Mi Young and Jeong Hoon had the most perfect and happy life with their son Jeongin which could be described as a perfect fairy tale. There were no bad memories, only happiness was there! But every family faces happy and sorrowful moments, as happiness was only there to be seen, it was time to face some challenging period of life.

When Jeongin turned 8 months old, his mother, Mi Young was diagnosed with cancer that was on last stage. She went through all the chemotherapies and radiotherapies but nothing worked at all. So the doctors gave up and told Jeong Hoon to be prepared for the worst.

As Jeongin was so little and Mi Young was going through so much pain, Jeong Hoon couldn't help but felt so poor and helpless. But situation makes people learn many things, He had to see his love of life in pain.

Jeong Hoon sighed looking at Mi Young as she gave him a soft smile.

Jeong Hoon smiled at her and gave her a peck on lips as he leaves. Mi Young rests his head on the pillow.

Mi Young was feeling a bit suffocated, so she called the maid servant. Sarah called Jeong Hoon and he came home immediately. Mi Young's situation was getting even worse, so Jeong Hoon was feeling restless too.

Krystal was wondering as she was going upstairs, Tae Joon was coming with them too. Suddenly Sarah stopped.

The Young master AKA Kim Jeongin's room was in between of Krystal's bedroom and the main bedroom which was used by Jeong Hoon and Mi Young. As they entered, Krystal saw it was a very big room for a 8 months year old. The walls of the room was painted beautifully with cartoons, fishes, oceans, birds etc. There was a small tent at one corner. The room was perfect for a baby, there wasn't anything that wasn't there. All the toys, story books, everything was there. At one corner, there was a bed which wasn't too big but enough for two adults to fit in. There slept the little boy in the middle of the bed which was looking very huge for his small figure.

Krystal quietly walked towards him and sat down. She smiled unknowingly as she always had a very soft place for babies cause she really loved babies a lot. She slowly caressed his chubby cheeks. Not knowing what to do, Krystal just sat beside him for almost an hour. No one came to her all that time Not Jeong Hoon, not even Mi Young. After an hour and half, Jeongin slowly started to wake up. Krystal sighed in relief as she was getting really bored.

She smiled, maybe the little boy understood her words. He also gave her a smile.

Krystal kissed his cheeks and picked him up in her lap. Maybe he could understand small words like greetings and his name. He didn't answer her previous question as Krystal didn't call him by his name cause she doesn't know his name but Jeongin giggled.

Sitting on her lap, he started playing with her hair and the pendant she wore. He looked really adorable but since he just woke up, he had to wash up. Since Krystal liked babies and somewhat knew how to take care of them, she took him to the washroom. She took off his clothes and washed him up. He didn't stop playing and giggling while he was inside the bathtub. After getting him ready, she went downstairs with him.

The house was still dark, empty and silent. The environment was too gloomy for such a small baby so she decided to pull the curtain, after that the huge room got lightened. Now it looks better. Entering the kitchen with Jeongin, she saw Sarah working.

Then she went to make his food. This house was not somewhere Krystal could live. Everyone and everything was way too serious and formal. Jeongin was the only one who was smiling and playing in his own world.

Sarah came back with Jeongin's food and fed him. After that Krystal was with Jeongin. She played with him, carried him, fed him, put him to sleep. Night came and she ate dinner alone. She was also done feeding Jeongin his dinner. Now he was playing on the floor of his room. He still can't walk. He can only crawl and sit. Krystal had nothing to do. She came here in the moming and it was now night and didn't see anyone else other than Sarah all these time. Oh, she saw a bunch of bodyguards outside the house.

Krystal came forward and hugged Tae Joon.

Tae Joon's heart skipped a beat, Krystal is like that though, so he isn't supposed to feel in this way cause she hugged him like this several times before too

Suddenly they heard a knock on the door and Sarah entered.

Then Krystal quickly stood up with Jeongin.

Jeongin curiously looked at her with his big doe eyes, trying to understand why she just suddenly picked him up like that. Sarah took them to the bedroom and left. After knocking, Krystal entered the room with Jeongin in her arms

She was taken aback by the sight in front of her. Mi Young was half lying on the bed. She didn't have any hair on her head, there were deep dark circles under her eyes and it looked like she was only 10-15 kgs, that's how weak she looked. Krystal saw in the photos how beautiful Mi Young was! Now she looked dead. Jeong Hoon was with her on the bed, holding her close to him. Krystal felt a little bad seeing them like this though she knew she shouldn't have felt that way now.

Seeing Krystal, Mi Young weakly smiled and signed her to come closer to her.

Jeong Hoon said before pecking her lips and getting down from the bed. On his way out, he just patted Jeongin's back and left, not even looked at Krystal, even though she came after a long long time. It felt like he hated her even though she didn't do anything, she was Just there because his wife just invited her.

Mi Young said, her voice was barely audible.

She said and Krystal went to sit beside her. Krystal thought Jeongin would jump at her once he sees her mother after the whole day. But the opposite happened. He didn't look happy. Instead he looked scared. He just hid his face in Krystal's chest and clinged to her.

She said as she smiled. Krystal looked at her with teary eyes.

This was so unfortunate. She was going to die. She had to leave her husband and such a small baby behind. This fact alone was painful but now her own son is scared of her. She can't even hold her son in her chest at her last moment.

She said as Krystal quickly wiped her tears.

Mi Young took a long breath before telling Krystal about her last wish.

Mi Young's last wish made Krystal's world break into pieces. She wasn't understanding about what was happening. She didn't wanna hurt Mi Young by saying NO also she didn't wanna marry Jeong Hoon now, though she still liked him but as for now her career was the first priority for her. So taking care of a baby and shooting at the same time isn't gonna be easy for her. So she was somewhat stuck in the middle to give a reply to Mi Young.

Mi Young was looking at Krystal with hopeful eyes, wishing that she would say yes.

She said as Krystal shook her head as a no, though she felt like the soil under her feet was no longer there.

Krystal came out of her room with Jeongin and then she put him to sleep.

Saying that she left ASAP without even saying anything to Tae Joon. She didn't wanna disturb him with the problems of her life.

As she reached at her home, she barged in there and started calling her father.

She asked as her father looked down.

Mr. Park said. After thinking about it a lot, she agreed to marry him after keeping a stone over her heart, hoping that maybe at one point she won't be just Jeongin's mom but Jeong Hoon's actual wife as well.
