My name is Alvin Moore I was a normal happy kid until a few months ago when my parents had a fight, my dad found out I wasn't his child and he didn't want to do anything rash so he just left without coming back, I continued living with my mom and we we're starting to get over it until we heard the news of his death, we found out he stopped going to work after his divorce with my mom and he turned to crime to fend for himself, which resulted in his death at a bank robbery, it must have came as a shock to my mom, she must have been trying hee best to deal with it, but the burden was just too much for one person to handle, in her attempt to ease the pain she started calling me a devil and said I was the one who ruined her life, that she would have been happy, if I didn't exist, it wasnt long before long before her mind broke down, then one night she looked me right in the eye as the tried to kill me saying

“why don't just die, you can do that for mommy right ”, lucky for me I was able to avoid being stabbed to death but I guess she felt regret and couldn't face me, that night she wrote a note stating that I wasn't the one who killed her and gave her reasons why she just couldn't live with herself and that night she committed suicide, she jumped from the roof of our two story apartment and I who stood at the verandah unsuspecting anything watched her fall head first into the ground. It was in that moment that I lost everything, and I guess you could say that, deep down a part of me felt my mother wasn't right, but she wasn't wrong either, I was the reason for our misfortune, and I just couldn't live with myself, that was how I decided to commit suicide myself, maybe we can all be a family once again when I die.

“well if I gonna off myself, I don't want to cause any trouble ” I said to myself “the cops are gonna be here any moment too”

As I walked to a lake on the other side of an old abandoned shrine “i guess nobody's here, better get this over with, before I change my mind” I thought to myself as I walked into the lake going deeper into its water, before I heard the sound of water splashes from another direction I was honestly surprised that I wasn't scared, I guess I was really serious about this , and as I looked to check out what it was, in the dark lake only illuminated by the moonlight there was something or someone else there, and as I looked closer I found out I was a girl and she looked sad, she he'd the same look in her eyes as me, she had completely giving up on living

“why'd this have to happen now, I mean i can't just watch her die, if I did that I would be able to move on from this world in peace, I guess I better do something.

“hey you there, you shouldn't be here at this time of the night ”

“what dose it matter to you ” she said

“you have the same eyes as me, you want to die, and I bet you've given it some thought for a while, and nothing I say will probably change your mind”

“what are you getting at”

“I'm saying we should just talk for a while since we're both about to commit suicide ”

“you too huh, I guess there's no harm in just talking, so what do you wanna talk about ”

“lets both share our reasons for wanting to die”
