"OCEAN EYES" / "CHOOSEN ONE"

This summer I turned sixteen. I celebrated my birthday with all my close friends. We had a very fun evening. Next day I went to my backyard to clean up because it was very dirty from all the confetti and balloons. I first picked up all the chairs and then went to pick up the trash.

As I was picking up things from the grass. I felt something moving infront of me. I got scared and looked up. I saw a circle which looked like somewhat a portal to something. It was white translucent waves type. The waves were moving. It was breathtaking. I looked at it still and suddenly saw two blue eyes. I become shocked. They were like deep blue ocean pulling me in. They were glistening. I was there for a minute then suddenly saw something coming towards me. Like something was running towards me.

I became scared and ran away from the there. "What the hell is that??" I ran to my room and screamed. I quickly locked the door. I was sweating profusely. it was all so unreal. With this thought everything went black.

Next day I woke and ate breakfast. "How are you now?" said by Mom who was serving me breakfast. "I am okay. Why did you ask?" I said while eating the waffles. "You fainted yesterday suddenly that's why." Mom said. I choked. "Oh my- you alr???" She said while rubbing my back. I drank water and calm myself down. I took a deep breath and looked at her.

"Yeah I am okay. I'll be in my room mom if you need me." I said and went to my room.

Later it was midnight. I had already ate dinner with family. It was a normal peaceful dinner. I was currently sitting in my bed looking out of the window to the backyard. I was thinking about those ocean blue eyes.

Suddenly I saw that portal forming again. I became shocked and pinched myself. It was really real. I quietly but quickly got down. As I reached to the backyard. I saw the portal. I wanted to go and see what's inside that. I closed my eyes and gulped nervously and starts to walk toward that portal.

Suddenly I heard a sound. I quickly opened my eyes. The scenery I saw was... mesmerising. I saw a forest. There was a waterfall infront of me. The birds were chirping and deers were eating grass. I gasped from the beauty of the nature. I smiled and looked around forgetting about everything. I sat down resting my back on a tree and closed my eyes. I felt peaceful.

I was humming my favourite song lightly when I suddenly heard a growl. I quickly opened my eyes and stand up. It was a wolf's growl. I became scared and starts to find a place for hiding. I saw a bush which looked good for hiding. I ran towards but in the middle a thorn got stuck on my foot.

"OW!" I screamed in pain. I heard a growl near me. I gasped and ran with the thorn but fall down. I was crying from the pain. I heard growling more close and saw something coming towards me.i curled myself protecting myself. I closed my eyes and prepared myself for death.

I felt something nudging my stomach. What the hell I thought to myself. I slowly opened my eyes and saw a pup. I become shocked. He was already looking at me cutely with his doe eyes. I awed but was alert also. He again nudged my leg and ran. I looked him running away. He stopped after some distance and looked behind at me. He again come towards and pulled my pants forcing me to come too. I stand up and just trusted the pup because he is the only source of finding something right now for me. I start to walk too with him while careful not to hurt my foot.

After a while we walked and reached a place. I gasped. There were huts, pups playing and full of wolves. I was scared a little. Suddenly I was a man walking out of a hut. I ran towards him. Everyone looked at me. I noticed and cursed myself. I quickly up my hands for defence. All those wolves were circling me while I was scared and sweating.

I suddenly heard a howl and everyone backed away. I looked at them and saw a man coming towards me. I gulped nervously. I looked down.

"Eyes up." A man said strictly. I looked up and saw....those ocean blue eyes. I was shocked. I gasped. "Y-you! those e-eyes." I said while stuttering. "Come with me." The man said. He grabbed my hand and pulled me to that hut. We reached.

I was just looking at him waiting for him to say.!
