"Your majesty! Please find someone to marry! the sooner, the better!" The officials shouted.

Aurora gritted her teeth and only sat on her throne.

"I don't need anything like marriage. I don't trust men" Aurora firmly said and looked at the officials with a serious eyes.

The officials started to tremble.

They only bowed down in respect and left in fear.

After being left alone, Aurora only sighed and looked straight.

'Indeed. It's time to find someone' She thought.

But she is too insecure. The husband she marries might steal the throne away from her. She lost many things already. She can't afford to lose her empire.

Aurora stepped down her throne and shifted to her Wolf form.

Golden eyes and white as snow.

She's the queen of the frost wolves.

Frost wolves are wolves who dominates the other animals. They can shape shift and they have amazing abilities. Humans fear them as well as the other predators.

Aurora is the last frost wolf who has the Royal blood running inside her. The frost wolves also decreased because of the fearless hunters that spread the entire area. The frost wolves could have gone to extinct if it weren't for Aurora. If Aurora didn't appear on time, They might have gone extinct.

Aurora ran to the forest fastly.

She looked at her surroundings.

Sniffed to the ground and smelled something.

"Blood?" Aurora narrowed her eyes.

She only turned back and didn't pay attention to it. It must have been an animal who died from the hands of her kin.

Aurora stopped by in a house.

She shifted to her human form.

Long white hair, slender, white and soft skin and her beautiful golden eyes.

"Elder" Aurora said.

The door opened a while after.

"What are you here for, Aurora?" The old man asked.

Aurora was surprised.

She smiled as if she didn't see the old man for ages.

"I have to find a husband" Aurora smiled.

The man was taken aback.

She grabbed the man's arm forcefully intending to stop him from leaving.

"I must go Noona." The man sighed. He didn't flinch one bit. He only freed himself easily and looked at his sister.

"But.... It's the frost wolves were talking about! They're dangerous! Must you really catch one of them for a few gold?" The woman asked. She was in a deep worry.

"I'll be okay, Noona. Look at your younger brother. I'm strong no need to worry" The man smiled assuring his sister.

The woman could only sigh and bite her lips. She turned away and was about to go back in the house.

"Be careful"

A muscular man came in next.

After that, a handsome, and cute man came in.

It kept on going like that. Weeks and months passed by. She never found the right husband she was looking for.

"Ughh!" Aurora sat on her throne with the nasty mood.

"Why???"

Those guys were not just for Aurora.

"Come to think of it..."

Aurora shifted again to her wolf form and ran to the direction of the forest.

"That blood's smell never disappeared. Why is it?" Aurora ran to the direction of the blood.

She was surprised.

"Who-"

A dead frost wolf is lying there.

Aurora can't help but smile.

"Who could have killed this hateful one?" Aurora laughed as loud as she could.

There's no wonder he is not around.

The dead wolf was none other than her past hypocrite fiance.

She was happy to see his corpse there. She hated him so much that she wanna puke at the sight of him.

Aurora's attention switched as she smell a seperate blood.

A man was lying nearby the wolf covered in blood.

"Your majesty, are you really going to marry him?"

The nobles were complaining.

Aurora only looked at them with cold eyes.

"How dare you? Your sons aren't worthy enough of me. This man is surprisingly to my taste so leave!" Aurora's fangs became sharper and her golden eyes glowed.

It's a warning.

It means they should leave for their lives.

"This man...... I can't wait to taste him" Aurora smiled.

Chase opened his eyes and the first person he saw was-

"You awake?"

Aurora turned with her cold and aloof face as usual.

This made chase surprised.

"W-who?"

Chase took a step back. He struggled to get out of the bed.

"I advise you not to leave that bed." Aurora said.

Aurora didn't even looked back but she noticed Chase getting out of the bed.

She is definitely not an ordinary person.

"I- I am chase. Ca-can you introduce yourself to me?" Chase was kinda wary at first.

"I'm Aurora Liberia. The queen of frost wolves. Is there any other questions?" Aurora asked as she smiled gently at Chase.

Chase blushed a little bit.

"Wh-what do you want from me?" Chase asked.

He has to know.

"What I want from you, you ask?" A big grin.

Aurora sat down on the bed and came close to Chase's face. She held his chin and pecked his cheeks.

"You're to be my husband~" Aurora smiled.

"Hu-husband? Me?" Chase was taken aback. He broke free from Aurora's hands.

"Yes. You're going to be my husband. So try to fall in love with me at the least" Aurora smiled. After that, she stood up and her face became cold again.

"Fall..... in..... love....."

Those words were strange to chase.

He has never fallen in love.

And will never be.

Everyday, Aurora visits me no matter how busy she was. She reads book and does her work in my room. Just to see me. She was gentle and caring to me.

I felt a little bit wary and alert. But why am I lowering my guard down when I'm with her?

"Aurora.... Is it really okay, if I fall in love with you?" Chase asked. He has to ask it now.

"...." Aurora had no response.

Since that day, she never visited me.

What could be the reason? Did she get tired of me? Did she hate the word love? Does she find it disgusting? Or is it really my existence?

Chase was about to fall asleep when, A knock on a door was heard.

"Too late" Aurora smiled. Chase was surprised. Aurora was ***** on top of him. "It's unfair.... I'm the only embarrassed one here" Aurora said as she looked disappointed. She looked straight at chase's shirt. "A-are you telling me to unbutton mine?" Chase asked. He was Hesitating. He knows this is really wrong. It's just been a month since he got to know Aurora. Yet here they are, doing things they shouldn't be doing. "I'm not patient just so you know" Aurora said. She grabbed Chase's shirt and ripped it. Chase was surprised. Aurora pressed her lips against Chase's. She kissed him repeatedly. Chase, who is a man, can't be like this. He pushed Aurora down the bed and was about to kiss her but-

Aurora turned her head away.

"I'm sorry"

She said and then turned away.

She wore her shirt again and prepared to leave.

"I was just in heat as it was full moon. next time, don't open the door" Aurora said and left.

That left chase in surprise.

He's somehow disappointed.

The warmth of their embrace.

He has liked her for a long time already.

Her calm and peaceful face as she reads book beside him, her aggressive behavior when it's full moon, her unpredictable personality and her beautiful smile. It was things that made chase like her.
