There lived a girl named Alice Kalinya, Age 17 in a small neighborhood where everyone knew one another and we're basically one big family, Alice is known as the smart, social, Kind, carefree, and lovable child that had great parents and had a great life, but things aren't always what they seem.

People always thought Alice's parents were cool parents that would let their child do anything because Alice was the type of child who would be allowed to go out if she wanted to, but truthfully she just had neglectful parents, therefore, she seeks attention with the people she meets.

Alice likes the attention she's given, She likes getting praised for being smart, talented, and being able to pick up new things easily, a lot of people idolized and envied her because of that, But there's still something that she keeps as secret and that's...

She's an obsessed Manhwa fan!! Shounen Ai, BL, GL, Isekai ECT. she can name all the different genres if she wanted to and if reading was a kid, she would be a millionaire, she has read 100 Manhwas at the very least.

Some people know that she reads, but they don't know how obsessed she is, one of her other obsessions are looking good in public, as the say a person needs atleast 52 faces, Alice is a good example, she puts on a different mask when she's with a different person.

Because she's been using her different "faces" She thought she basically lost herself and only feels as though she's her true self when she's reading, that is how she finds her happiness, that is where she finds her comfort. Other that reading she never felt "herself" with anything or anyone... Until she decided to make q comment in a story she loved deeply.

It was a normal Saturday night for Alice, she was re-reading one of her favorite Manhwa of all times, this manhwa had her comfort characters and had her favorite genres too. She decided it would be fun to check the comments and she found a comment Hating on a Canon ship in the story and making a homophobic comment, She decided to argue with the comment because that ship was one of her favorites.

Then she saw a reply from her comment, she thought it was the person arguing back but...

"Bruh10?, what a weird name, it's not the user of the hater though, sounds like a kids name, maybe it's immature bullshit" Alice thought

But to her surprise, she saw that "Bruh10" was defending her comment, it seemed like their comment was a full essay backing up Alice's comment, She found it nice and funny. But After that she felt bored so she went to go read another manhwa.

Alice found one of the old BL she used to read and love so she read it, After reading she saw another scandal in the comments hating on one of the characters she loved and not understanding why the character did what they did.

"Atleast someone is defending them" Alice thought when she saw a comment defending the characters getting hated on, then she noticed the username "Bruh10"

Alice didn't know what came over her because she usually try to stay away from people in the internet but something in her wanted to do what she wanted to do. She was also bored so why not she thought.

Alice messaged the "Bruh10" Person, There's a messaging system in the site so she thought why not. She started off by saying "Hi, I see you in the comments all the time Wth" at the time she thought it was a good idea but as she thought it through, she regretted her choices, but before she could delete her message she heard a vibration.

"Hello, I've seen you a lot In the comments too!" the message said.

It was too late, Alice was stuck, She didn't want it to be awkward, but she didn't know what to say, she didn't want to leave the conversation like this so she texted what first came to her mind.

"Hahaha, it seems like we have the same tastes, wanna be friends?" Alice sent to the "Bruh10"

"What the hell?? "wanna be friends?" am I crazy?? I should be running away from this conversation not making it last longer where did my social skills go, why can I not use them when I need them oh my gosh in so awkward" Alice thought while panicking

Then, another notification went

"Sure, why not." the message sent from Bruh10

"Well that was fast" Alice thought wondering why the person was so...carefree.

But, Her curiosity got the best of her, Alice wanted to know more about this "Bruh10" Person

"What can I call you" Alice asked.

"My name is Ashley Jain but you can call me ash or ley, what about you?" The person replied

"I mean it would be rude if I didn't say my name, but I shouldn't trust people too fast especially from the internet, maybe I'll give them a fake name..." Alice Thought trying to decide what to say

Then she remembered her own user name, Varex69420

"You can call me Van" Alice responded

And that's the start of a new friendship that only 2 people knew about.
