I’m here at rooftop as I was watching my wife and my kid get shot in the head. I can’t scream, I can’t even speak I was watching my family died in my own eyes

“Dimitri, I love you, I really love you, you knew that if someone will stole you away from me they'll end up like this." he said pointing at my dead wife and son

my eyes broke Into tears how can he so cruel, my family didn't to anything. I look at him with so much hatred.

"you knew from the very start that I am not yours" I said I don't care if he's hurt because now the only thing that matters to me is my family thats been lying on the floor and has no breathed already. i can still save them right? I trembled asking myself

"I’m hurt I didn’t know you lied to me but then I’m glad they’re gone we can love and focus on each other now” he gently caresses my face as if he was afraid to hurt me. I tried to grab my arm and was about to punch him but his bodyguards were too strong. I look at him in disgust

“how can I lied to you?, we don't have that kind of relationship and after what you did to me I’ll never love you and I will never be” I said as I was trying to free myself from his bodyguards

“you will” he said in full confidence as he trying to get close to me

F*CK you assh*le. As I was trying to free myself I looked at his bodyguards pocket, there’s a gun and at the moment I knew what I need to do to free myself in this assh*Le. I snatched the gun and pointed it to myself

“Dimitri put that gun now!” he said

“why? are you afraid that I will be free from you?” I said

“Dimitri this is not a good joke put that gun now” he said calmly

I look at him with rage “then what about killing my family is that a joke to you!? Are you f*cking kidding me? Not in my entire life I would imagined to live with you not every single day my life is ruined because of you and”

“Dimitri we can talk this about just put that gun down and we can love each other as we should do, come here okay?” he said as he was trying to approach me

This assh*Le doesn’t even hear what I just said. I laughed hard, so I guess this is my end now. I clicked the gun and shot myself.

“Dimitri!!”

As I let myself fall in the floor I can see my wife and kid lying on the floor....dead. I close my eyes, If only I can turn back time I’ll

I woke up because of a ray of light flashing in to my face. Where am I? I asked as I help myself sit on the bed. I touch my head and it hurts as hell, I look around hmm…the place were familiar.

As I looked around a flash of memory coming back. I ran towards the bathroom mirror and look at myself closely. You must be kidding me!? I can’t believe what I just saw, I saw my face alive and well when in fact I should be already dead and there’s no sign of gun shot in my head. This means I turn back time! And if I turn back time then they should be alive too.

As I’m rushing to the living room, I didn’t even dare to wash my face as I really wanted to see them if they’re alive. As I came in the living room I saw my wife watching news and my son playing his toys.

 I couldn’t believed what I just saw! my family were alive! I run towards them.

“Dimitri are you ok—” she didn’t continue what she was saying because I immediately hug her.

“ I’m so glad you’re alive Diana “ I said as I hug her tightly.

“ uh, yeah of course I’m alive what’s up with you today? “ Diana asked

“Daddy, mommy can’t breath” my son said

“Mommy’s fine Niclause just play with your toys” Diana said

“Bu—” as my son Niclause didn’t continue what he was saying because he’s been scolded already

As I look at them...I don’t know what I am going to say, I don’t know what should I feel right now. I feel like this is just a dream, I tried pinching myself, man I can feel the pain.

“Dimitri!!” as I space out for a moment I heard Diana scream my name. I look at her and asked.

“What’s wrong?” I asked.

“someone is knocking at our door, I think that’s Draco” she said

As I heard that name I stumbled at where I am standing. All the things he did is coming back again in my memory, I forgot that if I came back time then he’ll be probably alive too!

“What is he doing here?” I asked Diana and she looked at me confused.

“I don’t know, you’re the one who told me that he’ll coming over” she said.

Right, I remembered at this time I’m still his boss and he’s my assistant. As I remembered, he won the favor of the people inside the company and replace me as the CEO, after that he wants me to accompany him even if he’s out of the town and wants to do all the inappropriate thing with me! How absurd. And now as I turn back time I wouldn’t let that assh*Le get through me again..

As I open the door I saw him standing holding a tray of fruits. I look at him in confused…what’s up with him?

“Good morning Dimitri, you’ve asked me to come over and also I brought some fruits but it seems like I came too early” Draco said as he look at me up and down. But it seems like coming he doesn’t like the idea looking at me wearing my sleeping wear. He’s in good mood talking to me earlier, but then he’s mood quickly changed huh.

“What’s the matter here?” Diana ask

I look at her smiling “nothing, don’t worry” I look at Draco who’s been staring at my wife blankly.

“then you should continue your chit chat inside, come Draco you’re welcome here” my wife said

“gladly madam, I bring some fruits might you like it” Draco said with a fake smile on his face. He look at me as if he was waiting for me to invite him inside.

“Come in” I said. He sat down on the couch formally and I sat down across to him.

“Oh right, Draco you might want to have breakfast here?” my wife ask

As he was about to say something I cut him off “he’ll be going after we discuss some matters” I said plainly. He look at me being confused about my action

“I’m sorry madam, maybe  next time” he said

There’ll never be next time. I said to myself “Diana why don’t you arrange the fruits and bring some to Niclause might he like some” I said

“Okay, continue with your business” she said as she takes the tray of fruits with her

I look at Draco who’s quietly sitting across me. I still wonder why we end up like that it’s because I’m spoiling him? But as far as I know I only treated him as a friend how come he grew some romantic feeling with me. I groaned…I don’t know why we tragically end up like that. As I was spacing out I heard him coughed I look at him and sigh

“I heard the solace were taking action now” I said

“Yes apparently I heard when I’m investigating there that they’re trying to bribed some of our shareholders to join them” he said

Investigating hmmm…seems like I know why the people inside the company like him. Ugh I hate to admit he’s good taking some private matter. Solace company owned by my father’s enemy. I had to admit,  I also have mistakes in the past as I let myself be irresponsible. I thought everything will just workout I’m being too arrogant that day.

“what else?” I asked

“There we’ll be an auction this coming Thursday and the solace family will be also there and from what just I heard they’ll also include the black orb in the auction” he said

Wait the black orb? I remember even though in my past life I didn’t attend the auction I know very well that the black orb seems to be have much value that’s why the solace family keep it very well hidden I don’t know what’s special about that orb but there’s only way to find out.

“what time will be the auction starting?” I asked

“8:00 pm sharp just tell me what to do I’ll be the one to attend the auction” he said

I look at him seriously, no need for that Draco I’ll taking all the responsibilities now I don’t want to repeat what I’ve just witnessed in the past

“No need I’ll be the one attending the auction” he look at me in confused

“Then I’ll accompany you” he said

Hmmm, accompany me “Do what you want” I also need his help. Seems the solace company we’re busy nowadays huh?. I look at Draco who is looking at me seriously “what?” I asked

“you’ve never been in auction before how can you be so confident going there just by looking at your face now” he said

Confident? I smirk “its only a chances of winning, well just have to bet our luck” he seems not satisfied with my answer “you can go now well talk again tomorrow” I said

“then I’ll take my leave” he said, as I turn my back he talks “why do I feel like you’ve change Dimitri” he said

I feel goosebumps all over my body after he mentioned my name. I slightly turn my head as he walks toward the door. I don’t care if I’m being cruel if this the only way to prevent that from happening.
