Each has the ability to use an Element corresponding name of their continent due to their Elemental Sprite Weapon. Each Sprite Weapon has a grade depending on what spiritual strength it emits. These spirit weapons are classified as Slave, Servant, Master, Grandmaster, King, Emperor, Deity and God.

They live at the border of Wind Floating Islands, Fire Nation and Elemental Central Capital called Hundred Rice Terraces where the mansions of Sister Flare and Brother Mist located, That's why they were friends since three.

So Glow, Mist and Flare is now setting off together heading to the Dragon's Breath City that is just next to their Village to go to the Great Soul Hall to awaken their Sprite Weapon. They were so shock that even the Elder Peter who manage the Soul Hall branch has come to give the result of the test. After 10 seconds Glow still holding the ball and when the guards attempted to drive him away, The whole ELM was shocked due to the sky that turns to dark, that is darker than a charcoal and after a second turns into a yellowish light that is so bright. Then it disappeared and back to normal. After that Glow was so nervous because the ball splits in half. "Eh! my spirit weapon is a Shovel and a Lamp?" shocked thought of Glow.

" Whoa! a dual spirit weapon? It is the first time I've seen a situation like this, but even though it is still trashes spirit weapons, Hahahaha" Word of those judgemental magisters looking down on him but indeed he is so happy because even though his spirit weapon do not looks like an item for battlefield but still he can have lot of work cause it's still possessed spirit force that will make him last long in the work place. Then, Glow feels nervous all of a sudden and suddenly kneel, he was so nervous because he broke a precious ball and he thinks that even if he'll work so hard he will not gain the exact amount of the ball glass. As expected Flare back him up and compensate the Soul Hall with another ball glass, so Soul Hall let the situation pass and then they leave immediately, Elder Peter caught by the broken piece of the ball glass because it split in perfect half which one half contains a super bright light and the other is super dark that make him take it for studying.

On their way heading out, "Sister Flare thank you for being so kind to me, I don't know how can I repay not just you but including Brother Mist for alway helping me. Flare can't say anything because what the two said and make her also blush so the three of them laugh together. Then they left the Soul Hall laughing to death and suddenly interrupted by the General of Wind Floating Islands and Fire Nation's last Emperor to train them before entering the one of the 4 greatest academy at Elemental Central Capital that gives the highest education among the whole seven continents. They have to evolve their spirit weapon to Grandmaster in order to enter those 4 schools so they have to train for at least four years to achieve the requirement. Before the three of them depart, they all promised that even if they will not be entering the same school they have to get stronger to enter at least one of those school because they've know that they will still be able see each other during open school competitions.

On the way home, Glow felt a heavy feeling that makes him so nervous so he rashed his way to home and he arrived at afternoon but it feels that the house was so silent, he immediately go to his grandpa's room to check if his grandpa is alright but there is no one there. Grandpa Ember can't walk so Glow was curious why he is not there, he found traces of blood straight to the back of there house, so he follow the traces and ended up finding a body covered with blood beside a tree, it is brutally killed by almost 13 stab of dagger and has a black fire mark left on its neck, Glow find out whose body is that, It was Grandpa Ember. He can't do nothing but just cry because who doesn't know who is responsible in his grandpa's death. Villagers of Hundred Rice Terraces help the child burry his grandpa. Glow affected so much by the incident because he just not loss his grandpa but loss everything because his grandpa is his everything. After a day of despair, the sadness he feels turns into coldness and anger. " I promised that the world can't end if I can't become strong enough to kill the one that responsible for my old man's death" Glow's words that contains so much killing intent.
