So here goes the story:
The cheerful buzzing class of the Pure Noble Class settles down when their Head Teacher arrives
Everybody widened their eyes to see a girl not too tall, tagging along their Teacher
Student A
She's so beautiful 😍
Student B
She looks pretentious
Student C
Is she a transfer student?
Student D
How can that be? It's nearly the end of the semester
The teacher hit the table twice "Thud! Thud!"

Quiet Down Students!
Sir Oliver
Today, we have a new transfer student.
Sir Oliver
Introduce yourself.
Lan An Ran
Hi, My name is Lan An Ran. I'm from the East.
She didn't say much but she sounded indeed extremely cold.
The moment she said that, many students started gossiping and chattering amongst themselves
Student A
What? She's from the East.
Student B
I heard that the East is a dirty place where only poverty flourishes.
Student D
What really?! She must be dirty as well from living there.
Countless chatters could be heard

Quiet! She's now your classmate. Treat her well. An Ran you may sit in the empty seat next to Ian.
Everyone especially the girls stared at her. An Ran felt their jealous and envious looks. As well as curiousity arose many about her.
"How could a mere girl be admitted to their prestigious school just on a whim?" They thought.
Girls started to give mocking smiles at her as she started to move towards her Seat.
Over the years, Ian had hated the idea of other students especially girls, sitting next to him. Even the teachers knew about it.
But what surprised everyone was that, he didn't utter a single word of dissatisfaction. But Instead looked at her with a slight nod.

Teacher, With due respect, I disagree with this ingrate from the East to be let sitted with us with the same title as BEST STUDENTS OF MEHS.
Sir Oliver
Well....Miss Zara, it's not upto you nor is it upto me.
Sir Oliver
It was the Principal himself who arranged for this.
Sir Oliver
Therefore, if you have any dissatisfaction please go ahead and discuss it with the Principal
With this answer, a pin drop silence fell upon the classroom.

Somehow, the class began but all eyes and focus was on this new transfer student.

A bang is heard on the huge Meeting Table.

How could you let a girl enter the Elite Pure Noble Class right now?! Especially when she's a Eastern.
He was agitated and felt angry at the thought.

Richard, this is the very reason for this meeting. Calm down.

After a few moments of silence and a sigh.

Chatters were constant and all attention was on this new transfer student.

An Ran looked at her like a joker not budging a bit with her intimidation
She stood up and went past this "girl" who she didn't even know why looked like she had a grudge from her past life.
Zara

Under a huge tree, behind the school.
There weren't any students here. It was said that there were a lot of evil magic moving about in this area and was dangerous.
Lan An Ran

Frankly.....even I can't exactly say for sure.

Not really. But it seems those Maniacs were attacked by another foreign power. We could say they'd be calm for a while.
Kay, Ian's secret guard and informant said Nonchalantly. They sounded close like friends rather than being a master and a servant.

What about the transfer student?

It's for sure that she shouldn't be of harm. But I still don't have any information yet on why she was allowed to join. Afterall people from the East especially are not what people say as dirty or so.

Anyways, it's the Grand Council of Magic Elementers who passed this order, and was later recieved by Council a few days back.

She doesn't seem suspicious at all and there's no information on her, at least not for now.😅

Oh! And she seems to be able to use Magic however, no clue on her element or her level.

The sound of an old Bell rings across the School, indicating the end of Break Time.
Everyone is seated in their places.
An elegant looking lady who seemed to be in her early 30s enters the class.

Using Magic to collect all water droplets, An Ran put the collected water on a flower pot as she explained.

Chatters started but after a cold stare from Professor Gwenn, everyone shut their itching Mouths and tongues.

Ice Magic Elementers are usually born with a cold heart. Too much warmth in their life would affect their Cultivation of Magic as they're to keep calm and cold. And so, most Ice Magic Elementers lack speed as it Makes them tense.

An Elementer of such kind is more likely to be a Dual Elementer therefore, I don't think it can be just named an Ice Magic Elementer, that is according to the Book, Magic Elementers which has a section regarding titles, names, so on for an Elementer. As well their requirements, needs, dos and don'ts.
