It was raining as she looked outside the window of the café. She'd always loved the rain since her childhood, but from that unfortunate day, the rain had only worsened her wound in the heart. It is not just because her 3 years of relationship had broken but she also lost her best friend, her companion in the ups and downs of her life.

"It's already been a year and now I think it's enough. I had enough of it. I gave this relationship everything I could ever give. We were just not meant to be together. I deserve to be happy as him. I promise myself that from now I won't think about him. I won't hurt myself anymore. Love has no place in my heart. There are just my family and my dreams." she said, looking outside the window.

Angela is a musician in one of the most famous bands in the whole New Yours. She has always wanted to be a musician since

childhood and worked hard for it. Her father's company is one of the top 3 companies in the country. He is indeed a sharp-minded CEO to maintain his company's position in the market but he is weaker in relationship matters. The priority was always been his company over his family. But he never stopped Angela from chasing her dreams. As Angela was his elder and capable child, he did want her to be the CEO of his company in the future but after he knew about her dream, he did not force her although she was always welcome if she ever wants to change her mind.

She stood up to leave the café, and just then she got a call which she answered immediately. It was from her stepmother, and she was crying on the phone. Her stepmother had always hated her from all her guts and she also didn't care about her. "What happened?", she asked emotionlessly to her. "J-J-Jim", her stepmother said and started crying again. As soon as Angela heard her stepbrother's name, she became concerned and immediately asked her, "What happened to Jim?" "P-Please come home fast, please", she said crying. Angela didn't care about her mother but she had always loved Jim as her family. She was 8 when he was born and she always took care of him as her real younger brother. Jim also loved her as his sister. They were not from the same mother but their bond was stronger than that of real siblings. She rushed into her car and drove as fast as she could. Her father was out of town for business, so she was the only one who could help her stepmother. She reached home and saw her stepmother sitting on the sofa and crying bitterly. She came towards her and asked her about her brother. She told her everything which had happened in the last half an hour, after which tears started flowing from her eyes.

****3 days later****

Everyone's eyes were on the bride and groom. Everyone was gossiping about them.

-"Oh, look she is indeed very pretty."

-"Yes, you are right. They are a perfect match made in heaven."

-"Aww, they are just perfect. Let me take a lot of pictures."

The gossip started to lower down as the priest continued- "Mr. Daniel Wilson, do you take Ms. Angela Martin as your wife for the rest of your life?"

"I do.", a deep voice with calmness spread in the hall evenly.

"Ms. Angela Martin, do you take Mr. Daniel Wilson as your husband for the rest of your life?"

"I do".

"Congratulations, you both are husband and wife from now on. You may kiss each other.", continued the priest.

Angela was lost in her thoughts, still trying to figure out the turn that her life suddenly made in the last few days. Just then, she felt a hand around her waist and was pulled closer by a man whom she has just gotten married to, whom she met in the wedding hall a few moments before. She suddenly looked at his face from very close. Big eyes, a sharp and thin nose perfectly carved on his face, her gaze was moving towards his lips just then she felt his lips on hers.

"He is so perfect.", she thought while he was kissing her, "I didn't want to marry like this, but I don't know why this moment suddenly feels so beautiful to me."

She was still lost in her thoughts when he slowly moved a little away and the hall filled with the sound of claps and laughter of joy.

****1 hour later****

A car stopped outside a huge white mansion.

.It was beautifully lightened looking like a king's palace. There was a big swimming pool in the front of the mansion. "Sir we have arrived.", the driver informed Daniel who was busy on his iPad looking over his schedule for the week. "Okay, you may leave for now", Daniel ordered him. The driver nodded and left. Daniel looked beside him and his gaze stopped at Angela, who was sleeping peacefully. He got stunned for a while, looking at her face, "Beautiful", his tongue slipped suddenly. Just after that he suddenly came to his senses and looked away and said to himself, "What are you thinking Daniel, have you forgotten why you married her?"

He turned towards her again and said in a very low voice to be heard by him only, "I am sorry, we both don't even know each other and you had to face this because of my family. But I promise you that as soon as everything is settled, I will set you free". After this, he left and went inside leaving her sleeping inside the car. A few minutes later a lady around the age of 40 came outside and went near the car. She woke Angela up and said, "Good evening madam, please come inside.", smiling at her. Angela smiled back her and went towards the mansion. As soon as she looked at the mansion, her eyes became bigger and she said, "Wowww", with surprise. The lady smiled at her and said, "Welcome madam. This is yours and master's house from now. I am miss Aden, I take care of Master and from now on I'll take care of you too". The lady took her to a room. "Madam, this is yours and Master's bedroom. Please freshen up and make your self comfortable and let me know if you want anything. Master is in the study room, busy in his office work. He asked me to prepare your dinner. I must get going now. Please come downstairs once you are done.", the maid said to Angela and left. She sat on the bed and said, "This is so beautiful. This feels like a dream".

Angela goes to the wardrobe and opened the door. She was amazed by the view.

"Is this a dream??", she was so mesmerized that for a few minutes she was still and just looking at the closet.

Finally, she picked a dress and changed and then went downstairs where miss Aden was waiting for her.

"Come madam, you are looking so beautiful, please have your dinner. Master will have dinner in the study room only.", miss Aden said to Angela with a warm smile. Angela nodded and went back to her room after having dinner. She laid down on the bed facing the ceiling. "I didn't think even in my dreams that my life will take me here.", she thought and closed her eyes thinking about what happened to her.

*** 3 days ago ***

That night Angela reached her home and saw her stem-mother crying. she asked her anxiously about Jim and her stepmother said, "A- Angela, J-Jim, my son, they kidnapped my son. Please please save him". "What?? who are they? Did you call dad?", Angela asked. " Your dad is not picking up the call, I called him so many times. Angela, I know I made you suffer your whole life but please save my child. I will do anything that you want and will never bother you again. Please", her stepmother pleaded. "Stop crying. Jim is my brother also. I won't let anything happen to him.", she said with anger. Just then, Angela received a video call on her cell. She picked up and saw Jim, who was tied to the chair and was hurt in the face. His lower lip was bleeding and he was unconscious. She saw him and immediately called out his name multiple times but he didn't respond and then the call disconnected. Just 2 seconds later she got a voice call. She picked it. "If you want your brother alive, meet me at the Carlos café close to your nearest bus stop and don't try to act smart. A single wrong step and you will lose your brother forever.", a man answered the call and immediately disconnected. She was so much afraid that couldn't think of anything.

She did as she was told to. When she reached the café, she saw a man in all black wearing mask coming towards her. He told her to follow him. He blindfolded her and drove her through a forest to a silent and abandoned land. There was just a single hut. The man took Angela inside it and removed the blindfold. The first thing she saw there was her brother who was hurt and tied up on a chair unconscious. She ran towards him, crying, patting his cheeks, trying to make him get back to his senses, calling his name but he was not responding. Then she looked around and saw 3 men including the one who brought her there. They were standing behind an old man, who was sitting on a chair, around the same age as her father. "W-Who are you? What have you done to my brother? What do you want?", she shouted. The old man stood up from his chair and said, "You are a very brave girl to talk like that in front of me. Can you imagine what price you might have to pay for this?". "It's you who will have to pay the price for doing this to my brother. You don't know who my father is.".  The man looked at her with anger in his eyes trying to control himself he said, "Hahaha, now you are getting on my nerves. I know your father very well and no matter how hard he tries I won't let him be at the top. It's me who is on the top and will always be. Did you get that?" Angela stood there dumbfounded. She was not able to think anything.
