Mira was already at the airport. She went inside and wait for her plane . Suddenly there was an announcement that the plane that she is going to be in will be delayed by ten minutes. So she decided to do something to cut the time. She check her social media account, then she text her friends and then she try to check her horoscope, though she didn't believe in this things but she just gave a try that day. After a long laoding process

she got the answer it was that, it was a lucky day for her and love will come to her way.

She was very surprised and laughing because she was already 28 and she never got a boyfriend in her life and now in horoscope which she didn't believe it is saying that love will come on her way.

But who knows her life will be totally changed fom that day.

Just than the announcement came that her plan has already arrived.

First her plane was heading to New Delhi (India, as she was fom Manipur, india) than fom there she will change her flight and will be direct to New York City.

So it was a two hour filght to New Delhi. When she reach New Delhi she waited for some time at the airport as the plane to New York was getting ready . She went to the cafeteria to have an Americano . When she came back she collide with a man but she was busy with her phone that's why she just apologize and went away . After five minutes the plan was ready.

She was already inside the plane and was wondering whom she was going to sit in the seat next to her.

Then a man came and sit next to her .She was a little disappointed because she was hoping a girl to sit next to her and she don't have any idea what to do as he was the man whom she shamelessly apologize after colliding with him .

Before the flight took up Mira was talking in the phone with her mother. But something was strange the man next to her was always looking at her. Then the pilot announce that they were trying to take up the plane, so to off the phones and put seat belts on. So she said to her mother that she had to hang up than she switched off her phone and then put seat belt on. Afterwards when the plane was on the air , the man talked to her.

"Excuse me"

"Yes"

"Manipuri ( people from Manipur, India)"

" Yeah" with a smile

" I am also Manipuri (•‿•). Umm.. where are you heading ?"

" New York City. And you?"

"New York!! I am going there too what a coincidence. By the way what's your name?"

" Mira. yours?"

" Me. Oh I am Hanry."

" Why are you going to New York?"

" Oh.. I am an employee in CC company"

" Really!! I am also working in CC company. I am form designing section. But I have never saw you before."

" I am from information section."

"Oh.. that's why I never saw you in company."

" Umm.. but we know each other now so I will come and visit in free timw."

" Yeah sure"

They kept on chatting until the dinner. It was a golden time inside the plane

After some days they reach New York. They came out together from the plane and also they wait together for there luggages. When they came out of the airport she talked with him for some time .

"I hope you didn't feel annoyed in the plane as I talked too much."

" Never. Thanks to you I didn't feel boring in that long journey inside the plane."

" Yeah sure. Then I will go now I need to finish cleaning my appartment as I need to go for work starting tomorrow."

"See you tomorrow then. If possible."

"Yeah .See you."

When she reached her appartment she started cleaning and unpacking her things.

When she finish, she was about to rest and the doorbell rang,when she go and open she saw that it was her best friend in office , Anna. She hugged her tightly and said,"I miss you". They came inside and sat together in sofa. Anna took off some four beer and Mira bring out some snacks that her mothe gave her when she left her house .

But they didn't drink too much as they have to go for work the next day

Anna was a Korean girl . She joined the company together with Mira so they became best friends as they suffer together and work together as newbie in the company.

The next day, she woke up early in the morning . Made breakfast for herself and got ready for work. When she reached company she saw everyone in her section were all active and busy after the vacation. She went to her to her work place and started to work.

Some days later, Mira went to a cafe with Anna after her work hours. When they wear coming out from the cafe Anna just said

"Will you wait for me for some minutes here, I need to go to the washroom?"

"Yeah, but be fast ok?"

"ok."

While she was waiting for Anna someone just called her from behind when she looked back, she saw that it was Henry coming towards her. He came closer to her and said

" Hi! Mira it's been days I didn't get to see you."

" Yeah it's been days ."

" To be sure our company is really big I never get to see you. By the way what are you doing here?"

" Me? I came to have a coffee with my friend she went inside to do something . And you?"

" I live across here. How have you been?"

" Just fine."

"Then I will get going. Oh I forget again last time I didn't get your phone number.If you don't mind can I get your phone number so that I can contact you sometimes ?"

"Yeah sure." and she took his mobile and give her phone number.

"Then I will go now, bye."Then he went away.

just done then Anna came out and asked.

" Who was that? You never gave people you phone number but you just gave him."

" Who?That boy he is my friend . We met in the airplane when I was coming back after vacation."

" You just met once and you are that close .Is he just your friend or something else?"

" We are not that close!"

" Haha. I was just joking as it was first time seeing you talking with a man properly."

" He is from my country and we are even from same state . And he also worked in our company."

" Really. But to tell you the truth he is really handsome. And I don't think he just think you as a friend."

" What are you talking about ?"

" Didn't you get my point , I mean I think he likes you."

" Don't speak rubbish let's go now."

From that day they started to text each other everytime in the morning, before work hours ,after work hour ,in the night , before bed. They started to become closer. The always share each other their problems and slove together. They sometimes meet each other to have coffee. Sometimes she would be always stay busy texting and Anna would be always worried about her.

Some days later, the manager came and inform them that they are going to have a new member in their section.

There was a huge fuseat the company. A big company was try to make a deal with their company and they need to give a good presentation to get the deal . And the CEO of the company has given the responsibility of the presentation to the designing section . And the other company's representatives were coming in five days so the presentation should be made as soon as posible .

The maneger of the designing section came and announced:

"Friends, it is a very important deal for our company . And as you know it is not easy for us to finish the presentation in five days. So the maneger of the company has send us a new member from Information section to help us manage the situation". And continued,"Let us all welcome Mr.Henry of Information section". Mira was surprised to see Henry .

Henry looked at her and smiled.

Anna came near her and asked:"Isn't je the boy we saw last time?"

"Yeah ".

"What is he doing here?"

"As you see he worked at the Information section of the company."

"Why didn't you tell me he worked in our company?"

"You never asked me."

"ರ╭╮ರ "

In the lunch time Mira went to Henry with an Americano and gave him and asked:

"You never told me you were coming in designing section."

"I was just trying to surprise you . Were you not happy to see me ?"

"Why would I be happy to see you.... I was just surprised to see you as you didn't even told me you were coming in or section."

"That's so sad I thought you would be happy to see me here.

And I am very happy that i was selected to come here."

"Why?"

"Before we didn't get to see regularly as my workplace was so far from here and now we are in same section and we will see each other regularly◉‿◉".

"What are you saying?((^-^)"

She became nervous and couldn't stay ther longer that she ran away. And told everything to Anna. Anna listen to what she is saying carefully and started laughing. Mira asked:

"Are you crazy?Why are you laughing there's nothing funny."

"Didn't I told you already he likes you."

"What are you saying there's nothing like that."

"He likes you that is why he said thing like that to you . Why would he like to see you regularly?"

" Of course. Because we are friends."

"Yeah yeah think as you like."

"Umm◉‿◉".

(Mira was a sweet tooth. She likes sweet so much that she cannot say without eating sweet for long .)

The next day when Mira came for work there was a box of lollipop on her table. When she asked the person next to her table ,she answered,"The new member from Information section left it".

She went to Henry's table with the box and asked

"Why did you left this on my table?"

"I left it on your table because I bought it for you. Why would I left it on your table if I bought for myself or other."

"I mean why did you bought me this?"

"Because you like sweets."

"How did you know I like sweets?"

"Why are you asking how? You ate like almost 10 lollipop yesterday in the work hour."

"Were you watching me the whole work hour yesterday?"

"No. Everytime I see you you were eating different lollipop everytime."

"Oh.. By the way thank you for this."

And she went away happily , smiling and looking at the box .

It was already dark when she finished her work and her car was broken so she left it at the repairing shop and took a bus for going back home . When she was walking at the street to her home, she was walking alone and she was somehow scared . After some moments she felt that someone was following her, when she tried to looked back she saw a shadow of a man.
