought terrible events to. Everyone has or just doesn't want to know how losing an important person to you feels.

Well it 'was' just this day, you know. Peace, Justice and others. But, what I felt and see were just too much of a deal.

Dying in someone's arms? So scary right? It has been a scary experience for me.

After all, I found a person who is just like him. Cold-hearted at first, but kind and caring in the end.

But there was one different thing I noticed. How others feel around them. For Qurinl, it was maybe easy to not get noticed, since he is a very respected major here in camp.

But for Shawn's stead, was much worse. Everytime I saw him lying on the ground, getting bullied nor abused was always the same result of having him stand up for me.

As for the phrase I heard.. " it's better to be hurt than to hurt others" was shameful.

Like is there even something you can call a person when they never felt pain?

It felt unfair if there really were, cause if I was one.. I'd rather stop and feel pain cause I felt like it.

I just didn't know what to do. It may happen again. Instead of Shan but Yu-kun.

So instead, I'll do what it takes to change the future. I don't care who gets hurt nor dies. Whoever I tried in the same exact situation in the same loop.

Everything would turn out the same. People would most likely get hurt.

So no matter how many years it'll take me to live. I'll give my all in protecting the very person important to me.

I'll use any other means nor risks for Yu-kuns safety. If he died, the whole world would turn down on me and it'd be all my fault.

So I'll have to stand up and change..

Bright as the candle burning in fire, I awoke in morning peace. "Good Morning. " he said.

Dazzling upon the gaze in his eyes. Beautiful if you have had seen them right?

I wonder if he will really be OK. I asked him if breakfast was ready. He said yes so I stood up and got dressed in my uniform.

Others weirdly looked out on me as if I was some sort of specialty. But I wasn't.

'hey Sharlie, what do you wanna eat?' he asked. I replied to him 'just normally what can benefit us evenly'. Fair should still stay fair.

Sometimes it shouldnt. Or maybe not? 'Hey Yu-kun, you've been gazing on me while eating. Is there something wrong?'

'No-noo, I uhh.. Wasn't well. It's just.. Uh.. How do I say this...' he said while he has a flattered looking face.

'It's just that you look like something I saw. A person from my dream might have been you but.. It would be weird right? Hahaha' he said while laughing out weirdly.

' If I said I was that person in your dream, would that made you shocked? Look at me you idiot.' she said. 'Geeze, no need to call me an idiot.' He said.

***Pov- I don't know what's going on with me but I felt like she was one of the people I'm destined to be. I hope it stays that way.

As we were walking down the hall, I noticed. There was a field of flowers where I awoke but never knew how I got there.

For some reason. I felt like I came from a different world, but neither parallel worlds are deemed to be true.

I walked close to the big glass window and gaze at the beautiful terrain.

I gasp once I saw the flowers that I had been lying in the ground.

I felt peaceful and.. Loved. Qurinl looked at me and asked ' Do you know how you look and feel when I saw you on the ground of the flower field?'

I replied ' I don't remember anything, even how I got there. It feels as if I'm alone'.

The bell rung and it was time to train. They said that the northern ward conducts war to us, the western ward.

In order for it to stop, we have to kill they're commander who will take part.

So I went to the training base. Since the females only do reception, service and homely duties in the camp. The army was full of males.

I was the only girl there... Standing beside Yu-kun.

The other males where whining and gossiping about a female joining.

It was a threat to me for them talking about that. The Major stood up for me and commanded them to stay silent.

He smiled and winked at me. I bet he was trying to say 'be brave'.

After all, I'm his secretary. He was the one who chose me. Unlike other women, they wanted to be secretaries to him but he chose me.

Is it what you call favorable? I think so. Split the time and space in my mind, trainings about to start.

I'll just get ready, and stand at top.

I wish to be useful as I said to him, at the time we met our eyes.

'Hey, Yu-kun. What do you think about me? What's so different about me than the others? Am I really that special?' I kept asking.

'Your kind of nice, open and gentle around. You have an attitude that I liked to see and.. Your special to me!' he said with an open heart.

I got so stunned by hearing it.

Was he like some kind of spirit the God's made? Wait, that's kind of a weird question.

Now I see, he was no different nor similar from Shan. I guess that's what made him even more special.

I got happy and smiled back. We were already marching towards the westerns base.

I don't even know what might happen but I got to give my all.

If he dies, then the biggest problem is me.

Was it even right to meet him? Wait, if I want him to live..

Doesn't that mean that I should never have him see me?! That's when I realized.

It might have been better for me to never existed.

Qurinl looked at me. And said ' I'm glad you existed, if I never founded you. I would most certainly kill myself.

But then a special person who is destined to meet me came. And it was you, Sharlie'

I was so surprised, to think that he can actually understand me.

***Then again, I'm actually glad I met him.
