I think you got confused let me explain some little as for Qu Tan Er and Qu Xiao Tan they both are from different world's but unexpectedly they both have similar name's and they have same face but in Qu Tan Er body have Qu Xiao Tan soul because when Qu Tan Er know that she is getting married to another person she commits suicide (it's not truth the story about her suicide will got to know in the story) but they both have different personalities as you see in the introduction. as for 7th Prince and 8th Prince they only hate eachother because of the emperor position but for 7th prince he hates more because of the marriage between his brother and his lover. as for 8th prince he doesn't care about emperor position but his father wants to make his the emperor so they became the enemy's.
