Melanie had to take a taxi to get to her location (Cinema).
Either way, when she managed to arrive, she waited at the entrance. Fidgeting with her hands out of worry. Afraid that he wouldn't show up.
(She ended up taking her phone out of her pocket to try and ease her fidgeting.)
As she was deeply absorbed by the weather app, a voice called out to her.
Mel let out a sigh of relief by the fact that she hadn't been stood up.
Looking him up and down, she finished her phrase.

"...Really handsome!😍"
Carlos
"Ah, thank you! You look stunning yourself! 😊"
He responded, tucking a loose strand behind her ear.
Melanie
"D-do you wanna go watch the movie now?"
-Small time skip to after they got the food and entered the cinema room-
The movie had already started. The room was practically filled, much to their surprise.
Melanie looks at her date and whispers,

"Where do you wanna sit?"
He scans the cinema room for a second before saying,

'Ugh...This is kinda boring'

She thinks while looking at Carlos.
She lets her gaze bore into him for a couple more seconds, before turning her attention to his hands.
In all confidence (?), she interlocks her fingers with Carlos. Smiling sweetly at him when he gave her a shocked look. Surprised by the bold movement.
Even so, he eventually smiled back. Making Mel blush like her middle school self, when her crush returned the feelings for the first time.

'OMG AHHHH IM SO HAPPY!!!'
I scratch my scalp as I wonder,

I scroll thru my contact list till I found Maria. (It took about 30 seconds). Her name was saved as "Fav<3".
Clicking on it, i type to her

Ofc!! Where do you wanna meet up?
The movie was almost finished. Mel was actually getting more intrigued, to the point where she actually focused on it.
Carlos
"Hey Melanie! Can I get the-"

"Shhh-! This is a good part..."
Carlos was getting aggravated by the sushing remarques.
But, he knew he needed to keep his cool.
So, he went back to focusing on the movie.
The movie was already finished.
Carlos
'S-since when?! How-'
Melanie
"Hey! Aren't you getting up?"
That made Carlos snap out of his thoughts.
Carlos
"Huh- Yeah! Yeah I am."
He got up, following Mel lead as the threw away the garbage.
As they got out of the movie theater, they decided to chit-chat a bit before Mel taxi would arrive.
As they said there goodbye, Carlos gave Mel a quick kiss on the cheek.
Making her once again, turn all red from shyness.
Carlos watches the taxi drive away as he smirks to himself.

'I should get my money soon...She is pretty easy. 😈'

It was now the morning after the date with Carlos. Melanie was lying on her bed still in her pajamas, spamming Alex with messages. Hoping she would end up replying to her.

'Ugh why isn't she responding!? I really wanted to tell her how the date went..'

'Maybe she is busy? Or is it still too early? Is she still asleep?'
Mel thinks as she looks at the time presented on her phone.
She let's out an understanding noise, before whispering to herself,

With a slight pout, Melanie hops off her bed, taking the phone with her to go make breakfast.

'What should I eat? Eggs? Or maybe I could eat toast!~'
Clearly very hungry. Her mind swarms with food she could eat for breakfast.

She stops her thinking for a second and looks at her phone ringing. Indicating that someone was calling her.

'Omg is Alex awake!? No way what kind of miracle is this-! 😱'
She rushes to where she put her phone down. Picking it up to look at the contact name.
Her smile dropped, a frown replacing it instead. She looks at the two options below.
She knew why she felt so nervous. But she couldn't help but wonder what 𝘴𝘩𝘦 wanted.
Suddenly, the ringing stopped, and you could hear a voice on the other side of the telephone.
