In this universe omega males have a reproductive organs within their rectum if an omega male has sexual intercourse with an alpha or beta male during mating season.

BETA: The majority people and majority of society are betas. They don't have mating instinct and they don't give off pheromones.
OMEGA: A gender where it is also possible for males to became pregnant, while they are respected individual we're capable of giving birth to an alphas child.
But they also the inferiority of the society, most omegas in society cannot obtain high ranked jobs.
HEAT CYCLE: This is period of an omega, they will undergo a heat cycle at the age of 16.
An omegas will give off pheromones that attract alphas. A portion of omega have unpredictable heat cycle, each omega reacts to a different of heat suppressor medicine.
